Well-being of Russian citizens in terms of socio-economic balance

The article addresses problems of the content of and the key components to the well-being of citizens. The concept of a socio-economic balance has been explained, the analysis of which makes it possible to research the conditions of the growth in the well-being of citizens in more detail. The features of a socio-economic balance and the problems which must be solved to achieve it have been researched. The current situation in the economic and social sphere of Russia is analyzed using such indicators of economic well-being of citizens as real household income, their structure, size of regional discrepancy in living standards of the population, and the level of poverty. In the context of a socio-economic balance, the issues of the achievement of well-being by Russian nationals have been considered. Attention is given to the fact that as an economic category, well-being can become one of the main criteria of evaluating the socio-economic balance in a country

Formation of socially responsible relations system as condition of growth in well-being

The article expands on the concept of socially responsible relations, the analysis of which makes it possible to explore the growth conditions of well-being more thoroughly. The article researches the social responsibility of the state, businesses, and society. It provides approaches to the measurement of social responsibility through continual human well-being. Social responsibility of the state is viewed through a social policy; the heart of this must be the guaranteeing of human rights to a standard of well-being and social protection in a given society. Social responsibility of the businesses through the plementation of social programs of internal and external orientation. Social responsibility of civil society is considered in the context of the activities of local self-government, public organizations, and citizens themselves. " Attention is given to the fact that the main responsibility for the results of socio-economic development, for the social well-being of its citizens is the state, as it organizes and implements the system in society and implements the principles of social integration and responsibility

State And Business Partnership As An Adaptation Instrument

The following article looks how the climate changes influence on dangerous industries. Global warming provokes natural disasters - hurricanes, tsunami, earthquakes - that have negative influence on ultra dangerous industries. In the article particularly there is an example of Japanese "Fukushima - 1" atomic power plant accident which was caused by the earthquake and tsunami. In economics theory there are two points how to reduce ecological risks. The first one is based on state restrictive measures - financial instruments. The second point is based on business adaptation to constantly changing climate conditions of management. The article suggests economical strategy, which allows to combine resources of state, business, scientific institutes and non-profit organizations to reduce the risk of technogeneous disasters. Attention is given to the fact that in actively developing Russian economy with the growth of society needs the lack of possibilities of state financing is perceived, at the same time there are large investment projects which can't be realized only by means of market mechanisms because of their scale and social importance. It is connected with the sphere of national safety, fuel - energy industry, transport infrastructure and community facilities. In this regard, the article discusses the French experience to realize large scale projects in the sphere of power industry
