    本文对穿支动脉的概念进行了新的认识,并对穿支动脉病的内涵进行了推广,进而提出了以穿支动脉-神经组织单元为脑梗死基本病变单位的医学假设,有助于引发对脑梗死模式分型的新的思考。本文突破常规的思维模式,基于穿支动脉病变单元对经典脑梗死模式分型进行了再解析,将脑梗死模式分为单穿支动脉病、多穿支动脉病、泛穿支动脉病三类。该分型有助于从新的视角认识脑梗死的形成,并有助于将脑梗死影像学模式特征蕴含的信息用于指导脑梗死的病因分型、发病机制的把握和治疗方案的选择。 This paper anatomizes the definition of perforating artery disease, and generalizes the connotation of perforating artery. Then a medical hypothesis is proposed that the perforating artery-neural tissue units can be regarded as basic unit for the formation of cerebral infarction, which contributes to arouse new thinking of cerebral infarction model. This paper breaks through conventional mode of thinking and analyzes the models of cerebral infarction based on the perforating artery-neural tissue units. The models of cerebral infarction were finally classified into three categories: single-perforating artery disease, multi-perforating artery disease and extensive-perforating artery disease. This classification would contribute to understand the formation of cerebral infarction from a new perspective, and to use the characteristics information of cerebral infarction image model to guide the etiology classification of cerebral infarction, pathogenesis understanding and treatment options

    Objective: The role of the basilar artery morphological abnormalities (BAMA) in the pathogenesis of posterior circulation infarction (PCI) was summarized and analyzed based on the main line of the diagnosis and treatment of the basilar artery excessive bending combined with thrombus formation. The experience and lessons in this process was summarized which could provide reference and warning for further clinical diagnosis and treatment.  Methods: This paper described a rare case of DWI-negative PCI 3 hours after onset in a young man as well as its whole process of diagnosis and treatment and the literature of the BAMA was reviewed and summarized.  Results: This patient was diagnosed as basilar artery excessive bending combined with thrombosis by CTA, but eventually died of brain stem failure despite receiving intravenous thrombolytic therapy. Conclusion: BAMA should be fully taken into account in the pathogenesis of PCI. The clinical significance of vascular evaluation in patients with PCI and isolated vertigo should be paid enough attention to and the understanding of the clinical significance of the results of this assessment should be broadened in the clinical practice. 目的 以基底动脉过度弯曲并血栓形成病例的诊断治疗为主线,总结和分析了基底动脉形态异常在后循环梗死发病机制中的作用。总结病例的诊治经验训,为以后的临床诊疗提供一定的借鉴价值和警示意义。方法 本文描述了1例罕见的发病后3h DWI仍未显示病灶的后循环梗死的年轻患者诊断和治疗的全过程,并对基底动脉形态异常的相关文献进行回顾分析和总结。结果 本例患者通过头CTA确诊为基底动脉过度弯曲并血栓形成,虽经静脉溶栓治疗,但最终死于脑干功能衰竭。结论 后循环缺血的发病机制应该将基底动脉形态异常这一因素充分考虑在内。在临床上,对于后循环缺血及孤立性眩晕患者血管评估的临床意义应该给予足够的关注并拓宽对这一评估结果临床意义的认识

    The effect of TrkA signaling pathway on the expressions of TRPC1,TRPC3 in 6-hydroxydopamine lesioned rat treated by electroacupuncture

    Objective: We investigate the effect of TrkA signaling pathway on the expressions of transient receptor potential channel in 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA) lesioned rat treated by electroacupuncture and to explore the role of trkA signaling pathway and TRP subfamily in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease (PD), which would reveals the mechanisms of electroacupuncture (EA) neuroprotective effect. Methods:  The experimental models were established by unilateral injection of 6-OHDA into the left medial forebrain bundle (MFB).TrkA signaling pathway inhibitor K252a was infected into MFB through two small burr holes in the skull to block trkA signal.The change of TRPC1 and TRPC3 expressions was detected by use of immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR as well as TUNEL for cell apoptosis. Results:  The expressions of TRPC1 and TRPC3 in the substantia nigra (SN) of the 6-OHDA lesioned rat were significantly reduced. Compared with PD model group, TRPC1 and TRPC3 expressions were significantly increased in the EA group. There was no statistically significance in TRPC1 and TRPC3 expressions between K252a and PD model groups (P> 0.05). The number of apoptotic cells in SN increased 54.5% in the PD model rats, while positive apoptotic cells were significantly reduced in the EA group. There was no statistically significance in apoptotic cells between K252a and PD model groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:  TRPC1 and TRPC3 expressions downregulated in the SN of the 6-OHDA lesioned rat, which was accompanied by apoptosis increase in the SN. EA treatment could reverse this effect, and trkA signaling pathway inhibitors K252a can attenuate the neuroprotective effect of EA. It suggested that TRPC1 and TRPC3 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PD, and certain TRPC subfamily expressions change may be associated with the pathogenesis of PD. Its expression might be subject to trkA signaling pathway, and this signal pathway may be the regulation target for EA neuroprotection.目的 观察trkA信号通路调控对电针处理的6-羟多巴胺(6-OHDA)损伤大鼠黑质瞬时受体势通道亚族TRPC1、TRPC3表达的影响,探讨trkA信号通路及TRPC1、TRPC3在帕金森病(PD)发病机制中的作用,揭示电针干预发挥神经保护效应的机制。方法 采用6-OHDA偏侧毁损方法建立PD大鼠模型,利用trkA信号通路抑制剂K252a立体定向注入左侧大鼠前脑束阻断trkA信号,用免疫组织化学法和RT-PCR法检测大鼠黑质区TRPC1、TRPC3基因表达的变化,并利用TUNEL检测黑质区细胞的凋亡情况。结果 模型组大鼠黑质区TRPC1和TRPC3基因表达显著减少,电针组大鼠黑质区TRPC1和TRPC3 基因表达较模型组显著增加;K252a组大鼠黑质区TRPC1、TRPC3表达明显减少,与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与电针组比较,模型组大鼠黑质区凋亡阳性细胞数目增加54.5%,电针组凋亡阳性细胞显著减少;而K252a组凋亡阳性细胞数目与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 6-OHDA损伤大鼠黑质区TRPC1、TRPC3基因表达下调,同时黑质区细胞凋亡增加。电针干预能够逆转这一变化,trkA信号通路抑制剂K252a能削弱电针的神经保护作用。TRPC某些亚族基因如TRPC1、TRPC3可能在PD的发病中扮演重要角色。TRPC1、TRPC3的表达可能受trkA信号通路的调控,该信号通路可能是电针治疗PD发挥神经保护作用的重要调节靶点

    Conserving unprotected important coastal habitats in the Yellow Sea:Shorebird occurrence, distribution and food resources at Lianyungang

    The Yellow Sea coastline in East Asia, an important staging area for migratory shorebirds in the East Asian-Australasian Flyway (EAAF), is rapidly deteriorating. Conserving the declining shorebird populations that rely on the Yellow Sea requires habitat protection and management based on sound ecological knowledge, especially on the seasonal occurrence of shorebirds, their daily movements and their food resources. However, in this region such ecological data are scarce, and expertise to collect them are less-established. Here we gather and assimilate such information for the coastal wetlands at Lianyungang on the Chinese Yellow Sea coast, an understudied and unprotected area where we found 27% of intertidal soft sediment habitats have been destroyed in 2003–2018 by reclamation. In 2008–2018, 43 shorebird species were recorded along this coastline, including 12 globally threatened or ‘Near Threatened’ species. In terms of number of shorebird species exceeding 1% of the EAAF population, with 22 species meeting this criterion, Lianyungang ranks highest among the >300 shorebird sites in East Asia. The benthic mollusc community of the intertidal flats were dominated by small soft-shelled bivalve species at very high densities, including 9399 individuals/m2 of <i>Potamocorbula laevis</i>, which are high-quality food for shorebirds to refuel during migration. Satellite tracked bar-tailed godwits (<i>Limosa lapponica</i>) and great knots (<i>Calidris tenuirostris</i>) stopped at Lianyungang for 5–30 days during northward and southward migration. The tidal movements of satellite-tagged birds indicated high-tide roosts and low-tide foraging areas, some of which are inaccessible on-ground. These movements can also be used to evaluate whether roosts and foraging areas are close enough to each other, and direct where to create new roost sites. Potential measures to increase the capacity of Lianyungang to support shorebirds include reducing human disturbances, creating roosts at undeveloped parts of the reclaimed land, and removing recently-built sea dikes to restore intertidal flats

    Resilient DC voltage control for islanded wind farms integration using cascaded hybrid HVDC system

    To integrate large-scale islanded onshore wind power with different sizes, this paper proposes an integration system based on the cascaded hybrid HVDC transmission system, which consists of LCC and several MMCs in series connection at the DC side of the rectifier. A large-scale wind farm is connected with one LCC and one MMC while several small-scale wind farms are connected with MMCs directly. Owing to the hierarchical integration arrangement, the operating flexibility can be improved with reduced capacity and the number of step-up interfacing transformers. A resilient DC voltage control is proposed for the integration system to adaptively redistribute power among the converters during wind power fluctuations. Firstly, the topology and operating characteristics of the wind power integration system are introduced. Then, a resilient DC voltage control is proposed to ensure stable operation during wind power curtailments. Finally, a simulation model of the hybrid cascaded HVDC transmission system is built in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the effectiveness. The research results show that the system provides a new option for long-distance transmission of large-scale islanded wind power

The ligands bridge the SrII ions, forming a two-dimensional structure. In the crystal, O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds further connect the structure into a three-dimensional network.
