    The Impact of Different Power Structures on The Cross-Boder e-Retail Supply Chain With An O2O Dual- Channel

    In this paper, considering a cross-border e-retail supply chain composed by a foreign supplier and a cross-border e-retailer, we study the impact of different power structures on the supply chain members’ pricing and profits by establishing foreign supplier Stackelberg (FSS), cross-border e-retailer Stackelberg (CES) and vertical Nash (VN) game model on the basis of discussing O2O dual-channel retail mode and pricing decision. The results show that: i) the cross-border e-retailer prefer to choose the centralized pricing mode and will gain more profit than that in the decentralized pricing mode under the condition of O2O dual-channel retailing. ii) The impact of Stackelberg game on dual channel pricing of the cross-border e-retailer is identical, but the impact of three games on foreign supplier’s pricing is significant, (i.e., the wholesale price of the foreign supplier becomes smaller with the game dominance decreased gradually). iii) The impact of three games on cross-border electronic supply chain members’ profits is significant (i.e., members’ profits become smaller with the game dominance decreased gradually. In addition, the impact of Stackelberg game on supply chain total profits is identical. However, the supply chain total profits under Vertical Nash game are more than Stackelberg game

    Citation advantage of COVID-19 related publications

    With the global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, scientists from various disciplines responded quickly to this historical public health emergency. The sudden boom of COVID-19 related papers in a short period of time may bring unexpected influence to some commonly used bibliometric indicators. By a large-scale investigation using Science Citation Index Expanded and Social Sciences Citation Index, this brief communication confirms the citation advantage of COVID-19 related papers empirically through the lens of Essential Science Indicators' highly cited paper. More than 8% of COVID-19 related papers published during 2020 and 2021 were selected as Essential Science Indicators highly cited papers, which was much higher than the set global benchmark value of 1%. The citation advantage of COVID-19 related papers for different Web of Science categories/countries/journal impact factor quartiles were also demonstrated. The distortions of COVID-19 related papers' citation advantage to some bibliometric indicators such as journal impact factor were discussed at the end of this brief communication.Comment: Journal of Information Science (2023

    A Hybrid Quantum Algorithm Based on Magtd to Solve The Problem of The Last Mile in Electronic Commerce

    For the purpose of solving the problem of the last mile in electronic commerce, this paper establishes the mathematical model to minimize the travel cost and stability value, an improved double chains quantum genetic algorithm was proposed. Firstly, it proposes the method of double chains structure coding including vehicle chain and customer chain. Secondly, it proposes non-dominated sorting based on the crowding distance selection strategy. Thirdly, the most satisfying solute is obtained by the MAGTD (multi-attribute grey target decision model). Finally, the novel method is applied to a dynamic simulation, and the result of comparing with other classical algorithms verifies its effectiveness

    AbstractDuring peak seasons, the petrol company's oil supply capacity is insufficient, therefore, with limited trucks, adjusting the distribution quantity of petrol station and formulating an effective distribution route can minimize the total cost and maximize the vehicle utilization. In this paper we observe the extension of the multi-depot half open vehicle routing problem with time windows (MDHOVRPTW) in oil product secondary distribution. Based on the characteristics of secondary distribution and MDHOVRPTW problem, this paper formulates oil distribution model intra-area with distribution quantity and distribution routing as decision variables. A proposed algorithm is applied to solve this model and result compared with the traditional non-cooperative method to verify the effectiveness of collaborative distribution

    With the development of free trade zone, strategy of One Belt and One Road and the policy of cross-border e-commerce, many domestic electric business platforms enter into industry of cross-border electricity. Cross-border e-commerce which is a new business model has advantages, such as, fewer links, short processing cycle and low cost. It can powerfully develop today. However, cross-border logistics which is short slab of cross-border e-commerce restricts the development of cross-border e-commerce. Cross-border e-commerce that has multi-function, multiple frequency operation and comprehensive characteristics require logistics service has the characteristics of agility, high efficiency, low cost and visualization. The model of cross-border logistics in our country has many problems. For example, high cost, long time, incomplete logistics information system, lack of large-scale logistics service enterprises. This factors seriously restrict the development of cross-border e-commerce. In this paper, cross-border electricity development present in our country and its existing problems have been discussed, and we put forward relevant countermeasures.     Automatic Robot Hand-Eye Calibration Enabled by Learning-Based 3D Vision

    Hand-eye calibration, as a fundamental task in vision-based robotic systems, aims to estimate the transformation matrix between the coordinate frame of the camera and the robot flange. Most approaches to hand-eye calibration rely on external markers or human assistance. We proposed Look at Robot Base Once (LRBO), a novel methodology that addresses the hand-eye calibration problem without external calibration objects or human support, but with the robot base. Using point clouds of the robot base, a transformation matrix from the coordinate frame of the camera to the robot base is established as I=AXB. To this end, we exploit learning-based 3D detection and registration algorithms to estimate the location and orientation of the robot base. The robustness and accuracy of the method are quantified by ground-truth-based evaluation, and the accuracy result is compared with other 3D vision-based calibration methods. To assess the feasibility of our methodology, we carried out experiments utilizing a low-cost structured light scanner across varying joint configurations and groups of experiments. The proposed hand-eye calibration method achieved a translation deviation of 0.930 mm and a rotation deviation of 0.265 degrees according to the experimental results. Additionally, the 3D reconstruction experiments demonstrated a rotation error of 0.994 degrees and a position error of 1.697 mm. Moreover, our method offers the potential to be completed in 1 second, which is the fastest compared to other 3D hand-eye calibration methods.
