A Study on the Role of UIG Triple Helix Intensity in the Level of Regional Entrepreneurship

UIG triple helix is a relatively stable relationship among universities, industries, and governments formed in the relationship due to long-term formal and informal cooperation and communication. According to previous studies, in accordance with whether to achieve the tripartite cooperation among universities, industries and government, UIG triple helix can be divided into positive overlap and negative overlap, positive overlap refers to the three parties to achieve effective cooperation, and negative overlap refers to other forms of cooperation except the cooperation of positive overlap. The present study argues that the positive overlap is more conducive to the optimization of the regional entrepreneurial environment and the improvement of the regional entrepreneurial level than the negative overlap. In addition, this study argues that while positive overlap is more conducive to the promotion of the level regional entrepreneurship, it is undeniable that positive overlap also has some limitations, which have the disadvantages of high cost of coordination, poor flexibility and low efficiency. Therefore, trust governance can reduce the coordination costs brought by positive overlap, improve the efficiency of cooperation, and mediate the relationship between UIG triple helix intensity and regional entrepreneurial level. Through the collection of public data, the author test the model. Keywords: UIG triple helix intensity, positive overlap, negative overlap, trust governance, the level of regional entrepreneurshi

This study draws on the literature of social cognitive theory to examine the impact of leadership self-efficacy on the ambidextrous innovation of public administrators. Afterwards, this study introduces perspective taking as a moderator and then discusses the different moderating effects of cognitive perspective taking and affective perspective taking. Findings show that leadership self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on ambidextrous innovation; cognitive perspective taking and affective perspective taking play important roles in the relationship between leadership self-efficacy and ambidextrous innovation; the interaction of affective perspective taking and leadership self-efficacy is not conducive to the realization of the ambidextrous innovation of public administrators. This study is a pioneering endeavor in the field of innovation research at the individual level in Chinese public sector, thereby providing important implications for public administrators to stimulate their ambidextrous innovation. Residue cross sections of 50^{50}Ti-induced fusion reactions based on the two-step model

50^{50}Ti-induced fusion reactions to synthesize superheavy elements are studied systematically with the two-step model developed recently, where fusion process is divided into approaching phase and formation phase. Furthermore, the residue cross sections for different neutron evaporation channels are evaluated with the statistical evaporation model. In general, the calculated cross sections are much smaller than that of 48^{48}Ca-induced fusion reactions, but the results are within the detection capability of experimental facilities nowadays. The maximum calculated residue cross section for producing superheavy element Z=119Z=119 is in the reaction 50^{50}Ti+247^{247}Bk in 3n3n channels with σres(3n)=0.043\sigma_{\rm res}(3n)=0.043 pb at E∗E^{*} = 37.0 MeV.Comment: 6 pages, 7 figure

Research on the Balance Between Commonweal and Commerciality in the Development of Social Enterprises

Since social enterprise in our country began to appear and expand on the amount and type of industry, the discussion about its identity orientation, characteristics, operation model and future development emerges constantly and becomes a hot topic in academia. But in the emphasis on social enterprise as a kind of commonweal and commercial organization form, whether and how to balance the two sides tend to be ignored. The majority of people insist that social enterprise must exist with the goal of social interests, which makes it's "business" side hard to stand out. In this state of imbalance, the development of social enterprises will face a lot of problems. So obtaining from the related cases, this article aims to explore balance problems between public welfare and commerciality in the process of development of social enterprises in our country at present stage, and proposes corresponding solutions. Network Centrality and Public Service Motivation: The Medium of Organizational Commitment

Based on social network theory, this paper studies the mechanism of betweenness centrality on public service motivation and how this influence is mediated by organizational commitment. The theory of public service motivation, as a product of the crisis of Western social government, has attracted a lot of academic interest because of its completely different ideas. In the subsequent development, it has become a parallel with Weber's bureaucratic theory, representative bureaucracy, and public choice theory. One of the four theoretical schools that describe bureaucratic behavior. As an emerging topic in the field of public management research, in-depth study of public service motivation not only helps to select a qualified civil service, but also helps to better improve public service motivation in the public sector and accelerate service-oriented government construction pace. Through a questionnaire survey of 206 public sector members, the empirical analysis shows that the higher the betweenness are, the more motivated individuals are. In addition, the organization promises to play an intermediary role between the betweenness centrality and public service motivation. The article's research conclusions, from the point of view of social network theory, enrich the angle and strength of interpretation of public service motivation, and also provide new ideas for the future public sector to further enhance the public service motivation of the organization members. Traversable Thin-shell Wormhole in the 4D Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet Theory

We construct the spherically symmetric thin-shell wormhole solutions of the four-dimensional Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet model and study their stability under radial linear perturbations. For positive Gauss-Bonnet coupling constant, the stable thin-shell wormhole can only be supported by exotic matter. For negative enough Gauss-Bonnet coupling constant, in asymptotic flat and AdS spacetime, there exists stable neutral thin-shell wormhole with normal matter which has finite throat radius. In asymptotic dS spacetime, there is no stable neutral thin-shell wormhole with normal matter. The charged thin-shell wormholes with normal matter exist in all the flat, AdS and dS spacetime. Their throat radius can be arbitrarily small. However, when the charge is too large, the stable thin-shell wormhole can be supported only by exotic matter.Comment: 20 pages, 7 figures, references added; minor revisio

The TRX consists of two individually-optimized RF front-ends for each band and one shared power-scalable analog baseband. The sub-GHz receiver has achieved the maximum 75 dBc 3rd-order harmonic rejection ratio (HRR3) by inserting a Q-enhanced notch filtering RF amplifier (RFA). In 2.4 GHz band, a single-ended-to-differential RFA with gain/phase imbalance compensation is proposed in the receiver. A ΣΔ fractional-N PLL frequency synthesizer with two switchable Class-C VCOs is employed to provide the LOs. Moreover, the integrated multi-mode PAs achieve the output P1dB (OP1dB) of 16.3 dBm and 14.1 dBm with both 25% PAE for sub-GHz and 2.4 GHz bands, respectively. A power-control loop is proposed to detect the input signal PAPR in real-time and flexibly reconfigure the PA's operation modes to enhance the back-off efficiency. With this proposed technique, the PAE of the sub-GHz PA is improved by x3.24 and x1.41 at 9 dB and 3 dB back-off powers, respectively, and the PAE of the 2.4 GHz PA is improved by x2.17 at 6 dB back-off power. The presented transceiver has achieved comparable or even better performance in terms of noise figure, HRR, OP1dB and power efficiency compared with the state-of-the-art.Peer reviewe
