    The aim of this study was determined the accounting information system of sales and cash receipts, and whether the accounting system of sales and cash receipts information may increase the internal control system of Cemara Food company in Blitar, this was descriptive qualitative research methods, this research was contains explanation, observation technic of data collection, interview, documentation, and data analysis technic of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study was indicated that the accounting information sales and receptions of gold was not appropriate because of the double function system, cash function held by the leadership, in which only use note or statement of account, the system already used networking procedures, the internal control system was not good because of company's double function structure of organization, authorization system still held by leadership, the company has not implementing good practices of current funds by deposited it into the bank, no sudden cash balance calculation . That is why the company is expected to recruit new employees for cashier, printing cash sales invoice numbered, receipts sudden cash or the next day deposited it in bank

    Pengaruh Model Role Playing Terhadap Minat Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Ikatan Kimia

    AbstrackThe aims of this study were to determine whether there was a significant difference of student interest and learning outcomes and to determine how much influence of role playing model towards learning outcomes and student interest. The study population was all students in class X SMK N 2 Pontianak on academic year 2016/2017. Design used in this study was control group pretest posttest design. Sampling technique used is random sampling. According to random sampling X TEI A class was chosen as experiment class which taught using role playing model and X TEI B class was chosen as control class which taught using lectures method. According to t-independent test with = 5%, there was a significant difference between those classes. Student of the effect of role playing model of the student interest was 29.67% and learning outcomes was 22.24%. It meant role playing model gave effect on student interest and learning outcomes respectively

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of implementing women's empowerment through the Sustainable Food Garden Program in the Sempaja Timur Village, Samarinda City. Methods This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The collection technique used interviews with program coordinators, RT heads, chairmen and members of the ACC Women's Group. Observation and study of documents in the form of reviewing photos of the process of implementing empowerment activities through Sustainable Food Garden Program. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that the process of empowering women through Sustainable Food Garden Program in the Sempaja Timur Village includes group capacity building in the form of non-formal education activities in the form of training and group coaching. implementation of women's activities by giving them the power to be independent, as well as monitoring and evaluation aimed at monitoring the progress and success of the program. &nbsp

Islam sebagai rahmat bagi alam semesta telah mengatur banyak hal tentang kehidupan bagi manusia mulai dari hal yang umum sampai hal-hal yang khusus. Dan salah satu hal yang ingin diangkat pada tulisan ini adalah mngenai segala ketentuan dan dasar-dasar yang menjadi fondasi bagi Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam khususnya di Indonesia. Dalam kajian ini penulis ingin mnegetahu seberepa berdampak kahatau seberpa berkontribusikan Hukum Islam terhadap Pembanguna Ekonomi Islam DI Indonesia . Karna Hukum Islam merupakan suatu landasan ppetunjuk bagi setiap manusia dalam berpedoman hidup terlebih dalam kegiatan perekonomian yagn merupaka suatu aktifitas yang tidak dapat terlepas dari kehidupan mansuia sehari-harinya. Agar manusia tau kemana seharusnya ia melangkah dan bagaimana seharusnya dia berbuat sesuai dengan tuntunan dan ajaran dari Agama Islam erkait pelaksanaan perekonomian yagn terjadi. Dalam hal ini khususnya bagaimana manusia mampu mengoptimalkan dan memaksimalkan akal pikiran dan hati nurani dalam bertindak terhadap segala macam ciptaan Allah Swt yang ada di alam semesta dan segala isinya. Melalui pemahaman yang didapatkan mampukah manuisa itu bertindak sesuai dengan apa yang disyariatkan. Dengan tidak mengutakan kepuasan bagi segelintir manusia saja namun lebih mengutamakan pada keadilan, kemanfatan dan kemaslahata bagi banyak kalangan. Hal ini lah yang menjadi salah satu unsur Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam yaitu unsur keadilan. Ketidak puasan dan keresahhan yang manusia rasakan lah menyebabkan manusia harus memeliki sikap ingin mencari laba dan keuntungan sebbesar besarnya dari segala isi alam yang ada dengan tanpa mempertimbangkan akibat dari perbuatannya. Dengan mampunya manusia memaksimalkan segala Sumber Daya Alam yang ada dengan menggunakan Sumber Daya Manusia yang sesuaai dengan yang diajarkan menurut Islam maka akan tercapai apa yang dicita-citakan  bersama yaitu kemaslahatan bagi seluruh umat. Melalui tulisan ini diharapkan bagi siapa saja agar dapat menanamkan kesadaran di dalam diri masing-masing untuk dapat menjaga dan merawat segala sumber daya yang telah Allah berikan kepada kita dengan sebaik baiknya agar tetap terjaga kelangsungan hidup selanjutnya. &nbsp

    MODALITAS INTENSIONAL BAHASA REJANG

    The intentional modality is one of categories in modality as a universal language phenomenon having a variety of special markers. Each intentional modality marker is a lexicon in the form of a word or phrase. One lexicon represents one meaning, but it is different with lok having some meanings. This research is necessarily conducted to describe the forms and to analyze the meaning of the forms of the intentional modality markers in Rejang language clauses or sentences. In identifying the forms and classifying the meaning, it refers to Alwi's opinion through semantic studies. The qualitative descriptive method is carried out in this research through non-participant observation by marking clauses or sentences containing the intentional modality markers as data in Ireak Ca'o Kutei Jang's book explaining the customs of the Rejang tribe. The data is further analyzed to identify the forms. Thereafter, each marker is analyzed to classify its meaning depending on the intentional modality category. Based on the results, several markers of the intentional modality are found in the form of words: lok, maep, majok, maro, maroba, minoi, and tulung; phrases: minoi tulung, minoi maaf, and minoi izin filling the certain meaning, namely eagerness, hope, invitation, and request

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji hubungan antara konsep diri dan kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal pada karyawan divisi pemasaran PT. Aneka Global Kemika Surabaya. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada korelasi negatif antara konsep diri dan kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal pada karyawan divisi pemasaran di perusahaan tersebut. Jumlah subyek penelitian 42 karyawan divisi pemasaran PT. Aneka Global Kemika Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala, yakni skala konsep diri dan skala kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal . Uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap aitem konsep diri menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 32 item yang valid dan reliabel dengan koefisien alpha sebesar 0,8586, sedangkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 40 item yang valid dan reliabel dengan koefisien alpha sebesar 0,8942. Metode Product Moment Person digunakan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara konsep diri dan kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal pada karyawan divisi pemasaran di perusahaan tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar, yakni r=0,366, r²= 0,113, p=0,030 (signifikan). Ini berarti bahwa hipotesis ditolak dan tidak ada korelasi negatif antara konsep diri dan kecemasan komunikasi interpersonal pada karyawan divisi pemasaran PT. Aneka Global Surabaya

    Penerapan model discovery learning berbasis edutainment terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pokok bahasan usaha di ma darul ulum palangka raya

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pembelajaran fisika yang berlangsung bersifat monoton. Rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik yang berarti motivasi belajar peserta didik cukup rendah. Peserta didik belum pernah mencoba menemukan konsep suatu materi secara mandiri ataupun kelompok melalui pendekatan saintifik. Peserta diidk terbiasa menerima materi dari pendidik secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh model discovery learning berbaiss edutainment terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik, (2) Pengaruh model discovery learning berbaiss edutainment terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, (3) Respon peserta didik terhadap penerapan model discovery learning berbasis edutainment, (4) Proses penerapan model discovery learning berbasis edutainment. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatakan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, angket motivasi belajar, angket respon peserta didik, dan tes hasil belajar pada aspek kognitif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas X IPA di MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya, dengan jumlah sampel yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh model discovery learning berbasis edutainment terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan skor tertinggi 60 dan nilai sig. 0,000 pada signifikansi 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05), (2) Ada pengaruh model discovery learning berbasis edutainment terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dengan rata-rata nilai posttest 83,19 dan nilai sig. 0,000 pada signifikansi 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05), (3) Respon peserta didik terhadap model discovery learning berbasis edutainment diperoleh rata-rata presentase sebesar 89,23% dengan kategori sangat baik, (4) Proses pembelajarannya melibatkan peserta didik disetiap langkah pembelajarannya sehingga menjadikan peserta didik termotivasi untuk belajar. Pada pertemuan pertama, diperoleh rata-rata 3,423 kategori efektif dan pertemuan kedua 3,64 yang berarti sangat efektif. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the monotonous learning of physics. The low learning outcomes of students, which means that students' learning motivation is quite low. Students have never tried to find the concept of a material independently or in groups through a scientific approach. Students are accustomed to receiving material from the teacher as a whole. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of edutainment-based discovery learning models on students' learning motivation, (2) The effect of edutainment-based discovery learning models on student learning outcomes, (3) Participants' responses to the application of edutainment-based discovery learning models, ( 4) The process of applying the edutainment-based discovery learning model. This research is a research that uses a quantitative approach. The instruments used in this study include observation sheets, interview guidelines, learning motivation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests on cognitive aspects. The population in this study is class X IPA at MA Darul Ulum Palangka Raya, with the same number of samples. The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of edutainment-based discovery learning model on students' learning motivation with the highest score of 60 and sig. 0.000 at a significance of 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05), (2) There is an effect of edutainment-based discovery learning model on student learning outcomes with an average posttest score of 83.19 and a sig. 0.000 at a significance of 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05), (3) The response of students to the discovery learning model based on edutainment obtained an average percentage of 89.23% with a very good category, (4) The learning process involves participants every step so that students learn to learn. At the first meeting, the average category was 3,423 effective and the second meeting was 3,64 which means very effective
