A Critical Analysis of REDD+ Legal Architecture in Reducing Emissions From Forestry Sectors in Indonesian
A new scheme called “Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation in Developing Countries plus Conservation, Sustainable Management of Forests, and Enhancement of Forest Carbon Stocks” (REDD+) is being discussed to be one of the essential elements of the post-2012 global climate change regime. Many countries have put their proposal on the architectures of such scheme to the UNFCCC and demonstrated pilot projects on the ground as well. The research has been conducted to analyze critically the extent to which the REDD+ architecture being designed in Indonesia would be able to deliver climate effectiveness, costs efficient, equity outcomes and social and environmental co-benefits (3E+). It is argued that the basic idea of REDD+ is very simple to incentivize emission-reduction activities from forestry sectors in developing countries. However, so far, the REDD+ architecture appears to contain several contentious issues. Therefore, the issues should be addressed seriously otherwise they would undermine the REDD+ objectives
Pengaruh Ketidakpuasan dan Sikap Mengeluh terhadap Perilaku Mengeluh Pengguan Mobil Suzuki di Kota Denpasar
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of dissatisfaction and complaining attitude toward complaining user behavior Suzuki car in Denpasar. This study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 105 respondents. It was found that dissatisfaction is a positive and significant effect on the behavior of users complaining Suzuki car in Denpasar and complaining attitude positive and significant effect on the behavior of users complaining Suzuki car in Denpasar. Attitude complained become dominant variables that affect the behavior of users complaining Suzuki car in Denpasar
TEKNOLOGI NANO UNTUK PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK DAN HIDROGEN HIJAU DARI AIR LAUT
Laut adalah sumber potensial ekonomi dan energi, namun belum termanfaatkan dengan maksimal. Di sisi lain, kebutuhan listrik Indonesia pada tahun 2045 akan melampaui satu terawatt. Sumber energi konvensional sangat terbatas dan cenderung berkurang terlebih lagi perubahan iklim akan semakin membatasi pembangkitan listrik konvensional. Jadi, 60% energi harus dipenuhi dari energi terbarukan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang pesat dan membaiknya keterhubungan transportasi memacu permintaan energi merata sampai ke pelosok desa dan pulau-pulau terkecil. Jadi quantum mechanics dan teknologi nano akan menjadi penentu pembangkitan listrik ramah lingkungan dari air laut. Hidrogen hijau berbasis teknologi nano akan menjadi energi alternatif menjanjikan. Pembangkit listrik terdesentralisasi dengan teknologi nano dan hydrogen hijau sangat tepat untuk desa dan pulau kecil mandiri energi. Satu unit pembangkit listrik nano grafit dengan elektroda setebal 1mm seluas 1 m2 sebanyak 20 lembar mampu membangkitkan listrik 1 kW sedangkan karbon aktif nano bambu mampu membangkitkan listrik seribu kali lipat. Nano partikel graphene dengan magnet mampu meningkatkan efisiensi produksi hydrogen dari air laut dari 51% menjadi lebih dari 85%. Bahkan nanobiophotocatalyst dari carbon aktif dan polyphenol mampu menghasilkan 10 kali lebih banyak hydrogen dari air laut dibandingkan photocatalyst semiconductor. Semua teknologi ini bahkan sangat unggul dipakai untuk menyimpan energi ke bentuk hydrogen saat kelebihan pembangkitan listrik dan menggunakan nya kembali ketika beban puncak dibandingkan teknologi yang ada
Determinan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Denpasar
Business development has grown increasingly competitive and globalized with changes in various aspects. Work rules, too, changed based on new ways, not only by the level of skill or training and experience, but also by how well it is working to control his emotions to manage themselves and relate to others. The rules are expected to work to make a success of satisfying themselves, others, and the organization especially in leadership. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of intelligence of spiritual, emotional, intellectual on transformational leadership and employee performance. This study was conducted in PT. Pos Indonesia Denpasar Branch. Number of sample were 114 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The results showed the intellectual has a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style showed higher levels of intellectual a better leader transformational leadership style. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on the transformational leadership style showed higher emotional intelligence, the better the transformational leadership. Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on the transformational leadership style showed higher spiritual intelligence transformational the better leadership. Transformational leadership significant positive effect on the performance of the better shows the transformational leadership will lead to increased performance as well
Pengaruh Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Risiko Bisnis Dan Usia Perusahaan Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Industri Pariwisata Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2010-2013
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, firm size, business risk and age to the capital structure of tourism industry. This research was conducted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the period 2010-2013. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling with a sample of 15 companies enganged in the tourism industry. The analysis technique used in this study is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that liquidity, firm size and age of the company partially significant negative effect on the capital structure of the tourism industries in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013, while the business risk has a significant positive effect on the capital structure of the tourism industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2013
Peran Kepuasan Pelanggan dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Produk Pewangi Pakaian Molto di Kota Denpasar
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan pelanggan dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk pewangi pakaian Molto di Kota Denpasar. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode asosiatif yang berbentuk kausal (sebab akibat). Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para pelanggan produk pewangi pakaian Molto di Kota Denpasar. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang disertai Uji Sobel untuk menguji hubungan mediasi antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menyatakan peran kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk pewangi pakaian Molto di Kota Denpasar
Peran Product Involvement dalam Memoderasi Pengaruh Country Of Origin terhadap Purchase Intention Smartphone Merek Oppo di Kota Denpasar
Purchase intention adalah keinginan konsumen untuk membeli sebuah produk spesifik. Perilaku ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor citra negara asal produk (country of origin). Produk yang berasal dari negara dengan citra yang baik umumnya lebih diterima daripada produk yang berasal dari negara dengan citra yang kurang baik. Semakin tinggi hubungan personal konsumen terhadap produk (product involvement), semakin tinggi pencarian informasi terkait produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari country of origin dan product involvement terhadap purchase intention serta peran product involvement dalam memoderasi pengaruh country of origin terhadap purchase intention. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 90 responden dan dianalisis dengan Analisis Regresi Moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa country of origin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, product involvement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, dan product involvement secara positif dan signifikan memperkuat pengaruh country of origin terhadap purchase intention
