    The Effect of Authoritarian Leadership on Human Resource Ostracism with Mediating role Emotional Burnout

    Employees are the main capital in order to achieve the goals and mission of the organization that the lack of proper communication and subsequent ostracism of employees and their isolation and frustration leads to dwstructive and undesirable consequences in government agencies. The study analyzes the effect of authoritarian leadership on the ostracism of human resources with the mediating role of emotional burnout. The peresent esearch is a descriptive- survey research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of method and nature. To measure the variables of authoritarian leadership, ostracism, and emotional burnout from the questionnaires of Wong et al (2019), Jiang et al (2011) and Swalqa (2017) was used. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed through face validity and Coronbach’s alpha (0.82). The statistical population includes government agencies of Khorramabad city that 121 employess have been selected as a sample. Data analyzed through structural equation modeling. Analysis of rsults at %95 confidence level indicates a positive and significant effect of authoritarian leadership on ostracism and emotional exhaustion. Indirect path analysis reveals the mediating role of emotional burnout in the influence of authoritarian leadership on ostracism. As a general result, authoritarian leadership is considered as one of the underlying factors of emotional burnout and consequently ostracism of employees in government agencies

    Brand Personality Toward Customer Purchase Intention: The Intermediate Role Of Electronic Word-Of-Mouth And Brand Equity

    Organizations like banks with the ability to develop an understanding of and capability in predicting customer's behaviour are organisations that have an edge over their competitors in the marketplace. One way of how organization's competitive advantage can be achieved is when they can determine their customer's purchase intention of products. This study attempts to investigate if brand personality, e-WOM and brand equity are determining factors that influence bank's customers purchase intention which can lead to their purchase decision later. Here, Mellat Bank in Iran is used as a case study and the bank's customers participated as respondents in a survey. The study tested seven hypotheses using structural equation modeling techniques. The fndings show that brand personality, e-WOM and brand equity have positive and signifcant effects on customer's purchase intentions. The results also reveal that these factors have positive internal effects on each other. In addition, e-WOM and brand equity show positive mediator roles

    Effect of Human Resources Management on the Quality of Services Based on Hospital Accreditation

    Background: The quality of services is the most important determinants of successful hospital in competitive world. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of human resource management based on hospital accreditation standards on the quality of hospital services using SERVQUAL model. Methods: The method of this research  In terms of purpose, was functional and applied, In terms of data collection, was descriptive, statistical community includes 310 family hospital clinical personnel in Rasht at fall of 2016, This sample was selected randomly, based Morgan table evaluated 175 persons. For data collection standard questionnaires Based on Iran's Ministry of Health and SERVQUAL used, for Information analysis, structural equation modeling with partial least square method was used with the Smart PLS2 software. Results: Test hypotheses suggest that empowering human resources management based on the accreditation standards for hospitals affects the quality of hospital services significantly. The most important factors in the management and empowerment of human resources include: education and empowerment of employees (0.950), policies and methods (0.949), safety and occupational health and environmental health guideline book (0.938). Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of hospital services as accreditation view, it is important notice to the management and empowerment of human resources items and it is suggested that hospital managers consider it to be the priority of their programs &nbsp

    A Study on the Effect of Organizational Justice and Commitment on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior

    In today's research it has been confirmed that organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on the performance of employees and organization. Therefore, this research investigating factors affecting organizational citizenship behavior including organizational justice and organizational commitment. The present study is an applied research in terms of purpose, a causal-effect in terms of research nature and approach, a descriptive survey in terms of data collection and a quantitative in terms of data type. The research population includes 124 employees and middle managers in Lorestan who were surveyed by census sampling method. The results of path analysis indicate that organizational justice directly and indirectly (through the mediator role of organizational commitment) has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior

    An extended technology acceptance model for detecting influencing factors: An empirical investigation

    The rapid diffusion of the Internet has radically changed the delivery channels applied by the financial services industry. The aim of this study is to identify the influencing factors that encourage customers to adopt online banking in Khorramabad. The research constructs are developed based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and incorporates some extra important control variables. The model is empirically verified to study the factors influencing the online banking adoption behavior of 210 customers of Tejarat Banks in Khorramabad. The findings of the study suggest that the quality of the internet connection, the awareness of online banking and its benefits, the social influence and computer self-efficacy have significant impacts on the perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) of online banking acceptance. Trust and resistance to change also have significant impact on the attitude towards the likelihood of adopting online banking

    The needs of spiritual life are related to the spiritual dimension of human existence, and the proper provision of these needs can form the fundamental basis for the growth of a healthy, capable and prosperous human being. In the organizational dimension, the existence of decent human resources is the main asset of any organization and, therefore, one of the most important factors in improving the productivity of the organization is the ability to motivate employees based on recognizing the spiritual needs of human beings. Also, cultural differences, harms caused by the use of Western motivational models, the need to increase productivity and the weakness of motivational tools in Iranian organizations require that indigenous models to identify human needs and motivation and in terms of spiritual delicacy based on Islamic culture. In line with this goal, in this study, Sahifa Sajadieh was used as a data source in order to develop a model. In this research, the content analysis method and Maxqda software were used to analyze the data and after exploring the data set, a new model of needs based on Islamic culture was presented called Need for Spiritual Life" whose fourteen organizing themes are defined.     Identification of Human Capital Components Affecting the Brand of Islamic Azad Universities Using Fuzzy Delphi Technique

    Human capital is considered to be the largest and most valuable asset and capital of any organization and country. In sustainable development, humans are the axis of development. The purpose of this study was to identify the components of human capital affecting the brand of Islamic Azad universities using the Fuzzy Delphi technique. The statistical population of this research was faculty members of Islamic Azad universities in 5 countries. According to the research goal, the research method is mixed. The statistical population of this research is the faculty members of the Free University of District 5 who were selected for qualitative stage by 15 judiciary sampling method. In the second stage, 73 people were selected according to available classification. After reviewing the comments, 32 components were identified as human capital affecting the brand, among which components such as learning ability, creativity, desire for success, innovation, human skill, dynamism and up-to-date, having teamwork spirit, knowledge and Behavioral and credible education was the ability to change the components that all the experts had expressed their importance for creating a university-based university-based human capital brand at the Islamic Azad University
