The development of a new generation of ultra-high temperature thermal protection coatings will be an urgent requirement for the rapid development of aerospace. The yttrium aluminum garnet ceramics with high melting point, high strength and excellent high temperature stability will be a potential high temperature coating candidate material. However, its high conductivity will limit its use as a coating material. For the issue of heat insulation poor in yttrium aluminum garnet ceramic, the design and modification on ceramic materials were researched. The results have shown that it is doesn\u27t change the YAG crystal structure and keep the original garnet crystal structure that the rare earth Yb doped YAG ceramic, yttrium aluminum garnet. The grain microstructure in YAG was significantly refined and the porosity was increased. The porosity increases with the increase of doping rare earth Yb in YAG. Obviously the specific heat capacity was reduced with the doping of the rare earth Yb in YAG, as so to reduce thermal conductivity of YAG. When the doping amount was up to 0.9, the grain size was small at 1.2-1.5um and the thermal diffusion and thermal conductivity were the lowest in YAG. Meanwhile, the thermal expansion coefficient of YAG ceramics was little variation and the phase change has not taken place with rare earth Yb doping in YAG. So there were excellent thermal expansion matching properties and good structure stability in the rare earth Yb doped yttrium aluminum garnet ceramic

Background: Agitation poses a significant challenge in the treatment of schizophrenia. Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is a fast, effective and safe treatment for a variety of psychiatric disorders, but no meta-analysis of ECT treatment for agitation in schizophrenia has yet been reported. Aims: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of ECT alone or ECT-antipsychotics (APs) combination for agitation in schizophrenia. Methods: Systematic literature search of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) was performed. Two independent evaluators selected studies, extracted data about outcomes and safety with available data, conducted quality assessment and data synthesis. The Grades of Recommendation, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) was used to judge the level of the overall evidence of main outcomes. Results: Seven RCTs from China, including ECT alone (4 RCTs with 5 treatment arms, n=240) and ECT-APs combination (3 RCTs, n=240), were identified. Participants in the studies were on average 34.3(4.5) years of age and lasted an average of 4.3(3.1) weeks of treatment duration. All 7 RCTs were non-blinded, and were rated as low quality based on Jadad scale. Meta-analysis of the pooled sample found no significant difference in the improvement of the agitation sub-score of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) when ECT alone (weighted mean difference=-0.90, (95% confidence interval (CI): -2.91, 1.11), p=0.38) or ECT-APs combination (WMD=-1.34, (95%CI: -4.07, 1.39), p=0.33) compared with APs monotherapy. However, ECT alone was superior to APs monotherapy regarding PANSS total score (WMD=-7.13, I2=0%, p=0.004) and its excitement sub-score (WMD=-1.97, pI2=0%, p=0.004) and its excitement sub-score at 7 and 14 days (WMD=-1.97 to -1.92, p=0.002 to 0.0001) after ECT. The ECT-APs combination was superior to APs monotherapy with respect to the PANSS total score at treatment endpoint (WMD=-10.40, p=0.03) and 7 days (WMD=-5.01, p=0.02). Headache ( number-needed-to-harm (NNH)=3, 95%CI=2-4) was more frequent in the ECT alone group compared to AP monotherapy. According to the GRADE approach, the evidence levels of main outcomes were rated as ‘‘very low’’ (37.5%) and “low” (50%). Conclusion: Pooling of the data based on 7 RCTs from China found no advantage of ECT alone or ECT-APs combination in the treatment of agitation related outcomes in schizophrenia patients. However, ECT alone or ECT-APs combination were associated with significant reduction in the PANSS total score. High-quality RCTs are needed to confirm the current interpretations. Circular RNAs and microRNAs widely exist in various species and play crucial roles in multiple biological processes. It is essential to study their roles in myogenesis. In our previous sequencing data, both miR-30a-3p and circular HIPK3 (circHIPK3) RNA, which are produced by the third exon of the HIPK3 gene, were differentially expressed among chicken skeletal muscles at 11 embryo age (E11), 16 embryo age (E16), and 1-day post-hatch (P1). Here, we investigated their potential roles in myogenesis. Proliferation experiment showed that miR-30a-3p could inhibit the proliferation of myoblast. Through dual-luciferase assay and Myosin heavy chain (MYHC) immunofluorescence, we found that miR-30a-3p could inhibit the differentiation of myoblast by binding to Myocyte Enhancer Factor 2 C (MEF2C), which could promote the differentiation of myoblast. Then, we found that circHIPK3 could act as a sponge of miR-30a-3p and exerted a counteractive effect of miR-30a-3p by promoting the proliferation and differentiation of myoblasts. Taking together, our data suggested that circHIPK3 could promote the chicken embryonic skeletal muscle development by sponging miR-30a-3p

Objective: To establish the HPLC method for simultaneous content determination of seven flavonoids and three saponins ingredients in the stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus, and to investigate its dynamic variation rules in different harvest time so as to determine the appropriate harvest time. Methods: After conducting the methodological investigation of chromatographic conditions, the HPLC detection method of ten active components was established. Then the method was used to determine the content of ten active components in the stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus in different harvest time. Finally, the cluster analysis, principal component analysis and entropy weight TOPSIS method were used to analyze the dynamic variation and distribution of the above components. Results: There were significant differences in the contents of the ten ingredients in the aerial parts of Astragalus membranaceus during different harvest periods (P<0.05). The total content of flavonoids in stems was higher from late August to September, and that of saponins was reached in early August. In contrast, the highest total amount of flavonoids in leaves was shown in the period of August to early September, and the amount of total saponins was not obviously changed. The results of chemometrics analysis showed that the contents of chemical components in the stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus before August were significantly different with that after August. Further entropy weight TOPSIS analysis showed that the stems of Astragalus membranaceus from August to September shared better comprehensive quality than other periods, and the leaves of Astragalus membranaceus in August presented the best quality, suggesting that the stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus should be harvested in late August. Conclusion: The HPLC method could be used for the simultaneous content detection of flavonoids and saponins ingredients in the aerial parts of Astragalus membranaceus. The suggested harvest period of the stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus could provide scientific basis for the quality control and further utilization of the stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus

    Get PDF
The ecological vulnerability evaluation index was established through Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Wetness (WET), Normalized Difference Build-up and Soil Index (NDBSI) and Land Surface Temperature (LST) indicators, comprehensively evaluate the ecological vulnerability of Zhongxian County of Chongqing in 2002, 2009, and 2016 by Principal Components Analysis (PCA), and analyze its spatio-temporal evolution. The vulnerability areas of five levels were calculated respectively, and the overall index of ecological vulnerability was also calculated. The index of remote sensing ecological index (RSEI) and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index decreased first and then increased; the Wetness index showed an upward trend; the Normalized Difference Build-up and Soil Index index increased first and then decreased; and the Land Surface Temperature index decreased. The ecological vulnerability body index (EVBI) shows a downward trend, and the incremental changes are mainly concentrated in the negligible vulnerability areas and light vulnerability area, while the medium vulnerability, strong vulnerability and extreme vulnerability area generally show a downward trend. Furthermore, the new increment of ecological vulnerability grade area concentrates on negligible vulnerability area and light vulnerability area from 2002 to 2016. In general, the ecological vulnerability gradually shifts to low vulnerability, and the ecological environment tends to develop healthily

Nano-Subsidence Assisted Precise Integration of Patterned Two-Dimensional Materials for High-Performance Photodetector Arrays

The spatially precise integration of arrays of micro-patterned two-dimensional (2D) crystals onto three-dimensionally structured Si/SiO2_2 substrates represents an attractive strategy towards the low-cost system-on-chip integration of extended functions in silicon microelectronics. However, the reliable integration of the arrays of 2D materials on non-flat surfaces has thus far proved extremely challenging due to their poor adhesion to underlying substrates as ruled by weak van der Waals interactions. Here we report on a novel fabrication method based on nano-subsidence which enables the precise and reliable integration of the micro-patterned 2D materials/silicon photodiode arrays exhibiting high uniformity. Our devices display peak sensitivity as high as 0.35 A/W and external quantum efficiency (EQE) of ca. 90%, outperforming most commercial photodiodes. The nano-subsidence technique opens a viable path to on-chip integrate 2D crystals onto silicon for beyond-silicon microelectronics.Comment: 41 pages, 5 figures, with S
