Actually, in-situ analysis is mainly applied for preparing and controlling the reliable and economical sampling of soil investigating these samples by in-house laboratories. In order to get more fast, economic and reliable analytical results, currently it will increasingly attempt to substitute the usual laboratory analysis by in-situ analytical measurements. This report shows that today an powerful commercial equipment is already available, however, there are yet a lot of unsolved methodical problems. A main question discussed here is, there are no systematic investigations of the influence of soil properties on the analytical results. In this study it has been tried to derive first steps of relationships to a scientific handling of analytical parameters in depending of soil and groundwater properties.
