Development of a dynamic linear axis for machining of groove structures

The paper presents the development of a linear axis that combines the properties of an ultra-precision axis and an axis with extremely high dynamic. For the realisation of high stiffness and good damping characteristics hydrostatic guideways are used. However, the dominated feature of the linear axis is the design of a mass decoupling system that allows the reduction of the prefaced machine base forces of more than 60 %. With this, a very high dynamic and also precise movement can be realised. The developed axis allows the machining of planar groove structures by planing faster than fly-cutting, with the same lateral straightness quality and surface roughness

Проектирование участка для изготовления и ремонта деталей кранового узла магистральных трубопроводов

В данном дипломном проекте представлена работа проектированию участка по ремонту и изготовлению деталей кранового узла магистральных трубопроводов состоит из конструкторской части ,технологической, социальной ответственности и экономической части.А также из 86 листов самой пояснительной записки, 10 таблиц экономической части, 9 чертежей, 2 приложений , и списка литературы состоящей из 16 источников. В данной дипломной работе представлен технологический процесс по изготовлению деталей, а именно втулки и корпуса .Усовершенствование заключается в обработке корпуса ,расточка отверстий с применением конструкторского приспособления и кондукторной втулки для точного сверления отверстий и нарезания резьбы,на фрезерном станке с ЧПУ.In this thesis project presents the work of the design area for the repair and manufacture of parts of valve units of pipelines consists of the design part ,technology, social responsibility and economic part.And of the 86 leaves most of the explanatory notes, 10 tables economic part, 9 drawings, 2 applications , and a bibliography with 16 sources.
