Present researches in the framework of catastrophe theory aimed to describe in formalized form the dynamics of regional banks activity in transitive economics. For this purpose the system of differential equations was algorithmically solved and the decision with approximation error in 9.4% gives reliable description of the real statistics of banks activity. Certain managing parameters, establishing the dynamics of money input components interaction and output producing in banks activity were defined and theoretical approach to functional dependencies finding of above mentioned parameters was made. The integral activity curve of the bank was build and it showed the exact time Tx of bifurcation appearance, bringing about the misbalance in banks production with consequence in banks catastrophe. It was found that since the bank integral activity curve had fallen below the zero the bank experienced the "fold" bifurcation, assuming the catastrophe( bankruptcy) and this situation couldn''''t be diagnosed in time by means of traditional methods of bank analysis. The ways of planning and crisis management in regional politics conception were offered by varying of initial banks inputs and managing parameters.

Ensuring the child's interests in implementing the requirements of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction

There has been a revision of the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction to ensure the immediate return of illegally removed or abandoned children to their state of habitual residence to reduce the detrimental effects of unilateral parental action. In recent years, the methods of child abduction and the legal landscape associated with judicial decision-making have changed dramatically. The authors conclude that on the part of the courts, various circumstances may indicate a "grave risk" of causing "physical or psychological harm" or creating "intolerable conditions" for the child. After analyzing the information received, the authors conclude that jurisprudence in this direction is becoming more and more universal. This is also facilitated by the development of the Guide to Good Practice under the HCCH Convention of October 25, 1980

Market Mill Dependence Pattern in the Stock Market: Modeling of Predictability and Asymmetry via Multi-Component Conditional Distribution

Recent studies have revealed a number of striking dependence patterns in high frequency stock price dynamics characterizing probabilistic interrelation between two consequent price increments x (push) and y (response) as described by the bivariate probability distribution P(x,y) [1,2,3,4]. There are two properties, the market mill asymmetries of P(x,y) and predictability due to nonzero z-shaped mean conditional response, that are of special importance. Main goal of the present paper is to put together a model reproducing both the z-shaped mean conditional response and the market mill asymmetry of P(x,y) with respect to the axis y=0. We develop a probabilistic model based on a multi-component ansatz for conditional distribution P(y|x) with push-dependent weights and means describing both properties. A relationship between the market mill asymmetry and predictability is discussed. A possible connection of the model to agent-based picture is outlined

ABSTRACT: The idea of acoustic activation of surface diffusion is explored theoretically and in atomistic simulations. It is found that a substantial diffusion enhancement by surface acoustic waves is possible via (1) transient surface strain-induced modification of the diffusion barriers, (2) adiabatic variation in the surface temperature, and (3) dynamic coupling of the acoustic waves with vibrational states of adsorbed species. The approximate scaling laws describing the first two effects are established and verified in kinetic Monte Carlo simulations. The combined contribution of all three effects is studied in molecular dynamics simulations, and the conditions for the diffusion activation through the dynamic coupling are elucidated. The acoustic enhancement of surface diffusion provides an attractive alternative to thermal activation in thin film growth on heat-sensitive substrates. 1
