On a general discrete boundary value problem

We study a general discrete boundary value problem in Sobolev--Slobodetskii spaces in a plane quadrant and reduce it to a system of integral equations. We show a solvability of the system for a small size of discreteness starting from a solvability of its continuous analogue.Comment: 15 page

    On infinite matrices

We consider linear bounded operators acting in Banach spaces with a basis, such operators can be represented by an infinite matrix. We prove that for an invertible operator there exists a sequence of invertible finite-dimensional operators so that the family of norms of their inverses is uniformly bounded. It leads to the fact that solutions of finite-dimensional equations converge to the solution of initial operator equation with infinite-dimensional matrix.Comment: 7 page

The purpose of the research was to analyze the impact of digitalization of land reclamation on food security of the Russian Federation, as a result of which its significant role was established. In this connection, the concept of digital land reclamation was developed, which is distributed at all stages of the life cycle of reclamation objects. Thus, within the framework of the implementation of digital reclamation, it is planned to ensure its close integration with the processes of digital agriculture, and its close integration with the platforms developed in the process of implementation of the digital economy. It also provides for a flexible architecture of its end-to-end integration with the databases of various federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation for the collection, storage, and processing of information. In order to develop digital land reclamation, it is proposed to create scientific and educational centers for land reclamation in the form of specialized sites, a complex of objects, facilities and equipment, technological and innovation infrastructure in the regions of Russia and intended for the approbation and commercialization of scientific and technical results in the field of land reclamation, which will simplify the process of implementing the results of scientific research in production. Introduction of scientific and educational centers for land reclamation will ensure: food security of Russia and increase of profitability in agriculture; creation of tools (methods, technical means, technologies, etc.) for digital agriculture; creation of innovative platforms for decision support to agricultural producers; increase of efficiency of interaction between participants and the state with transition to digital format; development of digital environment for remote agricultural production. Increasing the efficiency of interaction between the participants and the state with the transition to digital format; development of the digital environment of distant agrarian education and the market of professional agro-consulting; increasing the attractiveness of work in agriculture, increasing the demand for information technology specialists in the agricultural sector, increasing the level of income in rural areas

Knee joint changes in the early postoperative period after arthroscopic resection of menisci under the influence of different treatment methods

Introduction The rate of effusion or hemarthrosis after arthroscopic operation is in the range of 0.16 – 15.7 %. Changes in the operated joint are reflected in the composition and properties of the synovium. So, the study of hemo-synovial fluid will assess the severity of pathological changes and the effectiveness of treatment. Purpose The aim of the research was to study the changes in the hemo-synovial fluid of the operated knee joint and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments applied to hemosynovitis. Materials and methods The study included 79 males between the age of 18 and 60 years. At each puncture after full evacuation, the cavity was treated by the author's method in 38 patients of group 1 (patents on invention of Russia β„– 2457833 and β„– 2460545), which consisted in the lavage of the joint cavity with an isotonic sodium hydrocarbonate solution cooled down to +5 Β°Π‘ until the fluid was clear followed by intraarticular introduction of 3.0 ml of the mixture consisting of solutions for injections of 5 % ascorbic acid, 5 % unithiol and 0.5 % novocain, taken in equal volumes 1:1:1. At each puncture after full evacuation in 41 patients of group 2, intraarticular introduction of 3.0 ml of 0.5 % novocain solution for injections was performed. The efficiency was studied with magnetic resonance imaging in 24 men (12 subjects from each group) on 3rd and 7th days after arthroscopy. The pH, relative density, level of lipid hydroperoxide, concentration of common SH-groups and cytosis were defined in the hemo-synovial fluid. Results It was revealed that inflammatory changes develop in the operated knee joint after arthroscopic resection of the meniscus. Discussion The treatment technique proposed for knee joint hemosynovitis reduces faster the severity of the inflammatory reaction, lipid peroxidation and increases concentration of thiol antioxidants

Cybersecurity Risk Analysis of Industrial Automation Systems on the Basis of Cognitive Modeling Technology

The issues of procuring the cybersecurity of modern industrial systems and networks acquire special urgency because of imperfection of their protection tools and presence of vulnerabilities. International standards ISA/IEC 62443 offer the system risk-oriented approach to solve the tasks of providing the security of industrial control systems (ICS) at all stages of life cycle. But in view of high uncertainty and complexity of procedure of formalizing the factors affecting the final indices of system security, the problem of cybersecurity risk assessment remains open and requires applying new approaches based on the technology of data mining and cognitive modeling. Cognitive modeling of risk assessment using fuzzy grey cognitive maps (FGCM) allows us to take into account the uncertainty factor arising in the process of vulnerability probability assessment for each of security nodes. The interval estimates of FGCM connection weights can reflect the scatter of expert group opinions that allows us to take into account more completely the data available for risk analysis. The main stages of ICS security assessment with use of FGCM are analyzed in the chapter on the example of distributed industrial automation network. The recommendations concerning the choice of the necessary countermeasures improving the level of network security in the conditions of possible external and internal threats are considered
