The macrobenthic algae in Vistamar Beach Resort, Anilao, Mabini, Batangas

The macrobenthic algae from Vistamar Beach Resort in Anilao, Mabini, Batangas were collected, preserved, identified and classified based on morphological characteristics.There were five species of macrobenthic algae collected namely: Halimeda opuntia from division Chlorophyta, Sargassum ilicifotium from division Phaeophyta and Amphiroa fragilissima, Gelidium pusillum and Galaxaura subfruiticulosa from division Rhodophyta
