Study protocol of a phase II clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant intraperitoneal and systemic albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with camrelizumab and S-1 in the treatment of patients with exfoliative cell-positive gastric cancer
BackgroundCurrently, gastric cancer with positive lavage cytology without gross peritoneal dissemination (GC-CY1) is a special type of metastatic form with poor prognosis. Consensus guidelines on treatment strategies for patients with GC-CY1 have not been established. This study involves a single-arm, prospective, phase II clinical trial to examine the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant intraperitoneal and systemic (NIPS) albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with Camrelizumab and S-1 in the treatment of GC-CY1 patients.Methods/designThis is a prospective single-center exploratory study, and the primary endpoints of the trial are R0 resection rate and conversion rate of abdominal free cancer cells (FCCs), with secondary endpoints of 3-year progression-free survival (PFS); 3-year overall survival (OS); objective remission rate (ORR); disease control rate (DCR); safety and TRG classification.DiscussionThis study is the first to apply NIPS albumin-bound paclitaxel combined with Camrelizumab and S-1 to the conversion therapy of GC-CY1 patients. It is speculated that this combination of regimens will increase the negative conversion rate of FCCs by 20%, which will provide innovative insights into conversion treatment ideas for GC-CY1 patients to be managed in a more comprehensive and optimized manner.Clinical trial registrationhttp://clinicaltrials.gov/, identifier NCT05410847
Research on Aerodynamic Design of an End Wall Based on a Quasi-3D Optimization Method
To investigate the effects of different passage structures on the aerodynamic performance of the transonic fans, this paper develops a reliable and practical quasi-3D optimization method for the hub based on the experimental data of Stage 67. In the method, the hub profile of Stage 67 can be optimized without changing the geometrical data of the blades. The optimization results show that stream tube diffusion characteristics depend on the hub profile’s curvature in the boundary layer near the hub. In the front part of the hub, the end wall with a concave construction can enhance the expansion of the stream tubes near the root of the rotor blade, which helps control the diffusion flow of viscous fluid effectively to decrease the low-energy fluid’s energy degradation and radial secondary flow in the boundary layer. In the latter part of the hub, the end wall with a convex construction facilitates the shrinkage of stream tubes to decrease the secondary flow loss and separated flow loss by controlling the separation of the boundary layer efficiently. This construction of the hub profile is beneficial to promote the aerodynamic performance of a transonic fan
Electrical Characterizations of Planar Ga2O3 Schottky Barrier Diodes
In this work, a Schottky barrier diode (SBD) is fabricated and demonstrated based on the edge-defined film-fed grown (EFG) Ga2O3 crystal substrate. At the current stage, for high resistance un-doped Ga2O3 films and/or bulk substrates, the carrier concentration (and other electrical parameters) is difficult to be obtained by using the conventional Hall measurement. Therefore, we extracted the electrical parameters such as on-state resistance (Ron), Schottky barrier height (ϕB), the ideal factor (n), series resistance (Rs) and the carrier concentration (Nd) by analyzing the current density–voltage (J–V) and capacitance–voltage (C–V) curves of the Ga2O3-based SBD, systematically. The detailed measurements and theoretical analysis are displayed in this paper

Au plasmon enhanced high performance β-Ga2O3 solar-blind photo-detector
Surface plasmon polariton (SPP) is electro-magnetic wave coupled to free electron oscillations near the surface of metal, and has been used to improve the photoelectric properties in many optoelectronic devices. In the present study, the Au nanoparticles (NPs)/β-Ga2O3 composite thin film was fabricated through depositing Au ultra-thin film on the β-Ga2O3 thin film followed by post-thermal treatment. Compared to bare β-Ga2O3 thin film, a significant absorption around 510 nm, which is attributed to SPP of Au NPs, was observed in the UV–vis spectrum of Au NPs/β-Ga2O3 composite thin film. The results showed that the photoresponse of Au NPs/Ga2O3 photodetector illuminated under 254 nm+532 nm light was much higher than that illuminated under 254 nm light, indicating an enhancement of photoelectric property for the solar-blind photodetector based on β-Ga2O3 thin film
Study on harmonic metering characteristics of Rogowski coil current transformer
This paper introduces the harmonic requirements of a power system transformer and the principle of the Rogowski coil electronic current transformer, summarizes the simple and practical methods for harmonic measurement of the Rogowski coil electronic current transformer, and conducts harmonic measurement of the electronic current transformer through high-precision harmonic source and standard current transformer and transformer calibrator. The results show that this method has strong applicability and simple operation, which greatly enriches the harmonic measurement methods
