Influence of SEN configuration in Beam Blank cast fluidodynamic behavior.

Utilizando t?cnicas de modelagem f?sica e matem?tica comparou-se o fluxo de fluido no interior do molde de beam blank alimentado por apenas uma v?lvula submersa, com 3 e 4 portas na sa?da respectivamente. Na v?lvula com 4 portas, observou-se que para um di?metro da porta de sa?da inferior de 10mm n?o houve altera??es significativas no comportamento do fluxo, comparado ? v?lvula com apenas tr?s portas laterais. Ao aumentar o di?metro para 16mm, houve altera??o significativa do perfil de velocidade, reduzindo a assimetria de fluxo, fato que pode contribuir para a redu??o no gradiente t?rmico ao longo do molde, diminuindo a possibilidade de ocorr?ncia de defeitos no material lingotado. Com o aumento da dimens?o da porta inferior observou-se tamb?m redu??o na velocidade de impacto do jato principal e consequentemente reduziu-se a velocidade do fluxo ascendente, o que evita refus?o da pele e entranhamento de esc?ria.Physical and mathematical simulations was used to characterize the fluid flow inside a beam blank mold fed with one submerged entry nozzles containing three and four ports respectively. Comparing both systems was observed that when this fourth port had diameter equal 10mm no significantly changes could be seen in relation to the SEN without this port. Increasing the diameter to 16mm change the velocity profile significantly, reducing the asymmetry of the flow decreasing the thermal gradient in the mold and consequently the possibility of defects occurrence on the product. Was observed too the reduction of impingement velocity with the higher diameter of the base port. The influence of flow asymmetry on refractory erosion in the vacuum chamber of a RH degasser.

Nozzle blockage in RH reactors is a serious operational problem since it can cause an asymmetric distribution of the steel flow in both the up-leg as well as the lower region of the vacuum chamber. This anomaly can alter the circulation rate in addition to affecting the erosion profile of the lower part of vacuum chamber refractory lining. In this study, the effect of nozzle obstruction on liquid circulation rate, wall shear stress, velocity profiles and flow pattern have been evaluated. In addition, refractory erosion in the vacuum chamber has been estimated through physical modeling and mathematical simulation results. Four blockage conditions were studied for different gas flow rates. There was a good agreement in physical and mathematical models results. Asymmetric flow was observed in vacuum chamber lower region in asymmetric blockage cases, which resulted in preferential wear on one chamber side in physical modeling experiments. The wall shear stress analysis in the vacuum chamber using a fluid dynamic model also indicates preferential erosion. When compared, refractory erosion results in physical modeling and shear stress in mathematical modeling presented good correlation

The article powers of local governments according to the solution of questions of support of socially oriented non-profit organizations in the light of the last changes of the federal law ¹ 184 "About the general principles of the organization of legislative (representative) and executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation" and the federal law ¹ 131 "About the general principles of the organization of local government in the Russian Federation" are considered. The system of interaction of public authorities and local government at the organization of work with socially oriented non-profit organizations on the basis of the analysis and synthesis of practice of Primorye Territory is presented. The author offered actions for realization of the mechanism of implementation of transfer of part of separate powers by local governments to maintaining socially oriented non-profit organizationsРассмотрены полномочия органов местного самоуправления по решению вопросов поддержки социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций в свете последних изменений ФЗ № 184 «Об общих принципах организации законодательных (представительных) и исполнительных органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации» и ФЗ № 131 «Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в Российской Федерации». Представлена система взаимодействия органов государственной власти и местного самоуправления при организации работы с социально ориентированными некоммерческими организациями на основе анализа и обобщения практики Приморского края. Предложены мероприятия по реализации механизма осуществления передачи части отдельных полномочий органами местного самоуправления в ведение социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций
