    Exploring The Role of Consumers’ Trust in The Online Financial Products Sales Platforms Using The Commitment–Trust Theory

    Recent years, Internet Finance pops into our field of vision and plays a quite essential role in our daily life; besides, it seems to change our ordinary financial management concept in a subtle way. In order to provide convenient for consumers, many third-party platforms emerge as required simultaneously which are widely used to satisfy both investors and sellers. Therefore, it is undeniable that the success of Internet Finance’s practical meaning heavily depends on its users’ continuous support. More specifically, the “continuous support” comes from customers’ favorable comments and trust. However, the topic about internet financial sales platforms has not been completely studied in former researches. According to this, the highly practicability and significant utility of this topic indicate the importance of the present study. Based on the commitment-trust theory and Meyer and Allen’s three-component model of commitment, this paper focus on constructing a researching model which incorporates context specific antecedent. Moreover, Perceived benefit, products diversity, quality of alternatives perform well as antecedents of commitment. Using Meyer and Allen’s three-component model of commitment as a proxy for formal control, this study finds out that elements characterized such as platform assurance, products recommendation and government regulation are positively related to the trust raised by users and even the third-parties. And vice versa, trust and commitment positively affect relational outcomes that we theorize would contribute to outsourcing success as well. Both researches and their practical implications of the results are to be discussed. The results of this research provide theoretical implications for future research and practical implications for the success of internet financial products sales platforms

    Preparation of pelargonic acid vesicles and sustained drug release

    This study has selected the medium-chain saturated fatty acid pelargonic acid as the raw material for the first time, and added the surface catalyst Tween-80 to the aqueous solution to form pelargonic acid-Tween-80 composite vesicles by a surface tension method. The compound vesicle was used to encapsulate five heterocyclic drugs (ceftazolin sodium, chlorpromazine hydrochloride, gemcitabine hydrochloride, metronidazole, and isoniazid), all of which have disadvantages when used directly, and the effects of the vesicles on the five kinds of drugs was evaluated in terms of encapsulation rate and the in vitro sustained-release in a simulated artificial intestinal fluid environment. The results revealed that the pelargonic acid-Tween-80 composite vesicles exhibit an encapsulation efficiency above 45%, and that the encapsulated drugs achieve a cumulative release effect of 6-10 hours in a simulated artificial intestinal fluid environment, and the cumulative release rate is above 35%. This study proves that pelargonic acid-Tween-80 composite vesicles can be used as a carrier for encapsulated drugs, and this can extend the time of action of the drugs. This research illustrates the potential for application of pelargonic acid in the field of medicine

    GlanceVAD: Exploring Glance Supervision for Label-efficient Video Anomaly Detection

    In recent years, video anomaly detection has been extensively investigated in both unsupervised and weakly supervised settings to alleviate costly temporal labeling. Despite significant progress, these methods still suffer from unsatisfactory results such as numerous false alarms, primarily due to the absence of precise temporal anomaly annotation. In this paper, we present a novel labeling paradigm, termed "glance annotation", to achieve a better balance between anomaly detection accuracy and annotation cost. Specifically, glance annotation is a random frame within each abnormal event, which can be easily accessed and is cost-effective. To assess its effectiveness, we manually annotate the glance annotations for two standard video anomaly detection datasets: UCF-Crime and XD-Violence. Additionally, we propose a customized GlanceVAD method, that leverages gaussian kernels as the basic unit to compose the temporal anomaly distribution, enabling the learning of diverse and robust anomaly representations from the glance annotations. Through comprehensive analysis and experiments, we verify that the proposed labeling paradigm can achieve an excellent trade-off between annotation cost and model performance. Extensive experimental results also demonstrate the effectiveness of our GlanceVAD approach, which significantly outperforms existing advanced unsupervised and weakly supervised methods.     Lower incidence of new-onset severe conduction disturbances after transcatheter aortic valve implantation with bicuspid aortic valve in patients with no baseline conduction abnormality: a cross-sectional investigation in a single center in China

    BackgroundWith technological advancements, the incidence of most transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI)-related complications, with the exception of conduction disturbances, has decreased. Bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) is also no longer considered a contraindication to TAVI; however, the effect of BAV on postoperative conduction disturbances after TAVI is unknown.MethodsWe collected information on patients who met the indications for TAVI and successfully underwent TAVI at our center between January 2018 and January 2021. Patients with preoperative pacemaker implantation status or conduction disturbances (atrioventricular block, bundle branch block, and intraventricular block) were excluded. Based on imaging data, the patients were categorized into the BAV group and the tricuspid aortic valve (TAV) group. The incidence of new perioperative conduction disturbances was compared between the two groups.ResultsA total of 187 patients were included in this study, 64 (34.2%) of whom had BAV. The incidence of third-degree block in the BAV group was 1.6%, which was lower than that (13.0%) in the TAV group (P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression results showed that the risk of third-degree conduction disturbances was 15-fold smaller in the BAV group than that in the TAV group [relative risk (RR) = 0.067, 95% CI = 0.008–0.596, P < 0.05]. The risk of other blocks in the BAV group was about half of that in the TAV group (RR = 0.498, 95% CI = 0.240–1.032); however, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).ConclusionThe present study found that patients with BAV had a lower rate of third-degree conduction disturbances after TAVI than patients with TAV

    BackgroundApoptosis regulates normal development, homeostasis, immune tolerance and response to environmental stress by eliminating unwanted or diseased cells, and plays a key role in non-specific immunity of invertebrates. The exogenous pathway mediated by death receptors and death ligands is a very important pathway for cell apoptosis. Death ligands are mainly members of the tumour necrosis factor (TNF) family, of which FasL is an important member. The deep involvement of FasL in vertebrates cell apoptosis and immunity has been reported many times, but there is limited research on the FasL gene in shellfish, and its functional importance in oyster cell apoptosis and immunity remains unclear.MethodsThe full length of ChFasL was identified and cloned based on the genome of Crassostrea hongkongensis. Quantitative PCR was used to detect the relative expression of ChFasL in different developmental stages and tissues, as well as the changes of relative expression in hemocytes after bacterial infection. The expression position of ChFasL in HEK293T cells was also located by subcellular localization, and the effect of increased recombinant protein content on the activity of reporter genes p53 and p21 was studied by dual-fluorescence reporter gene. Finally, the changes of apoptosis rate in hemocytes after ChFasL silencing was identified by RNA interference technology.ResultsWe identified a novel FasL gene from C. hongkongensis and named it ChFasL. We found that ChFasL has potential N-linked glycosylation site, a transmembrane domain and a TNF region, which was a typical characteristics of TNF family. ChFasL was expressed in all developmental stages of larvae and in all tissues of oysters. After stimulation by V. alginolyticus or S. haemolyticus, its relative expression in hemocytes increased significantly, suggesting that ChFasL was deeply engaged in the immune response process of C. hongkongensis to external microbial stimulation. The results of subcellular localization showed that ChFasL was mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of HEK293T cells. With the overexpression of the recombinant protein pcDNA3 1- ChFasL, the activity of p53 and p21 significantly increased, showing a positive regulatory effect. Moreover, after dsRNA successfully reduced the relative expression of ChFasL, the apoptosis rate of hemocytes was significantly lower than that the dsGFP group.ConclusionThese results comprehensively confirmed the important role of ChFasL in the apoptosis process of C. hongkongensis, which provided the basis and premise for the in-depth understanding of the immune function of apoptosis in molluscs, and also contributed to the research on the pathogenic death mechanism and disease resistance breeding of marine bivalves

    Detecting Neutrinos from Supernova Bursts in PandaX-4T

    Neutrinos from core-collapse supernovae are essential for the understanding of neutrino physics and stellar evolution. The dual-phase xenon dark matter detectors can provide a way to track explosions of galactic supernovae by detecting neutrinos through coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scatterings. In this study, a variation of progenitor masses as well as explosion models are assumed to predict the neutrino fluxes and spectra, which result in the number of expected neutrino events ranging from 6.6 to 13.7 at a distance of 10 kpc over a 10-second duration with negligible backgrounds at PandaX-4T. Two specialized triggering alarms for monitoring supernova burst neutrinos are built. The efficiency of detecting supernova explosions at various distances in the Milky Way is estimated. These alarms will be implemented in the real-time supernova monitoring system at PandaX-4T in the near future, providing the astronomical communities with supernova early warnings.Comment: 9 pages,6 figure

    Search for light dark matter from atmosphere in PandaX-4T

    We report a search for light dark matter produced through the cascading decay of η\eta mesons, which are created as a result of inelastic collisions between cosmic rays and Earth's atmosphere. We introduce a new and general framework, publicly accessible, designed to address boosted dark matter specifically, with which a full and dedicated simulation including both elastic and quasi-elastic processes of Earth attenuation effect on the dark matter particles arriving at the detector is performed. In the PandaX-4T commissioning data of 0.63 tonne\cdotyear exposure, no significant excess over background is observed. The first constraints on the interaction between light dark matter generated in the atmosphere and nucleus through a light scalar mediator are obtained. The lowest excluded cross-section is set at 5.9×1037cm25.9 \times 10^{-37}{\rm cm^2} for dark matter mass of 0.10.1 MeV/c2/c^2 and mediator mass of 300 MeV/c2/c^2. The lowest upper limit of η\eta to dark matter decay branching ratio is 1.6×1071.6 \times 10^{-7}

    A Search for Light Fermionic Dark Matter Absorption on Electrons in PandaX-4T

    We report a search on a sub-MeV fermionic dark matter absorbed by electrons with an outgoing active neutrino using the 0.63 tonne-year exposure collected by PandaX-4T liquid xenon experiment. No significant signals are observed over the expected background. The data are interpreted into limits to the effective couplings between such dark matter and electrons. For axial-vector or vector interactions, our sensitivity is competitive in comparison to existing astrophysical bounds on the decay of such dark matter into photon final states. In particular, we present the first direct detection limits for an axial-vector (vector) interaction which are the strongest in the mass range from 25 to 45 (35 to 50) keV/c2^2
