    Pengamanan Data Menggunakan Metoda Enkripsi Einstein

    Dalam proses demokrasi maka semua orang bebas untuk berbicara mengutarakan pendapat dan pandangannya berdasarkan pribadi dan perasaannya, tentu saja dengan melihat bahwa hak demokrasinya tersebut tidak melanggar hak demokrasi orang lain. Kebebasan berkomunikasi ini juga termasuk kebebasan untuk berbicara dengan orang yang diinginkan. Untuk itu akan sangat mengganggu bila isi pembicaraan terutama yang menggunakan teknologi informasi ternyata bocor kepada orang yang tidak berhak dan secara demokrasi ini melanggar haknya, padahal dalam teknologi informasi yang berkembang secara sangat pesat ini ternyata tidak dibarengi dengan penggunaan alat untuk pengamanan data yang tepat dalam sistem informasi. Salah satu teknik pengamanan data informasi di dunia internet adalah penggunaan teknik algoritma kriptografi. Suatu algoritma kriptografi berisi fungsi-fungsi matematika yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Algoritma kriptografi yang digunakan merupakan jenis algoritma kriptografi simetrik yang menggunakan kunci rahasia yang sama untuk proses enkripsi dan dekripsinya. Pada makalah ini dipaparkan penggunaan algoritma kriptografi Einstein sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengamankan data. Pada algoritma Einstein, terdapat proses acak (random) yang menggunakan metoda kongruensial linear. Algoritma Einstein mempunyai kelebihan dalam melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi pada hampir semua jenis file yang umum digunakan.     LncRNA KCNQ1OT1 promotes osteogenic differentiation to relieve osteolysis via Wnt/β-catenin activation

    Abstract Background Resveratrol (RSV) has been reported to stimulate osteoblast differentiation in which Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway played a crucial role. However, whether and how RSV activated Wnt/β-catenin pathway in osteogenic differentiation still remained elusive. Methods In vivo polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) particle-induced osteolysis (PIO) mouse model and in vitro PMMA particle-stimulated mouse mesenchymal stem cells (mMSCs) experiments were established. Relative expression levels of lncRNA KCNQ1OT1, β-catenin, Runx2, Osterix and osteocalcin were determined using quantitative Real-Time PCR. Western blotting was used to measure β-catenin protein expression. In addition, the alkaline phosphatase activity and mineral deposition level using alizarin red S staining were performed to examine osteogenic differentiation status. The interaction between KCNQ1OT1 and β-catenin was confirmed by RNA pull down assay. Results RSV significantly attenuated PIO in vivo and PMMA-particle inhibition of osteogenic differentiation of mMSCs. Moreover, KCNQ1OT1 exerted the similar function in mMSCs by regulating β-catenin. Further study demonstrated that RSV exerted its effect on osteoblastic differentiation by regulating KCNQ1OT1. Consequently, RSV alleviated PMMA-particle inhibition of osteoblastic differentiation via Wnt/β-catenin pathway activation in vivo and in vitro. Conclusion RSV accelerated osteoblast differentiation by regulating lncRNA KCNQ1OT1 via Wnt/β-catenin pathway activation, indicating the functional role of RSV in modulating osteogenesis

    Robust Influence Maximization

    ABSTRACT In this paper, we address the important issue of uncertainty in the edge influence probability estimates for the well studied influence maximization problem -the task of finding k seed nodes in a social network to maximize the influence spread. We propose the problem of robust influence maximization, which maximizes the worst-case ratio between the influence spread of the chosen seed set and the optimal seed set, given the uncertainty of the parameter input. We design an algorithm that solves this problem with a solutiondependent bound. We further study uniform sampling and adaptive sampling methods to effectively reduce the uncertainty on parameters and improve the robustness of the influence maximization task. Our empirical results show that parameter uncertainty may greatly affect influence maximization performance and prior studies that learned influence probabilities could lead to poor performance in robust influence maximization due to relatively large uncertainty in parameter estimates, and information cascade based adaptive sampling method may be an effective way to improve the robustness of influence maximization
