    The subject to the research goal is to work-up the system of technological methods for the Czech agriculture and solution of joint technical, ecological, energetical, ergonomical and economical problems with aim to be closed to the EU countries level.     Machines are being equipped by monitors and controlling units able to receive the GPS data. They record a real time, speed vector and selected data about machine work for geographical coordinates (material flow, working, resistance, diesel fuel consumption e.t.c.) These data can be used for evaluation of the field efficiency, working speed and idle time within individual plots. The skilled operator can analyse machine operations during work shift at graphical display of machine trajectory (GIS-geographical information system). The GIS tools enable also to classify technical and productive conditions of the plots (communication access, size and shape). Just evaluation of the machines exploitation parameters in relationship to these operative factors is a qualitative contribution of that method compared with classical time photographs. At the records evaluation of machine aggregates work soil tillage and fertilization the effect ov operational factors onto operative efficiency reached on individual plots was proved. The theoretical efficiency given by the machine exploitation characteristics decreases due to larger share of non-productive travels within smaller and irregular plots. There is a correlation between average working speed or traveled unit way within plots and defined classes of size, length and plot shape. From that correlation results knowledge of operative efficiency dependence upon plots operative properties which enable to make more accurate the machines planned exploitation.Available from STL Prague, CZ / NTK - National Technical LibrarySIGLECZCzech Republi

    The report is articulated into theoretical and laboratory parts and into investigation in agricultural practice. In the first theoretical part is dealt with comparison of storage and cylinder method of corn crops processing from point of view of specific energy consumption and creation of acquired product structure as well as width of crushing gap and performance for various types of corn crops. The report also evaluates the moisture effect onto energetical balance of crushing and milling and the feeding mixtures dispersity according. To the law No 91/1996 concerning feedshuffs. The second part present results of operative investigation of suggested and realised line for production of feeding mixtures of output 3 t.h-1 in agricultural enterprise. The part also presents verification of newly developed technological knot, i.e. sectional equalizing bin for macrocomponents enabling continual operations of the crusher and milling divide for feedshuffs. This method proved its high effectiveness and contrilented significantly to the better performance of whole technological line. The report also presents the economical assessment of the line. In the third part are presented results of investigation of the maize storage of higher harvest moisture up to 35% in protective atmosphere of CO_2 in tower silos. The feeding corn crops in CO_2 atmosphere storage maintains the corn quality within all time of storage, the CO_2 concentration is changing phighty. Within 11 month there was formed out this CO_2 in range 75-805.
