AbstractDesign a small-family DC-Micro-grids system, analyzes its existence value and meaning. Regarding bus voltage of DC-Micro-grids, it has always been an important index of DC-Micro-grids, this paper puts forward a two-way AC/DC converter voltage current double closed loop control method. It is easier to control the voltage and current by using d-q shaft transformation decoupling. Build the system model with MATLAB/simulink software and simulate in the time domain cases in the Condition of Synchronization. The results prove that the method can very good control dc bus voltage stability, ensure system power safety

Along with the internal environment of China’s National Hi-tech industry Development Zone becoming more complicated, it’s difficult to show the advantages of their original resources. And internal institutional environment has gradually become more importance on innovation performance. Based on the existing studies, this paper tries to do a regression analysis of Hi-tech zone’s regulatory regimes, policy, and innovation performance, aiming to find out the key institutional factors which influenced the High-tech zone’s innovation performance. The results showed that: (1) the more Municipal administrative privileges Hi-tech zone has, the better its performance will be. (2) The national level policy has a significant positive correlation with innovation performance; but the policy from provincial and municipal governments has a significant negative correlation. (3) The nature of management agency has negative regulation in the relationship between the power of provincial and municipal policies and the innovation performance. This research tries to provide a new revelation for the hi-tech zones, which will help them get more scientific management operations and development policy. Toward a Configurational Protection Motivation Theory

    Get PDF
Protection motivation theory (PMT) has been widely used as a theory to explain users’ adoption of health information technologies. Prior studies based on PMT tend to treat it as a variance model and explain the parallel and independent effects of its constructs. This theorization neglects the original insights about the sequence of decision making and the interdependencies between PMT constructs. To address both of these two issues, this study proposes and tests a configurational protection motivation theory (CPMT). Specifically, different configurations are identified to reflect the potential sequential effects, substitutive effects, and complementary effects. A survey of 204 mobile health service users in China is conducted to test CPMT and the data analysis results confirm the theoretical expectations. This study can contribute to protection motivation theory and e-health research and suggest practitioners to think in a holistic way during service promotion

Differential expression of papillomavirus L1 proteins encoded by authentic and codon modified L1 genes in methylcellulose-treated mouse keratinocytes

Papillomaviruses (PVs) are double-stranded DNA viruses that infect keratinocytes in differentiating epithelia and induce hyperproliferative lesions. Here, we used methylcellulose to induce cell differentiation of primary mouse keratinocytes (KCs) in in vitro culture and assessed the expression of authentic and codon-modified version of L1 capsid genes from two PV types (HPV6b and BPV1). Based on the quantitative RT-PCR analysis, methylcellulose treatment did not influence the transcriptional expression of both authentic and codon-modified L1 genes in KCs. Western blot showed that methylcellulose significantly increased the levels of the L1 proteins expressed from two authentic L1 genes. Conversely, methylcellulose dramatically decreased L1 protein expression in KCs transfected with two codon-modified L1 expression constructs. These data suggest that L1 protein expression is associated with KC differentiation induced by methylcellulose treatment and regulated at the post-transcriptional level

Impact of high-frequency pumping on anomalous finite-size effects in three-dimensional topological insulators

Lowering of the thickness of a thin-film three-dimensional topological insulator down to a few nanometers results in the gap opening in the spectrum of topologically protected two-dimensional surface states. This phenomenon, which is referred to as the anomalous finite-size effect, originates from hybridization between the states propagating along the opposite boundaries. In this work, we consider a bismuth-based topological insulator and show how the coupling to an intense high-frequency linearly polarized pumping can further be used to manipulate the value of a gap. We address this effect within recently proposed Brillouin-Wigner perturbation theory that allows us to map a time-dependent problem into a stationary one. Our analysis reveals that both the gap and the components of the group velocity of the surface states can be tuned in a controllable fashion by adjusting the intensity of the driving field within an experimentally accessible range and demonstrate the effect of light-induced band inversion in the spectrum of the surface states for high enough values of the pump.Comment: 6 pages, 3 figure
