    Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work environment and motivation with organizational citizenship behavior of public sma teachers in east jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with 3 variables in it are: (X1) work environment as independent variable, (X2) Motivation as independent variable and (Y) organizational citizenship behavior as dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with correlational study result. The population in this study is the public smp teachers in kecataman pulogadung. Samples were taken using Simple Random sampling technique or simple random sampling. Based on the technique, the sample size used in this research is 96  employees. Data collection for work environment variable (X1), motivation (X2) and organizational citizenship behavior (Y) using questionnaire The result of the research shows that: (1) there is a positive relationship between work environment with organizational citizenship behaviorI (OCB); (2) there is positive relationship between motivation with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); (3) there is positive relation between work environment and motivation -together with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB

    The purpose of this research was to describe the evaluation of the students’s learning achievement and the factors influencing the teachers in using alternative assessment in evaluating the students’s learning achievement. The method applied was mixed method explanatory in which the research began with quantitative approach and continued with qualitative approach. The research was conducted in Utan Kayu Selatan area of the East Jakarta as from April to November 2011 and the primary school teachers were determined as the research subjects. The samples were selected by random sampling for the quantitative approach and certain criteria were used for the qualitative approach. Based on the data analysis, from 41 only nine teachers used the alternative assessment. In-depth study indicated the influencing factors for the teachers to use the alternative factors were (1) boredom of using the conventional evaluation, (2) wish to adjust the evaluation technique to the instructional objectives, (3) wish to gain authentic assessment of the students’ competence, (4) awareness to grow honesty value to the students, (5) insight of the students’ different competence, and (6) teachers’ creativity

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mencari data dan informasi mengenai Pengelolaan Kurikulum Dalam Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara yang berfokus pada hal-hal seperti perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik, Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1). Pengaplikasian MBS (Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah) dalam perencanaan kurikulum terlihat dengan diterapkannya prinsi-prinsip MBS (Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah). (2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan. (3) Evaluasi kurikulum di SMA Islam Al Azhar Kelapa Gading dikelompokan menjadi dua tahapan yaitu, pertama melakukan evaluasi setelah kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan yang hanya melibatkan unsur kepanitiaan dan pimpinan  yang dilaksanakan rutin setiap bulannya, kedua evaluasi general yaitu evaluasi yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama melibatkan semua unsur termasuk BPPS (Badan Penunjang Program Sekolah). Hasil evaluasi yang berupa rekomendasi tersebut digunakan untuk melihat apakah program kurikulum akan dilanjutkan, diperbaharui atau dihapuskan. &nbsp

    MANAJEMEN PELATIHAN PRA PURNABAKTI DI PUSAT PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN DI LEMBAGA PEMERINTAH

    This study aims to describe the procedure of pre-retirement training in a  government agency’s education and training center. The research was conducted from August 2018 to January 2019 using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verifcation. Investigation and checking the validity of data was performed through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability, and confrmability. The  results show that pre-retirement training management in this center consisted of two stages; program and implementation planning. Program planning consists of analyzing the needs of prospective trainees and compiling a pre-retirement training program curriculum. Whereas for the implementation planning consists of determining working partners, place and date of the training.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosedur pelatihan pra-purnabakti di pusat pendidikan dan pelatihan lembaga pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak Agustus 2018 hingga Januari 2019 menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi lalu dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifkasi. Investigasi dan pengecekan validitas data dilakukan melalui tahapan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, keandalan, dan keselarasan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pelatihan pra-purnabakti di pusat pendidikan dan pelatihan lembaga pemerintah ini terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu perencanaan program dan perencanaan implementasi. Perencanaan program terdiri atas proses menganalisis kebutuhan dan perspektif peserta pelatihan serta menyusun kurikulum program pelatihan pra-purnabakti.     The study aims to obtain data in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta which aims to know the quality of education management in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. This research was conducted from June 2017 until August 2017. Researcher used qualitative approaches and descriptive methods. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation study. The sources of this research are: Deputy Headmaster of Public Relations Department as well as Responsible of Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008, Head of School Administration Administration, and Teacher Representative as well as School Quality Internal Audit Team. The quality management planning of education in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta starts from the preparation of the plan based on the evaluation result of the previous program. Planning is approved at the faculty meeting at the beginning of the school year. The planning process is guided by customer needs, vision, mission, and school goals, as well as government regulations. Implementation of quality management education at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta involves every element in school according to the capacity and each part. In conducting the implementation of the school guided by the programs that have been agreed, the government regulation, as well as the quality objectives of SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. Supervision of education quality management at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta uses several strategies to conduct supervision that is using supervision instrument, customer satisfaction questionnaire learners to program in each school operational area, monitoring activity of OSIS-PK, and so on.   Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), Planning, Implementation, Supervision

    This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the qualityof work life and teachers performance of Junior High School in Pulogadung DistrictArea, East Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with 2 variables in it, namely:(X) Quality of Work Life as independent variables and (Y) Performance as the dependentvariable. Quality of work life is a set of real work situations in organizations which refersto the creation of performance improvement, employee involvement, as well as thesatisfaction of the people involved in the organization in order to meet the expectations ofthe members of the organization. Performance is the attitude of the person which gift acontribution to reach the goal of work and the purpose of organization. The method usedis survey method with the results of correlational studies. The population in this study is aJunior High School teacher in Pulogadung District Area, East Jakarta. Samples weretaken by using a simple random sampling technique. The technique is based on thesample size used in this study were 65 teachers. Data collection for the variable QualityOf Work Life (X) and Performance (Y) using a questionnaire. Product MomentCorrelation coefficients obtained, the coefficient r equal to 0.61079, and the results oftesting the hypothesis with t test obtained t count equal to 6.123 is greater than t table of1.669, then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is expressed in a significant correlationcoefficient received. The coefficient of determination of 0.3731 this means that thecontribution of the quality of work life in schools to performance of Junior High Schoolteacher in Pulogadung District Area, East Jakarta, amounting to 37.31%

    ABSTRACT               The research entitled Partnership in Implementation of School Based Management at SMA Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading aims to identify and obtain an overview of the Partnership Planning, the Partnership Implementation, and the Partnership Monitoring and Evaluation. The research was conducted from November 2016 to July 2017 using a qualitative approach within description method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification. Investigation and checking the validity of data was performed through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability.             The results of research discussions in partnership planning can be done based on needs analysis, then analyzing the partnership to know potential partners, proposal discussion, negotiation and signing of MoU. In carrying out the partnership to pay attention to the matter of conformity, which means that the partner must have the criteria in accordance with the characteristics of SMA Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading based on religious and partnership programs conducted between the two sides in accordance with the needs of the school. In monitoring and evaluation, there are several strategies that are to conduct direct monitoring during the partnership program and to evaluate both orally and in writing to analyze the weaknesses and lack of partnership program so that in the future monitoring and evaluation result can be an input for future partnership program can be more effective .             Advice can be given for this research should be able to maintain the continuity of the course of the partnership as a factor supporting school-based management.   Keywords      : Partnership, School Based Managemen

    Studi Morfometrik pada Os Scapula Hewan Kelinci New Zealand White (Oryctolagus cuniculus)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat makroanatomi dan pengukuran morfometrik Os scapula dexter et sinister hewan kelinci New Zealand White. Os scapula hewan ini memiliki tiga tepi dan berbentuk segitiga. Permukaan bagian medial terdapat Fossa subscapularis yang terlihat paling legok. Permukaan lateral terdapat bagian yang menonjol yaitu Spina scapula. Spina ini membagi Fossa supraspinatus yang memiliki luas lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan Fossa infraspinatus yang jauh lebih lebar. Batas tepi caudal Os scapula merupakan yang paling tebal dibandingkan dengan kedua batas tepi lainnya. Tepi dorsal atau vertebral sedikit berbelok menuju ujung cranial. Sudut ventral Os scapula terdapat Cavitas glenoidales yang seperti cangkir dan melingkar dalam garis besar. Tuberculum supraglenoidales terlihat berkembang pada hewan ini. Tedapat Processus coracoideus yang berkembang seperti paruh. Indeks scapula (Scapular Index) pada hewan ini yaitu sebesar 50 pada sisi dexter dan 53,73 pada sisi sinister. Rasio lebar antara Fossa supraspinatus dan Fossa infraspinatus pada Os scapula dexter et sinister berturut-turut adalah 1:2,05 dan 1:2,04

    This study aims to examine teachers’ perceptions of professional learning community. The study was conducted from July 2017 – October 2017 in six state senior high schools in Central Jakarta. The method employed in this study was descriptive quantitative. The samples of this research were 108 teachers in Central Jakarta was determined by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by using Professional Learning Communities Assessment – Revised developed by Olivier, D.F., & Hipp, K.K. (2010) that has been translated into Bahasa Indonesia. The research found that there were 60 teachers (54%) have high perceptions on school as professional learning community, while 48 teachers (44%) have low perceptions. Subsequently, based on the analysis of each dimension, all the dimensions of the professional learning community variables were perceived low by the teacher.
