catena-Poly[[trimethyltin(IV)]-μ-2,4,6-trichlorobenzoato]
In the title compound, [Sn(CH3)3(C7H2Cl3O2)]n, the tin(IV) atom exhibits a slightly distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry with two O atoms of symmetry-related carboxylate groups in the axial positions and three methyl groups in the equatorial positions. In the crystal structure, the metal atoms are linked by carboxylate bridges into polymeric chains extending along the b axis
catena-Poly[[trimethyltin(IV)]-μ-2-(3-thienyl)acetato]
The title compound, [Sn(CH3)3(C6H5O2S)]n, forms an infinite chain structure parallel to [100]. There are two molecules of the complex in the asymmetric unit. The geometry of the Sn atoms in both molecules is distorted trigonal-bipyramidal. The S and C atoms of the thiophene rings in both molecules are disordered over two sites with site-occupancy factors 0.799 (9)/0.201 (9) and 0.618 (7)/0.382 (7), respectively
Note sur les céramiques à double paroi en Chine et dans le monde musulman
In this short note, the author intends to show that a special type of ceramics existed both in China and in the Islamic world : the so-called «double-shell ceramics». The outer wall may have been purely functional or decorative. In China, the first examples appear very early, during the Neolithic period, while in the arts of Islam this special type of objects cornes from one specifie region, Iran, and was made during a short period, in the late twelfth century and early thirteenth century AD, with the exception of two ink-boxes from the tenth century. Wenkuan Ma. Identification of microRNAs responding to cold stress in Dongxiang common wild rice
Low temperature is a vital effector of rice at different growth stages. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in responding to abiotic and biotic stresses. Here, we confirmed the cold tolerance of Dongxiang common wild rice and explored the miRNAs differentially expressed under cold stress using genome-wide small RNA sequencing. In total, 16 miRNAs, nine upregulated and seven downregulated by cold stress, were characterized in Dongxiang common wild rice, and their target genes were predicted. Additionally, an AgriGO analysis of the target genes revealed that they were enriched in several terms related to cold-stress tolerance, suggesting a complex response mechanism, involving miRNAs, to cold stress in Dongxiang common wild rice. The accepted manuscript in pdf format is listed with the files at the bottom of this page.
