The Downtown Area of Jonestown, Texas.

The objective was to assess Jonestown's value and potential using the Quadruple Net Value metrics.Three projects are focused on the city of Jonestown. The first being a Quadruple Net Value Analysis report generated by undergraduate Land and Property Development students. The second is a public sewer feasibility study to generate creative solutions to septic and environmental conditions by undergraduate capstone Civil Engineering students. Finally, a graduate student will complete a transportation plan for the city to address connectivity and walkability.Texas Target Communitie

Comparison of the operation of the amateur theater T-art and the theater BLR in the context of foreign language theater organizations in the Czech Republic.

Cílem práce je představení šiří možných způsobů provozování jinojazyčných divadel v ČR, možností financování divadelního provozu v určitých právních formách a jejich přiblížení na příkladu divadla T-art a Blood Love and Rhetoric theater. Prozkoumám, jakou hmotnou či nehmotnou podporu a spolupráce mohou mít a jaký rozvoj je může čekat v podmínkách uměleckého sektoru ČR. Metodou případového studia a osobních rozhovoru pokouším se pochopit stimuly a motivace amatérské tvorby představitelů jiných kultur a jazyku v ČR, jaké právní formy jsou nejčastěji zvolené pro zřizování menšinových divadel a kde tyto divadla hledají svůj publikum.The aim of this work is to present a wide range of possible ways of operating foreign-language theaters in the Czech Republic, the possibility of financing theater operations in certain legal forms, and their approach to the example of T-art theater and Blood Love and Rhetoric theater. I will examine what financial or intangible support and cooperation they can have and what growth can await them in the conditions of the Czech art sector. Using the method of case studies and personal interviews, I will try to understand the motivation of amateur work of representatives of other cultures and languages in the Czech Republic, what legal forms are most often chosen for establishing a theater produced by minority groups and where those theaters found their audience
