This research explains about the export cooperation of mandailing coffee to South Korea in 2016. The demand, consumption and many coffee shop in South Korea become a change for Indonesian's coffee to be exported to that country for filling the coffee need. South Korea imports coffee from various countries of main coffee producers in the world such as Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam and Indonesia. The consumption trend of coffee drinking in South Korea that makes coffee is admired especially mandailing coffee that is exported to South Korea.The method that is used in this research is qualitative research. The datas come from book, journal, thesis, article, website and other sources that are involved with the research. This research focus is how the export process of mandailing coffee to South Korea happens. This research uses liberalism perspective and International cooperation theory.The export cooperation of Mandailing Arabica coffee to South Korea uses the facilitation of third country. The export cooperation of Mandheling Arabica coffee produces cooperation partnership in period of 3 years f2016-2019. The export cooperation partnership in 2016 with import value USD 1 Million. This research describes the Economic Policy Political Indonesia chose Tiongkok for the development cooperation project High Speed Train Jakarta - Bandung 2015. Previous Tiongkok and Japan are two countries that are eager to invest in Indonesia in the development of this project. Then two countries submitting proposals to Indonesia in order to attract interest in Indonesia to choose one between the two countries to carry out the construction of a High Speed Train project - Jakarta – Bandung. But in the end decided to throw Indonesia to Tiongkok for the construction of this project. The method that is used in this research is qualitative research. Some of the datas are obtained from books, journals, articles,internet and other media. The focus of this research is the reason Indonesia chose to cooperate with Tiongkok in the development of this project , even though Japan is the leading country in the construction of this mass transportation. This study uses a neoliberal perspective and the theory of International cooperation. Indonesia wants to balance the economic influence of China and Japan in the country. Because the amount of investment and International cooperation between the two countries in Indonesia very much value. Japan is a major investor in Indonesia since 1967 and prior to exert influence on the Indonesian economy. For this reason in the end Indonesia chose to cooperate with Tiongkok in this project. In addition, the proposal offered Tiongkok also provide benefits for Indonesia. Indonesia is also a precondition in the development of this fast train and China is willing to run

Diplomasi Indonesia Terhadap Unesco Dalam Meresmikan Tari Saman Sebagai Warisan Budaya Indonesia

This study describes about Indonesian Diplomacy for UNESCO Patens Saman Dance. It has already been fact to be forced by every nation and state. Nowadays, threat comes from internal and external. From internal, young generations see Saman Dance as an old culture which is too complicated to learn. Other reason is endangerment of the originality Saman Dance caused globalization. And from external, there are so many claims for Indonesian culture.This research shows how the diplomacy of Indonesia which involved many party including the public and other government agencies to get Saman Dance as Indonesian Official Heritage Culture by UNESCO and finally they made it since UNESCO inscribes Indonesia Saman Dance on the list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity throgh the meeting on November 24th, 2011 in Bali.Multi-track Diplomacy used to foster peace between state or particular interest. The This study analyzes on how implementation article 24 Convention on The rights of persons with disability about education in SLB Sri Mujinab Pekanbaru. Indonesia has ratified several International conventions as protective measures against human rights for persons with Disability, including the Convention on the rights of persons with disability. In addition, the Government of Indonesia also have formed numerous attempts of protection of human rights and justice for people with Disability, but in fact in Indonesia are still going on against the violations of human rights for persons with Disability, particularly in the field of education.The methods that is used by the writer is the qualitative research. Qualitative research isintends to look at the process of the implementation of article 24 of the CRPD at SLB Sri Mujinab Pekanbaru. Research materials is based on secondary data through the study of literature such as books, internet, and more.The end result of this research is that the implementation of article 24 the CRPD in SLB Sri Mujinab Pekanbaru is very good because it meets the characteristics of education for inclusive and meet the inclusive school characteristics. Moreover, it can also be seen First, implementation of article 24 of the CRPD in Sri Mujinab Pekanbaru,can be implemented, it can be seen from the existence of the facilities and infrastructure that supports the realization of the rights of persons with disability in terms of education, one of the goals of this country become independent is to the intellectual life of the nation, education is a human right, as well as the constitutional rights of citizens which was carried out by the State. Second, the Government's role in removing discrimination for persons with disability was ratified the Convention on The Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), as a foundation of the State in ensuring the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons with disability without discrimination

Kerjasama Indonesia-Selandia Baru pada Sektor Peternakan Sapi Perah dan Industri Pengolahan Susu

One component of farm sub-sector that has much benefits and potentially to be developed in Indonesia is a dairy agribusiness. Geography, ecology, and so of fertility land in some regions in Indonesia having characteristics that suitable for the development of dairy agribusiness. In addition, from the demand side, milk production in the country is still not enough to cover needs of domestic millk consumption. Currently in domestic milk production can not meet more than 30 % of the national demand the remaining, 70 % derived from imports.Dairy development in Indonesia cannot be separated from the problems that impede the development of the dairy. Most of the business of a farm of dairy cattle managed by with a scale business that is not economical. In fact, dairy farm business is people, faced with two major problems, namely the problem zooteknik in the face of the global market as well as socio-economic issues that are less institutional support to business performance.To overcome the problem, the Indonesian government take measures to save and improve the business of a farm of dairy industry in Indonesia. One way to be taken is to have a partnership with the countries that have been successful in doing application of technology dairy farm as New Zealand.In the treaty the New Zealand government will help improve the human resources ( HR ), quality and quantity of farmers of dairy industry Indonesia by providing training, the scholarship, consultation, dairy processing plant, processing plant even the management of a farm that has successfully implemented in the country
