Museum of Rumah adat Nan Baanjuang is one of the museums located in the City of Bukittinggi. this museum has various types of collection of enography, numismatic and biologika. in the management of the museum there are four indicators namely planning, organizing, directing and supervision. The purpose of this study (1) To Know How Management of Museum Collection at Traditional House Nan Baanjuang in Kawasan Taman Culture and Kinantan Culture Bukittinggi City (2) To Know What Is The Obstacle In The Management Of Museum Of Traditional House Of Nan Baanjuang In Located Wildlife Park And Culture Kinantan City Bukittinggi This research design using qualitative method with descriptive approach, which the researchers will take data from informants who know clearly about the Museum of Traditional Rumah Adat Nan Baanjuang in the Area of Wildlife Park and Culture Kinantan City Bukittinggi.The results showed that in the management of museum collections in Rumaah Adat Nan Baanjuang there are four stages of collection procurement, collection recording, collection storage and collection maintenance. constraints faced in the management of the museum is a lack of funding, lack of trained human resources
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Ctl (Contextual Teaching and Learning) Terhadap Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa SMKN 1 Sidoarjo
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menerapkan modelpembelajaran kontekstual (CTL) pada mata pelajaran muatan lokal (Autocad). Melalui penerapan modelpembelajaran kontekstual, sangat memungkinkan terciptanya suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif.Dengan adanay suasana belajar yang baru ini, kualitas pembelajaran dapat meningkat dan motivasibelajar peserta didik menjadi lebih baik.Peserta didik yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X TPm 1 dan 2, yangterdiri dari 72 peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparasi menggunakan analisis regresisederhana, peneliti menggunakan satu kelas sebagai kelas kontrol dan satu kelas lainnya sebagai kelaseksperimen. Dengan menggunakan metode CTL diharapkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar peserta didikmengalami peningkatan. Dalam penelitian ini, ketuntasan belajar peserta didik mencapai 83%.Untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran kontekstual denganmodel pembelajaran konvensional, peneliti menggunakan uji homogenitas, normalitas dan uji T. Selainitu peneliti juga menggunakan uji regresi sederhana untuk mengetahui seberapa besar modelpembelajaran kontekstual terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Setelah dilakukan uji regresi sederhana,dapat dikemukakan bahwa model pembelajara CTL mempengaruhi 12% hasil peserta didik siswa kelas XTPm SMK Negeri 1 Sidoarjo. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti lingkungan,media pembelajaran, dukungan orang tua, sekolah dan lain sebagainya
Wirksamkeit eines spezifisch für Zwangsstörungen entwickelten stationären Gruppentherapiekonzepts bei gleichzeitiger Verhaltenstherapie und pharmakologischer Behandlung
Purpose: The goal of this treatment trial was to investigate the efficacy of an inpatient group therapy program specifically designed for patients suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD, ICD 10, F 42). Methods: In the experimental group (EG; n = 14) the specific group therapy was carried out in addition to individual cognitive-behavioral therapy, the control group (KG; n = 16) received non-specific group therapy in mixed patient-groups in addition to individual therapy. 7 patients (EG = 3, KG = 4) received also Selective Serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Y-BOCS, BDI, and STAI-X1 were performed pre- and post-treatment. Furthermore therapists' ratings and self ratings were taken. Results: At post-treatment both groups showed significant improvement of the symptomatology. For the EG the Y-BOCS mean was reduced from 23.64 to 11.35, for the KG from 23.81 to 12.81. The group comparison showed no significant differences (alpha = 0.05) in clinical measurements, therapists' and self ratings. However, there were significantly more responders (improvement >50%, Y-BOCS) in the EG and treatment duration was shorter by 15 days. Conclusions: Clinical outcome in the EG was not superior. However, the specific group therapy for OCD contributes to an economic and effective treatment
Local identification of nonlinear and non-Gaussian DSGE models
Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der lokalen Identifikation von nicht-linearen und nicht-gaussianischen DSGE Modellen. Es werden Strategien entwickelt, um Probleme der Identifizierbarkeit zu erkennen und zu vermeiden. Dabei wird ein umfassender Überblick über vorhandene Methoden für linearisierte DSGE Modelle gegeben und diese um Restriktionen durch höhere Momente, Kumulanten und Polyspektren erweitert. Weiterhin wird in der Arbeit die Identifizierung durch höhere Approximationen begründet. Mithilfe einer abgeschnittenen Zustandsraumdarstellung werden formale Rangkriterien für die lokale Identifizierbarkeit der Parameter von nicht-linearen und nicht-gaussianischen DSGE Modellen hergeleitet. Mit diesen Methoden lässt sich Identifizierbarkeit bereits vor der Schätzung des nicht-linearen Modells überprüfen. Auf diese Weise wird gezeigt, dass alle Parameter des Kim (2003) als auch des An und Schorfheide (2007) Modells mit einer Approximation zweiter Ordnung identifiziert werden können.This thesis adds to the literature on the local identification of nonlinear and non-Gaussian DSGE models. It gives applied researchers a strategy to detect identification problems and means to avoid them in practice. A comprehensive review of existing methods for linearized DSGE models is provided and extended to include restrictions from higher-order moments, cumulants and polyspectra. Another approach, established in this thesis, is to consider higher-order approximations. Formal rank criteria for a local identification of the deep parameters of nonlinear or non-Gaussian DSGE models, using the pruned state-space system are derived. The procedures can be implemented prior to estimating the nonlinear model. In this way, the identifiability of the Kim (2003) and the An and Schorfheide (2007) model are demonstrated, when solved by a second-order approximation.<br

We report on the first absorption experiments of sub-10 fs high-contrast
Ti:Sa laser pulses incident on solid targets. The very good contrast of the
laser pulse assures the formation of a very small pre-plasma and the pulse
interacts with the matter close to solid density. Experimental results indicate
that p-polarized laser pulses are absorbed up to 80 percent at 80 degrees
incidence angle. The simulation results of PSC PIC code clearly confirm the
observations and show that the collisionless absorption works efficiently in
steep density profiles
Horizontal gene transfer contributed to the evolution of extracellular surface structures
The single-cell layered ectoderm of the fresh water polyp Hydra fulfills the function of an epidermis by protecting the animals from the surrounding medium. Its outer surface is covered by a fibrous structure termed the cuticle layer, with similarity to the extracellular surface coats of mammalian epithelia. In this paper we have identified molecular components of the cuticle. We show that its outermost layer contains glycoproteins and glycosaminoglycans and we have identified chondroitin and chondroitin-6-sulfate chains. In a search for proteins that could be involved in organising this structure we found PPOD proteins and several members of a protein family containing only SWT (sweet tooth) domains. Structural analyses indicate that PPODs consist of two tandem β-trefoil domains with similarity to carbohydrate-binding sites found in lectins. Experimental evidence confirmed that PPODs can bind sulfated glycans and are secreted into the cuticle layer from granules localized under the apical surface of the ectodermal epithelial cells. PPODs are taxon-specific proteins which appear to have entered the Hydra genome by horizontal gene transfer from bacteria. Their acquisition at the time Hydra evolved from a marine ancestor may have been critical for the transition to the freshwater environment

The effects of UV and electron bombardment on the flashover characteristics of highly stressed alumina insulators in vacuum were investigated as part of a project to improve the performance of high voltage insulators in large particle accelerators at CERN. An experimental system has been developed which allowed photon and electron bombardment of stressed insulator samples under vacuum, in order to investigate the causes and characteristics of insulator flashover, and to identify sample preparations which could improve insulator performance
