Accepted: 20.03.2024.Статья посвящена проблеме мотивирования студентов к занятиям физической культурой в вузе. В статье представлены психолого-педагогические условия к организации занятий атлетической гимнастикой, которые способствуют повышению мотивации студентов. Для оценки эффективности средств и методов педагогического воздействия использовалось анкетирование студентов. В исследовании приняли участие 45 студентов Уральского федерального университета. Результаты исследования выявили, что при мотивировании студентов необходимо использовать не только приемы и методы направленные на усиление внешней мотивации, но в большей степени внутренней мотивации. Развитие внутренней мотивации студентов к занятиям обеспечивает повышение успеваемости, устойчивый, значимый рост силовых показателей в зачетных упражнениях со штангой, а так же приверженность к занятиям атлетической гимнастикой не только в период учебы в вузе, но и в будущем.The article is devoted to the problem of motivating students to engage in physical education at the university. The article presents the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the organization of athletic gymnastics classes, which contribute to increasing the motivation of students. To assess the effectiveness of the means and methods of pedagogical influence, a student questionnaire was used. 45 students of the Ural Federal University took part in the study. The results of the study revealed that when motivating students, it is necessary to use not only techniques and methods aimed at strengthening external motivation, but to a greater extent internal motivation. The development of students' internal motivation for classes ensures an increase in academic performance, a steady and significant increase in strength indicators in test exercises with a barbell, as well as commitment to athletic gymnastics not only during their studies at the university, but also in the future.Статья посвящена проблеме мотивирования студентов к занятиям физической культурой в вузе.     Laves Phase Formation in High Entropy Alloys

    One of the intriguing recent results in the field of high-entropy alloys is the discovery of single-phase equiatomic multi-component Laves intermetallics. However, there is no clear understanding that a combination of chemical elements will form such high-entropy compounds. Here we contribute to understanding this issue by modifying the composition of duodenary TiZrHfN-bVCrMoMnFeCoNiAl (12x) alloy in which we recently reported the fabrication of hexagonal C14 Laves phase. We consider three alloys based on 12x: 7x = 12x-VCrMoMnFe, 12x + Sc, 12x + Be and observe that all of them crystalize with the formation of C14 Laves phase as a dominant structure. We report that 12x + Be alloy reveals a single-phase C14 structure with a very high concentration of structural defects and ultra-fine dendritic microstructure with an almost homogenous distribution of the constituted elements over the alloy matrix. The analysis of electrical and magnetic properties reveals that the Laves phases are Curie-Weiss paramagnets, which demonstrate metallic conduction; 7x and 12x alloys also reveal a pronounced Kondo-like anomaly. Analysis of experimental data as well as ab initio calculations suggest that chemical complexity and compositional disorder cause strong s-d band scattering and thus the rather high density of d-states in the conduction band. © 2021 by the authors.     Optical limiters with improved performance based on nanoconjugates of thiol substituted phthalocyanine with CdSe quantum dots and Ag nanoparticles

    Two alternative synthetic approaches affording a low-symmetry A3B-type phthalocyanine 1 bearing two [2′-(2′′-mercaptoethoxy)ethoxy] anchoring substituents were developed. Due to the presence of thiol groups, this phthalocyanine could be conjugated with TOPO-capped (TOPO - trioctylphosphine)-capped CdSe quantum dots (CdSe-QDs) or oleylamine capped silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs). The nonlinear optical behaviour of starting phthalocyanine, quantum dots, nanoparticles and their conjugates was studied by using an open aperture Z-scan technique, revealing that the grafting of 1 onto the nanomaterials resulted in a significant enhancement of the optical limiting of 1-Ag and 1-CdSe in comparison with the individual components. The conjugate 1-CdSe, being the first example of Pc-based thiol conjugated with quantum dots, revealed superior limiting characteristics with a limiting threshold below 0.18 J cm−2

    Photoluminescence (PL) spectra and pulsed PL decay curves of aluminum oxynitride Al5O6N (ALON) doped with Ce3+ and Eu2+ ions were measured. In PL spectra broad bands with maximum at 380 nm (ALON:Ce) and 500 nm (ALON: Eu) related to d-f transitions in rare-earth ions are observed. Pulsed PL decay curves approximated with exponential expression with one component (ALON:Ce) and two components (ALON: Eu), de-cay times is 24 ns and 313 ns, 1025 ns respectively.Работа выполнена при поддержке Российского Фонда Фундаментальных Исследований (проект РФФИ № 17-03-00630_а)

    Pulsed cathodoluminescence of aluminum oxynitride Al5O6N doped with Er3+, Ho3+ and Ho3+, Tm3+ ions has been measured.
