    The aims of this research were to: 1) describe perception organizational support of employees’, 2) describe organizational commitment, 3) find out the perception organizational support and empowerment variable’s could be increasing to employees’ organizational commitment at PDAM Bandarmasih Banjarmasin city.         This research was done by using the explanatory approach which is a research approach to explain the causality or contribution of independent variable toward dependent variable through the argumentation of hypothesis way.         The descriptive result of the research showed that the PDAM Banjarmasin city still can be categorized in good condition.         While the inferential result of this research showed that perception organizational support and empowerment are influence to organizational commitment at PDAM Banjarmasin city.            For suggestion, the results of this research are expected not only to give academic contribution for the improvement of human resource, especially as a comprehension toward employees’ behavior in organization, but also to be an input for the users especially for the management section at PDAM Banjarmasin city , so they can manage the employees’ job behavior for the better organizational commitment

    Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yaitu lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja. pada  PDAM  Bandarmasih   terlihat  adanya  gejala penurunan kinerja pada sebagian  besar  karyawan,  jika  dilihat  dari tingkat kehadiran karyawan.  Karyawan  yang  belum  mencapai  target  minimal kehadiran 85 % dalam   satu semester semakin bertambah.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui  dan  menganalisis    pengaruh   kepemimpinan    dan kepuasan  kerja  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan PDAM Bandarmasih kota Banjarmasin.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang akan mengeksplorasi pengaruh antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan angket dari 32 orang responden. Kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, berpengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terbukti berpengaruh signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

    The Nexus Of Social, Environmental, Law and Governance Dimensions To Economic Development For Indonesian’s SDGs Achievement

    This study aims to identify the nexus between social, environmental, legal and governance dimensions to economic development in order to achieving SDGS in Indonesia.   The research method uses quantitative methods with primary data in the form of data on the achievement of SDGS indicators obtained from The Indonesia National Planning Agency and Central Bureau of Statistics from 2015 to 2022. Data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS with bootstrapping with confidence interval 5%. The results of this study found that social, environmental, legal and governance development has a positive influence on economic development in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.  All the results of the t-test exceeds 1.96, and the P Values, which denote the level of significance required, are below 0.05, and  R Square Adjusted has value of 0.888 (88.8%), which suggests that its capability to clarify the correlation between social, environmental, law, and governance with the economic development variable is robust, with an 88.8% level of accuracy. The implication of this research that economic growth has brought about many benefits for Indonesia, it also proved had significant impacts on various aspects of society, including the environment, social structures, law, and governance.  It is critical that policymakers and stakeholders work together to address these challenges and ensure that development is sustainable and equitable for all Indonesians. &nbsp

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui : 1) pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu lokal Ventela. 2) pengaruh daya tarik produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu lokal Ventela. 3) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu lokal Ventela. 4) variabel paling dominan yang mempengaruhi terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu lokal Ventela. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey. Populasi pada penelitian ialah mahasiswa/I UNISKA Banjarbaru dengan 96 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan lemeshow dimana jumlah populasi tidak diketahui. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder melalui observasi dan penelitian pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda serta pengujian hipotesis yang meliputi uji t, uji F, uji dominan dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) gaya hidup berpengaruh negative terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien uji t 1,414 dan sig 0,161. 2) daya tarik produk berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien uji t 2,866 dan nilai sig 0,005. 3) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien uji t 7,175 dan sig 0,000. 4) variabel paling dominan berpengaruh ialah kualitas produk dengan nilai standardized coefficient 0,627
