PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN ACTIVE LEARNING DENGAN DEMONSTRASI INTERAKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN KONSEP DAN KETERAMPILAN BERKOMUNIKASI SISWA PADA POKOK BAHASAN GERAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pegaruh pembelajaran Active Learning dengan Demonstrasi Interaktif terhadap penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa SMP kelas VII pada pokok bahasan gerak. Pada penelitian ini Tes Keterampilan Berkomunikasi dan Tes Konsep Gerak dalam bahasa Indonesia digunakan sebagai alat ukur. Tes Keterampilan Berkomunikasi dan Tes Konsep Gerak diujicobakan dengan 29 siswa SMP kelas VIII dari satu sekolah sampel di kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian utama dilaksanakan di satu sekolah sampel di kabupaten Ciamis provinsi Jawa Barat dengan total 53 siswa SMP kelas VII pada semester genap Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Data yang diperoleh dari penggunaan alat ukur penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t dan korelasi bivariat. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran Active Learning dengan Demonstrasi Interaktif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa pada konsep gerak. Pembelajaran Active Learning dengan Demonstrasi Interaktif terbukti meningkatkan penguasaan konsep gerak siswa lebih baik daripada pembelajaran yang sama dengan menggunakan demonstrasi biasa. Lebih jauh, ditemukan bahwa skor rata-rata tes keterampilan berkomunikasi pada kelas yang menerapkan Pembelajaran Active Learning dengan Demonstrasi Interaktif lebih besar daripada skor keterampilan berkomunikasi di kelas yang menerapkan demonstrasi biasa. Korelasi bivariat mengungkapkan korelasi positif yang cukup tinggi antara keterampilan berkomunikasi dan penguasaan konsep siswa pada pokok bahasan gerak baik di kelas yang menerapkan Pembelajaran Active Learning dengan Demonstrasi. Interaktif maupun di kelas dengan demonstrasi biasa.; This study aimed to explore the effect of Active Learning with Interactive Demonstration on seventh grade students’ concept acquisition and communication skills on motion concept. In this study Indonesian version of Communication Skills Test and Motion Concept Test were used as measuring instruments. Communication Skills Test and Motion Concept Test was pilot tested with 29 eigth grade students from a representative school in Kuningan district of West Java. The main study was conducted in one randomly selected schools in Ciamis district of West Java with a total of 53 seventh grade students in the second semester of 2013/2014 academic year. The data obtained from the administration of the measuring instruments were analyzed by using analyses of t-test and bivariate correlations. Results of the statistical analyses indicated that Active Learning with Interactive Demonstration had a significant effect on students’ concept acquisition and communication skills on motion concept. Active Learning with Interactive Demonstration was found to be enhancing students’ motion concept acquisition higher than the learning with traditional demonstration. Moreover, the communication skills test mean scores in Active Learning with Interactive Demonstration class were found to be higher than that of the scores in the class where the learning with passive demonstration implemented. Bivariate correlations revealed fairly high positive correlation between communication skills and students’ motion concept acquisition both in Active Learning with Interactive Demonstration class and in the class where the learning with passive demonstration implemented
Kajian Keragaman Genetik Isolat .Ralstonia Solanacearum Biovar 3 Menggunakan Penanda Rep-PCR = Study Genetic Variation Of Ralstonia Solanacearum Isolates Biovar 3 Using Rep-PCR Marker
Study on DNA fingerprinting of genomic DNA of Australian Ralstonia solanacearum biovar 3 was characterized by a DNA BOX primer that correspond with repetitive sequence using PCR amplification (rep-PCR). Based on rep-PCR DNA profiles different band mobility were observed among Australian biovar 3. Most of isolates have shown common DNA amplification product at 600 bp. Cluster analysis to the DNA profiles showed two different DNA banding patterns that correlated with geographical origins of the isolates. Subgroup A correspond well with isolates from South Queensland/New South Wales, whilst subgroup B correspond with isolates from North Queensland origin.

Determination Of The Nucleotide Sequence Of Recombinant Plasmid Pbx6 Containing A Xylanase Gene From Fibrobacter Succinogenes S 85
pBX6 is a recombinant plasmid containing a 3 kb fragment of insert D NA
from Fibrobacter succinogenes S 85 genomic DNA which encodes
xylanase activity. The recombinant plasmid pBX6 has shown xylanase
activity when grown on RBB-xylan plates supplemented with ampicillin.
Restriction mapping of the plasmid established the presence of single sites
for EcoRI, Kpnl, Apal, Saci, EcoRV and Pstf. This work was focussed on
nucleotide sequence determination of recombinant plasmid pBX6
containing a xyJanase gene from F. succinogenes S 85. The primer
walking strategy was performed to complete manual sequencing, following
the protocol cycle sequencing of Sanger dideoxy chain termination. Custom
synthesis primer was designed and constructed from 3' end of the
preceding sequence on both strands
DEVELOPMENT OF ANTIBODY TO RALSTONIA SOLANACEARUM AND ITS APPLICATION FOR DETECTION OF BACTERIAL WILT
The serological assay for the detection of bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum (RS) was able to provide information regarding the presence of the pathogen in plant materials. The research is was aimed to develop polyclonal antibody (PAb) for RS detection. Bacterial whole cells of RS isolates mixed with glutaraldehyde were used to immunize New Zealand female white rabbit. The titre of antibody in culture supernatant was 1: 1024. The PAb developed from a ground nut RS isolates reacted with infected plant samples from various locations. It was able to detect RS antigen of crude extract and pure cultures from tomato and potato plant samples 4-5 using dot blot ELISA; however, the minimum detectable concentration of RS antigen was 10cells/ml. The PAb obtained in this study is sensitive enough to detect RS isolates in routine serological assay.Key words: Bacterial wilt, Ralstonia solanacearum, antibody, dot blot ELISA
PENGARUH PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF TERHADAP TINGKAT KECERDASAN ANAK USIA TK DI KECAMATAN GENUK KOTA SEMARANG TAHUN 2022
Air Susu Ibu (ASI) adalah cairan hasil sekresi kelenjar payudara ibu, yang kaya akan nutriens biasanya dibeikan kepada bayi sampai berusia 2 (dua) tahun, dalam metode pemberian ASI dikenal pemberian secara eksklusif, yaitu pemberian ASI yang diberikan sejak usia 0 – 6 bulan tanpa adanya makanan tambahan lainnya kecuali ASI dan menjadi sumber makanan utama bayi pada usia 0 – 6 bulan ini. Berbagai manfaat yang didapatkan dari pemberian ASI secara Eksklusif ini, salah satunya adalah peningkatan kecerdasan anak, telah dilakukan studi asosiasi terhadap riwayat pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada anak TK se Kecamatan Genuk Kota Semarang teradap tingkat kecerdasannya, penelitian analitik ini menggunakan istrumen analisis Chi Square untuk menguji pengarus asosiasinya. Penelitian dilakukan di TK seKecamatan Genuk pada 22 TK terhadap 495 anak TK yang menjadi sampel, dan ditemukan hasil analisis deskriptif, bahwa dari 495 anak yang disurvei terdapat 70,30 % anak yang riwayat pemberian ASI nya saat berumur 0 – 6 bulan diberikan secara Eksklusif dan 29,70 % tidak dengan Eksklusif, hasil pengukuran kecerdasan anak yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert pada delapan dimensi jenis kecerdasan anak, ditemukan total hasil pengukuran yang terdiri 54,14 % anak dengan tinkat kecerdasan tinggi, 42,43 % dengan tingkat kecerdasan sedang dan 3,43 % dengan tingkat kecerdasan rendah. Dari hasil analisis statstik diketahui Nilai X2h > X2t dan dengan nilai Sig < 0,05, serta diketahui pula tidak terdapat sel dari tabel 2 X 3 yang bernilai < 5, maka secara statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ASI secara Eksklusif pada bayi akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kecerdasan anak

Efektivitas Pseudomonas Fluorescens Terhadap Penyakit Layu Bakteri (Ralstonia Solanacearum) Pada Tanaman Kacang Tanah
Effectiveness of Pseudomonas fluorescens against groundnut bacterial wilt (Ralstonia solanacearum). The experiment was conducted to study effectiveness of Pseudomonas fluorescens (PF) soil drenching application against groundnut bacterial wilt disease (Ralstonia solanacearum) suppression. Results showed that PF applications gave significant effect to reduce wilt incidence. The lowest wilt incidence (7.17%) was obtained by three times periodically soil drenching of the growing plant (1 day before planting, 15 days after planting and 30 days after planting) with PF (107 cfu/ml) suspensions. PF applications showed no significant effect on plant height which ranging from 13,07 cm - 15,60 cm. In addition, PF applications showed wet root and pod weight ranging from 0,35 g – 0,83 g and 7,13 g – 9,13 g, respectively which significantly different compared with untreated PF application

The existence of this pandemic has an impact on several sectors, one of which is the agricultural sector. Many farmers have complained that their income has decreased since the COVID-19 pandemic, especially farmers in Tero Hamlet, Jotang Beru Village, Empang District, Sumbawa Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of lowland rice farming before the covid -19 pandemic and during the covid 19 pandemic. To find out how big the difference in the production and income of lowland rice farmers before the covid -19 pandemic and during the covid 19 pandemic. Researchers used descriptive quantitative methods by conducting interviews with farmers and filling out questionnaires as a support for obtaining data. The method of analysis to answer the first objective is to use the R/C ratio analysis and to answer the second objective is to use the t-test analysis of the average difference to distinguish income between before the pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic
Mergers of Indonesian Islamic Banks: How the Capital Market React?
This study investigates the response of the Indonesian capital market to the announcement of mergers involving BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri, resulting in the establishment of a new entity known as Bank Syariah Indonesia. Employing an event study methodology, this study adopted a time frame of 120 days, comprising a window period of 20 days (consisting of 10 days both before and after the event date). The market model approach was employed to ascertain the abnormal return value observed during the event period. In order to test the hypotheses, this research employed the one-sample t-test for datasets with normal distribution characteristics and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test for datasets that did not conform to a normal distribution. The findings of the study indicated a favorable market reaction, characterized by the disparity in Average Abnormal Return (AAR) following the event date, with a significance value (two-tailed) of 0.027, which was below the 0.050 level of significance. Furthermore, from the perspective of Average Trading Volume Activity (ATVA), a positive reaction was also discerned, as evidenced by the contrast in ATVA during the window period, yielding a significance value (two-tailed) of 0.028, also falling below the 0.050 level of significance. These outcomes offer an enhanced comprehension of how the Indonesian capital markets respond to such mergers, thereby serving as a valuable reference for stakeholders when formulating investment decisions and market strategies
PENGARUH DISIPLIN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA KINERJA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS SUBANG
Universitas Subang adalah sebuah lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan tinggi dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat sebagai pusat pendidikan dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, serta menghasilkan lulusan yang berilmu pengetahuan, bermoral Pancasila, dan berjiwa entrepreneurship. Dalam menjalankan kegiatannya sudah menjadi suatu keharusan Universitas Subang harus didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yaitu tenaga kependidikan yang memiliki kinerja baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi serta implikasinya pada kinerja tenaga kependidikan Universitas Subang.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampel, dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran secara umum tentang kondisi disiplin, motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja tenaga kependidikan Universitas Subang diinterpretasikan dalam kriteria tinggi, yaitu berada pada interval 3,41 – 4,20. Besarnya pengaruh disiplin terhadap komitmen organisasi adalah 0,353 atau 35,3%, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi adalah 0,312 atau 31,2%, pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi adalah 0,665 atau 66,5%, sedangkan pengaruh variabel lain adalah 0,335 atau 33,5%. Besarnya pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 0,733 atau 73,3%, sedangkan pengaruh variabel lain sebesar 0,267 atau 26,7%.
