    No full text
This dataset and R code supplement the publication "Methane losses from different biogas plant technologies" by Wechselberger et al. (2023). The dataset contains primary and secondary data underlying the reported emission factors. By using the R code, emission factors are calculated as published. Available files: Glossary.csv (column/variable descriptions of dataset) Wechselberger_et_al_2023_data.csv (dataset) Wechselberger_et_al_2023_R_code.Rmd (code for calculating the emission factors reported in Table 2 of the publication) Wechselberger_et_al_2023_data_supplement.zip (containing all of the files above) Version v2 contains the final reference to the publication Wechselberger et al. (2023). The data are the same as in version v1.This work was funded within the 11th ERA-NET Bioenergy Joint Call/1st add. Call of BESTF3 (project title: "EvEmBi: Evaluation and reduction of methane emissions from different European biogas plant concepts") by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture Germany via Agency for Renewable Resources e. V. (FNR) [project number: FKZ 22407917; 22408017], the Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation, and Technology Austria via the Austrian Climate and Energy Fund [project number 863534], the Swedish Energy Agency [project number 45492-1] and the Swiss Federal Office of Energy [SI/501679-01;17.0083.PJ/R035-0703].
