Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním zaměstnanců v podniku, což představuje nedílnou součást neustálého rozvoje společnosti. Teoretický základ práce se skládá z kapitol popisujících pojem vzdělávání, jeho metody, dělení a další pojmy, které s ním úzce souvisí. V praktické části práce je prováděno dotazníkové šetření, které je doplněno o studium vnitropodnikových dokumentů a polostandardizovaným rozhovorem s manažerem podniku McDonald´s. Tato část také posuzuje efektivitu existujícího vzdělávacího systému ve vybraném podniku a v závěru jsou navržena doporučení pro zefektivnění firemního vzdělávání v dané společnosti.This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the education of employees in a company, which represents an essential part within the continual development of the organisation. The theoretical background of the work is consisted of chapters explaining the concepts of education, its methods and other concepts that are closely linked to it. The practical part of this work is based on a questionnaire survey together with a study of the inter-organizational documents and a half-standardized interview with one of the managers of the McDonald´s company. This part also evaluates the effectiveness of the existing education system within the company. In conclusion, the thesis includes proposed recommendations that would enhance the effectivity of the firm´s education

Business plan - Construction and management of the complex for seniors

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro výstavbu a provoz komunitního areálu pro seniory. Podnikatelský záměr staví na unikátní myšlence pro český trh, propojit bydlení aktivních seniorů s těmi, co jsou již odkázáni na pomoc druhých. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy stříbrná ekonomie, sociální služby a pobytové sociální služby v ČR. Poté se věnuje specifické podobě podnikatelského plánu zaměřeného na získání externího bankovního financování. Struktura teoretické části tedy postupuje od všeobecných informací až ke konkrétním specifikům daného podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část obsahuje detailní podnikatelský plán, který je složen z popisu podniku, představení podnikatelského záměru, analýz a investičního zhodnocení, které je provedeno za pomocí statických i dynamických metod. Cílem práce bylo ověřit, zda může tento podnikatelský záměr vzniknout a fungovat jako soukromý subjekt, který nečerpá státní dotace na provoz. Tuto skutečnost se podařilo v diplomové práci potvrdit.The goal of this master thesis is to create a business plan for the construction and operation of the community area for the elderly. The business plan builds on a unique idea for the Czech market, linking the housing of active seniors with those already dependent on the help of others. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts of silver economy, social services and residential social services in the Czech Republic. After that, it focuses on a specific form of business plan aimed at obtaining external bank financing. The structure of the theoretical part thus proceeds from the general information to the specifics of the given business plan. The practical part contains a detailed business plan, which consists of the company's description, presentation of the business plan, analyses and investment appreciation, which is done using static and dynamic methods. The aim of the thesis was to verify whether this business plan can arise and operate as a private entity that does not draw up state subsidies for operation. This fact was confirmed in the master thesis
