Retroperitoneal barytoma

A rare case of retroperitoneal fibrosis after rectal perforation during a barium enema is reported. Pelvic cellulitis due to infiltration of barium and fecal matter is a serious complication and needs an energetic treatment. In 23 cases of Turner's syndrome, a systematic urography revealed 14 cases of urinary tract abnormalities. There were 3 cases of major abnormalities such as horseshoe kidney and unilateral pelvic kidney, and minor abnormalities such as 8 cases of renal malrotation and 3 cases of ureteral duplication.
