    Hubungan Beban Kerja Fisik terhadap Kelelahan pada Tempat Kerja dengan Kebisingan Tinggi

    ABSTRAK Kelelahan merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab tingginya kecelakaan kerja. Menurut data ILO tercatat setiap tahun sebanyak dua juta pekerja mengalami kecelakaan akibat faktor kelelahan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja fisik terhadap kelelahan di tempat kerja dengan kebisingan tinggi pada pekerja industri informal pengolahan kayu di kecamatan Grabag. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner karakteristik pekerja, pengukuran intensitas kebisingan menggunakan Noise dosimeter, pengukuran beban kerja fisik dengan metode denyut nadi, dan kelelahan kerja menggunakan KAUPK2. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square dengan α 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 29 responden (65,9%) mengalami lelah dan 15 responden (34,1%) mengalami kurang lelah. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara usia (p 0,000), masa kerja (p 0,042), dan beban kerja fisik (p 0,02) terhadap kelelahan kerja umum. Sedangkan status gizi tidak memiliki hubungan terhadap kelelahan kerja umum (p 0,656). Sarannya adalah pekerja sebaiknya memanfaatkan waktu istirahat dengan optimal untuk meminimalisir kelelahan kerja yang dialami.     The goal of this study is to discuss how to encourage tolerance and implant Islamic principles in the development of Islamic character. The goal of this essay is to give parents, educators, and community leaders an overview of the necessity of cultivating tolerance and instilling Islamic educational ideals in the formation of Islamic character in order to establish religious peace in the community. A literature review was used to perform this investigation. The data for this study was compiled from various collections of scientific publications as the primary source, which was then examined and assessed to synthesize and draw conclusions from the numerous materials obtained. Early childhood is an ideal period to begin the formation of Islamic character, with parents and teachers playing an important part in this process by teaching children to apply Islamic character principles and monitoring their growth. The aqidah method, worship approach, and moral education approach are used to develop tolerance and instill Islamic educational ideals in the formation of Islamic character in early infancy, according to the study's findings. The exemplary technique, the habit method, the counsel method, the attention method, the reward and punishment approach, the repetition method, and the active involvement method are all ways that can be used. In addition, there are supporting elements such as educational background, finances, communication, modeling, and orange cooperation with instructors. Social media, electronics, living environment, and peer contact are all inhibiting factors

    PERSEPSI POTENSI BAHAYA KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR DI TEMBALANG

    Childhood is a time when a person begins to know everything and tends to remember things more easily. The concept of safety and health must be instilled since childhood. The purpose of this study was to describe the perception of potential safety and health hazards in elementary school students. This research is a qualitative research using the Focus Group Discussion method. The informants in this study were 40 students grade 5 from 2 elementary schools in Tembalang sub-district. The results showed that the informants had different perceptions in identifying hazards and the actions to be taken when they were injured. The source of information about the dangers was mostly obtained by informants from teachers and parents. The students have been able to identify potential safety and health hazards well. However, the guidance from parents and teachers is still needed regarding how to control these potential hazards. Masa anak-anak merupakan masa dimana seseorang mulai mengenal segala sesuatu dan cenderung lebih mudah mengingat sesuatu. Konsep keselamatan dan kesehatan harus ditanamkan sejak masa anak-anak tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi potensi bahaya keselamatan dan kesehatan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa kelas 5 dari 2 sekolah dasar di kecamatan Tembalang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informan memiliki persepsi yang berbeda-beda dalam mengidentifikasi bahaya dan tindakan yang harus dilakukan saat mengalami cidera. Sumber informasi tentang bahaya paling banyak didapatkan informan dari guru dan orang tua. Informan telah dapat mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang ada di sekitar mereka. Namun demikian beberapa informan membutuhkan penjelasan tentang persepsi potensi bahaya yang mereka ketahui. Untuk itu disarankan bagi sekolah untuk selalu menyediakan informasi tentang bahaya dan cara mengatasi atau menghindari bahaya tersebut

    Influence Based Learning Program Scientific Learning Approach to Science Students Generic Skills

    This study aims to determine the influence of scientific approach based learning program (P2BPS) against generic science skills of students. The method used in this research is quasi experiment with two-group pretest posttest design.The population in this study were all students who take courses in general physics II at the Department of Physics Physics, Faculty of sciences State University of Medan. The sample was determined by random cluster sampling technique. One class as an experimental class taught by the scientific approach based learning program and the class as a class taught by conventional learning control. Data collection techniques using generic science skills test instruments. The results of data analysis showed that students taught with a scientific approach based learning program has a generic science skills better than being taught by conventional teaching. It can be concluded that there is significant influence learning program based scientific approach to generic science skills of students in general physics course II.     Background: The brick manufacturing industry is still needed to support the establishment of a building. Workers in this industry, facing the potential hazards of various factors, are often unaware of the existence of such hazards and, in fact, often overlook the use of protective equipment in work.  Method: This study used qualitative approach. The aim of this study was to analyze the potential hazards faced by brick industry workers and assess the needs of personal protective equipment (PPE) in work. The subjects of this research are all brick industry workers in Kembangarum Village, Demak by using job safety analysis approach. Results: The results show that workers face mechanical hazards, heat, radiation, dust, smoke, lighting, and ergonomics. fell. Based on the study concluded that brick industry workers face the danger of physical factors, biology and ergonomics. PPE required are: head cover (hat, caping), mask, long dress, boots and gloves. Conclusion: Eliminating and or reducing occupational hazards risk among workers used adapting PP
