This research aims to propose a training program using integrated exercises (physical- skill) dedicated to develop the speed-strength and some essential technical skills to football players under 17 years old. The researcher followed the experimental method because of the relevance of the research issue. The study used a sample of the Mostaganem team under 17 years old consisting of 35 players; they were divided into two samples, the first sample consisted of (13) players a normal training program was applied with them , the second experimental group consisted of (13) players the training program applied offered by the researcher. Finally, the researcher suggests that the proposed program positively influence the development of speed-strength and some technical skills. A set of physical and skill tests were applied and after getting the results of the pre and post measurements and the statically processing of results, the researchers have concluded that integrated exercises (physical- skill) has a major impact in developing the speed-strength and some basic skills of football players under 17 years old.  Article visualizations

Impact of the wheelchair in the development of upper body specific muscle training among students Ectomorph

Ectomorph’s body is fragile, with long, slender, poorly muscled extremities and delicate bones. Through this problem, PE teacher must alter its expectations drew upon the changes in body shapes in the early stage of growth. Indeed, in similar as disabling defects due to the lack of general muscular strength via ectomorph body shape. For this proposal, we emphasized the experimental method, including 40 males’ ectomorph students, chosen by the intentional method.  Divided into two groups (Experiment (ES), control (CS)) based on upper body muscular disabilities, during the 2016/2017 school year, at Zagllole secondary school, Mostaganem academic. To test our hypothesis, we focused on two training programs traditional with weight (CS) vs Wheelchair (ES) as tools to strengthen upper body musculature, within 6-weeks under researchers’ supervision, integrate as 15 minutes of warm-up during basketball cycle in the second semester. Whereas to evaluate their progress, we based on press up test and multiple-RM assessments (Pectoral (Pecs) - Deltoids (Delts) - Latissimus Dorsi (lats) - Biceps- Triceps- Abdominals (Abs)). In the beginning and at the end of the program basketball cycle. Based on statistical applied, we confirmed that the integration of the wheelchair as a strength tool improves the general muscular strength via ectomorph body shape better than the traditional. The wheelchair is a benefited tool muscle training that improves the muscle building, muscle strength and muscle endurance via ectomorph body shape better than the traditional method. Interpret in similar studies via manual wheelchair frames and components as manufactured materials having high strength-to-weight ratios. Finally, we approved in the case of this study that few wheelchair rounds around the gym is enough to improve strength in any strength program

The Anthropometric and Physiological Characteristics of Young Algerian Soccer Players

Objective: The aim of this paper was to describe the anthropometric and physiological characteristics of young soccer players (U13) which were associated with their being successful or not as soccer players, and also to determine standard levels in the light of a test battery and indicators to select and guide the young talents as a scientific means to facilitate the selection. Method: A total of 390 soccer players age (U13). From 14 Algerian soccer clubs were enrolled and subjected to standard anthropometric, fitness (speed 20m, CMJ, skills-related performance testing. The testing battery will be described as will the process for converting test data into standardized scores. Data will be presented to show the strengths and weaknesses of some players. Result: After analysing the results based on the standard criteria for the proposed tests as well as the overall performance variable. And the ability of each youth to be selected according to their potential, and therefore it was stressed that the proposed criteria, which are scientific support for the field observation, should be emphasized to facilitate this process for Algerian soccer players. The findings from this study indicate that marked improvements and parameters associated with physical maturity such as height, weight, speed, VO2max, or chronological age are important to determine the success of a soccer player. At older ages, other factors such as agility seem to be more important. Nevertheless, players born in the 1st semester of the year are also more frequent in the older teams. These findings should be taken into account by trainers and coaches in order to avoid biasing their selection choices
