蠲痛汤热敷治疗中风后肩手综合征30例临床观察
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Juan-tong decoction hot compressing on Shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods: Sixty selected cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients and control group of 30 patients.The cases in control group were treated with routine symptomatic treatment,and the ones in treatment group were treated with Juan-tong decoction hot compressing on the basis of above treatment.At last the curative effects were observed.Results: In treatment group 17 cases were recovered,10 cases effective,3 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.00% . In control group 10 cases were recovered,12 cases effective,and 8 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Juan-tong decoction hot compressing combined with routine symptomatic treatment has better effect on Shoulder hand syndrome after stroke compared to onlyroutine symptomatic treatment.目的 观察蠲痛汤热敷治疗中风后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法 60例中风后肩手综合征病人随机分为两组:治疗组及对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予蠲痛汤热敷, 对照组给予基础治疗。结果 治疗组30例患者中,治愈17例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率为90.00%;对照组30例患者中,治愈10例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%。结论 蠲痛汤热敷是治疗中风后肩手综合征的一种疗效确切的中药复方
Two-loop gluino contributions to neutron electric dipole moment in CP violating MSSM
We analyze two-loop gluino corrections to the neutron electric dipole moment
(EDM) in the minimal supersymmetry extension of the standard model (MSSM). The
dependence of two-loop corrections on the relevant CP violating phases differs
from that of the one-loop contributions, and there is a region in the parameter
space where the two-loop contributions are comparable with the one-loop
contributions. Our numerical results show that the two-loop corrections can be

Cloning, Heterologous Expression, and Characterization of a βκ-Carrageenase From Marine Bacterium Wenyingzhuangia funcanilytica: A Specific Enzyme for the Hybrid Carrageenan–Furcellaran
Carrageenan is a group of important food polysaccharides with high structural heterogeneity. Furcellaran is a typical hybrid carrageenan, which contains the structure consisted of alternative beta-carrageenan and kappa-carrageenan motifs. Although several furcellaran-hydrolyzing enzymes have been characterized, their specificity for the glycosidic linkage was still unclear. In this study, we cloned, expressed, and characterized a novel GH16_13 furcellaran-hydrolyzing enzyme Cgbk16A_Wf from the marine bacterium Wenyingzhuangia fucanilytica CZ1127. Cgbk16A_Wf exhibited its maximum activity at 50 degrees C and pH 6.0 and showed high thermal stability. The oligosaccharides in enzymatic products were identified by liquid chromatography coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. It was confirmed that Cgbk16A_Wf specifically cleaves the beta-1,4 linkages between beta-carrageenan and kappa-carrageenan motifs from non-reducing end to reducing end. Considering the structural heterogeneity of carrageenan and for the unambiguous indication of the specificity, we recommended to name the furcellaran-hydrolyzing activity represented by Cgbk16A as beta kappa-carrageenase instead of furcellaranase
