Research on the Influence Mechanism of Virtual CSR Co-creation on Consumer Identity
With the development of Internet marketing, virtual CSR co-creation has attracted the attention of enterprises. This paper explores the influence mechanism of different routes of interactivity of virtual CSR co-creation on consumer identity by introducing interaction theory and self-construal theory. The experimental results show that routes of interactivity have a positive impact on consumer identity, and experiential route has a stronger impact on consumer identity. Routes of interactivity and self-construal have an interactive effect on consumer identity: When virtual CSR co-creation is structural route, the interdependent self show a higher consumer identity; On the contrary, when virtual CSR co-creation is experiential route, the independent self show a higher consumer identity. The results also indicate that CSR perception plays a mediating role in the interaction effect between routes of interactivity and self-construal on consumer identity
Purification, characterization and probiotic proliferation effect of exopolysaccharides produced by Lactiplantibacillus plantarum HDC-01 isolated from sauerkraut
In this study, an exopolysaccharide (EPS)-producing strain of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum HDC-01 was isolated from sauerkraut, and the structure, properties and biological activity of the studied EPS were assessed. The molecular weight of the isolated EPS is 2.505βΓβ106 Da. Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) results showed that the EPS was composed of glucose/glucopyranose subunits linked by an Ξ±-(1βββ6) glycosidic bond and contained an Ξ±-(1βββ3) branching structure. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed the amorphous nature of the EPS. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) showed that the isolated EPS had a smooth and compact surface with several protrusions of varying lengths and irregularly shaped material. Moreover, the studied EPS showed good thermal stability, water holding capacity, and milk coagulation ability and promoted the growth of probiotics. L. plantarum EPS may be used as prebiotics in the fields of food and medicine
Grassland health assessment based on indicators monitored by UAVs: a case study at a household scale
Grassland health assessment (GHA) is a bridge of study and management of grassland ecosystem. However, there is no standardized quantitative indicators and long-term monitor methods for GHA at a large scale, which may hinder theoretical study and practical application of GHA. In this study, along with previous concept and practices (i.e., CVOR, the integrated indexes of condition, vigor, organization and resilience), we proposed an assessment system based on the indicators monitored by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)-UAVCVOR, and tested the feasibility of UAVCVOR at typical household pastures on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, China. Our findings show that: (1) the key indicators of GHA could be measured directly or represented by the relative counterpart indicators that monitored by UAVs, (2) there was a significantly linear relationship between CVOR estimated by field- and UAV-based data, and (3) the CVOR decreased along with the increasing grazing intensity nonlinearly, and there are similar tendencies of CVOR that estimated by the two methods. These findings suggest that UAVs is suitable for GHA efficiently and correctly, which will be useful for the protection and sustainable management of grasslands
Downregulation of CDC25C in NPCs Disturbed Cortical Neurogenesis
Cell division regulators play a vital role in neural progenitor cell (NPC) proliferation and differentiation. Cell division cycle 25C (CDC25C) is a member of the CDC25 family of phosphatases which positively regulate cell division by activating cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs). However, mice with the Cdc25c gene knocked out were shown to be viable and lacked the apparent phenotype due to genetic compensation by Cdc25a and/or Cdc25b. Here, we investigate the function of Cdc25c in developing rat brains by knocking down Cdc25c in NPCs using in utero electroporation. Our results indicate that Cdc25c plays an essential role in maintaining the proliferative state of NPCs during cortical development. The knockdown of Cdc25c causes early cell cycle exit and the premature differentiation of NPCs. Our study uncovers a novel role of CDC25C in NPC division and cell fate determination. In addition, our study presents a functional approach to studying the role of genes, which elicit genetic compensation with knockout, in cortical neurogenesis by knocking down in vivo
