Economic and legal incentives to develop fish farming companies in Russia

The article considers the main economic and legal incentives that determine the development of fish farming companies in Russia. The authors analyzed the main legal acts that form the institutional environment in the industry. Among them: the Doctrine of food security, the Federal Law on aquaculture, the state program for the development of the fisheries complex, the industry program for the development of commercial aquaculture and the strategy for the development of the fisheries complex. The study presents the results of an analysis of incentives for the development of fish farming companies in various Russian regions.
