    This study sought to determine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of the organizational culture and professional development in Chaozhou No.2 High School, Guangdong province, china. To do so, the study evaluated the teachers’ perception of the organizational culture as well as their professional development in which Means and Standard Deviations were used for descriptive and quantitative analysis. Finally, the relationship between these two variables were analyzed and assessed through Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient analysis. The basis for the organizational culture concept of this study was founded on Denison (1990)'s Theory. Moreover, Guskey (2003) ' s Theory of Professional Development was the foundation to support the researcher’s concept of professional development. It was conducted in the academic year of 2020 – 2021and 80 full-time teachers responded to the questionnaire, while the response rate was 100 percent. This study focused on three objectives: (1) To determine the level of teachers’ perception toward organizational culture in Chaozhou No.2 high school, Guangdong Province, China. (2) To determine the level of teachers’ perception toward professional development in Chaozhou No.2 high school, Guangdong Province, China. (3) To determine the relationship between the level of teachers’ perception toward organizational culture and professional development in Chaozhou No.2 high school, Guangdong Province, China. Since Pearson correlation r is .645 and Sig. is .000, which is smaller than .05. The finding revealed that the teachers at Chaozhou No.2 high school had a relatively high perception towards the organizational culture and professional development

    The main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the teachers’ perceptions towards principal’s transformational leadership style and organizational justice at a Junior High School, Chongqing, China. The research objectives were (1) to identify the level of teachers’ perceptions towards principal’s transformational leadership style, (2) to identify the level of teachers’ perceptions towards organizational justice and, (3) to determine the relationship between teachers’ perceptions towards principal’s transformational leadership style and organizational justice at A Junior High School, Chongqing, China. The total has 91 full-time teachers teaching in different grades from 7th grade, 8th grade and 9th grade during the academic year 2020 (March-August) got involved in this study. This study used Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire developed by Bass & Avolio (1995) and used Organizational Justice Scale adopt by Colquitt (2001) to determine the relationship between teachers’ perceptions towards principal’s transformational leadership style organizational justice at A Junior High School, Chongqing, China. Results of the Pearson correlation indicated that there was a positive significant positive association between teachers’ perceptions towards principal’ s transformational leadership style and organizational justice at a Junior High School, Chongqing, China, r (91) = .697, p = .000

    A Comparative Study of Educational Administrators’ Leadership Styles in Three Types of Universities in China: Normal University, University of Science and Technology, and Medical University

    This study compares educational administrators’ leadership styles in three types of universities in China: Normal University, University of Science and Technology, and Medical University. The research objectives were to: (1) Identify the dominant leadership styles of the educational administrators in three types of universities in China, Normal University, University of Science and Technology, and Medical University. (2) Compare the educational administrators’ leadership styles in three types of universities in China: Normal University, University of Science and Technology, and Medical University. (3) Compare the leadership styles of the educational administrators classified by demographic background in three types of universities in China: Normal University, University of Science and Technology, and Medical University. This research used the House Path-Goal Theory and related theories and models. The researcher used quantitative survey methodology to compute and analyze the research data. The dominant leadership style of educational administrators in three types of universities in China was directive leadership style. The results revealed that the educational administrators recognized their leadership styles as of high importance. It also found that there were no significant differences in the educational administrators’ leadership styles in three types of universities in China. Besides, there were no significant differences in the leadership style of the educational administrators classified by demographic background in three types of universities in China. However, there was a significant difference between female educational administrators and male educational administrators under achievementoriented leadership style in University of Science and Technology in China

    The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship between teachers’ perceptions on the school director’s leadership style and the school’s organizational climate at Assumption College English Program, Bang Rak, and Bangkok, Thailand. The research objectives of the study were: (1) to identify the teachers’ demographics atAssumption College English Program, Bang Rak, Bangkok, Thailand, (2) to identify the teachers’ perceptions on the school director’s leadership style at Assumption College English Program, Bang Rak, and Bangkok, Thailand. (3) to identify the teachers’ perceptions on the school’s organizational climate at Assumption College English Program, Bang Rak, Bangkok, Thailand. (4) to determine the relationship between teachers’ perception on the school director’s leadership style and the school’s organizational climate at Assumption College English Program, Bang Rak, Bangkok,Thailand. The study was based on the theoretical support from transformational leadership and school’s organizational climate. There were three parts in the questionnaire. They are teachers’ demographics, school director’s leadership style and schoolorganizational climate survey. 94% of the distributed questionnaire was returned. It was analyzed by percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.The study found that the overall level of school director’s leadership style was high according to the research finding based on five-point Likert scale. Each dimension of the level of school director’s leadership style was High, the level of the school’s organizational climate was High, and there was a significant relationship between the teachers’ perception on the school director’s leadership style and the school’s organizational climate at Assumption College English Program, Bang Rak, Bangkok, Thailand. Both the school director and the departmental heads are recommended to emphasize the development of school organizational climate and transformational leadership style more, because according to the research findings, the areas of intelligent stimulation in transformational leadership and milieu in organizational climate were a bit low

    A Study on the Relationship between Teachers' Perception of Principal's Leadership Style and Teachers' Job Satisfaction at the Selected Bilingual School in Bangkok

    The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of principal's leadership style and teachers' job satisfaction. The study also investigated the type of teachers’ perceptions of principal leadership style and level of teacher's job satisfaction at the selected bilingual school in Bangkok. The purposive sampling was consisted on 68 foreign teachers working at the selected bilingual school in Bangkok. The instrument used to collect data contained three sections that were adapted from Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire [MLQ] short form and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire [MSQ]. In this study, means, standard deviation and Pearson correlation were the statistical techniques applied in data analysis. Based on the results, the findings indicated that from the teachers' perception of principal's leadership style the principal uses transformational leadership style and the level of teacher's job satisfaction is neutral. According to the correlation analysis, there is a significant relationship between teachers' perception of principal's leadership style and teacher’s job satisfaction at the selected bilingual school in Bangkok. A positive correlation was found between principal's leadership style and teachers' job satisfaction mean score; r = 0.686, Correlation is significant at the 0.01 level. The study recommended administrators of the selected bilingual school to use the study for further research. The study can provide the school with data for several purposes. Since no one has done any research on any one of the selected affiliated schools. It will help administrators be informed of existing problems happening and focus on their type of principal's leadership style. The study was able to help teachers to be able to express their feelings without standing out and it could help increase the level of teacher’s job satisfaction. The selected bilingual school should focus on certain components of leadership style in order to raise the level of teacher's job satisfaction that could be beneficial for the school, teachers and students

    This research sought to determine the relationship between teachers’ perception towards professional development and their job satisfaction at Kunming Hengshui Experimental Middle School Chenggong Campus, China in the 2020-2021 academic year. The researcher collected the data from 100-full-time teachers by using a questionnaire survey from the Kunming Hengshui Experimental Middle School Chenggong Campus, China. To do so, the study evaluated the teachers’ perception towards professional development as well as job satisfaction in which Means and Standard Deviations were used for descriptive and quantitative analysis.     A Study of the Relationship Between Teachers’ Perception Towards Director’s Transformational Leadership Style and Knowledge Management at the New Zealand College of Higher Education

    The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the teachers’ perception of the director’s transformational leadership style and knowledge management at the New Zealand College of Higher Education. This study had three objectives, which were: (1) to identify the teachers’ perception towards director’s transformational leadership style at the New Zealand College of Higher Education (2) to identify the teachers’ perception towards knowledge management at the New Zealand College of Higher Education, and (3) to determine the relationship between teachers’ perception towards director’s transformational leadership style and knowledge management at the New Zealand College of Higher Education. The study included 96 participants, and they were all teachers at the New Zealand College of Higher Education during the academic year of 2020. The researcher conducted a quantitative study to measure the research objectives and to test the research hypothesis. Then researcher used a statistical software program to analyze the collected data. Finally, this study found a significant relationship between the teachers’ perception of the director’s transformational leadership style and knowledge management at the New Zealand College of Higher Education

    A Comparative Study of Students' Perceptions Towards Uniform Policy at an International College in Bangkok

    The purpose of this study was to use a framework of andragogy to identify the perceptions of international college students towards their school’s uniform policy, and to compare the students’ perceptions based on their age group, nationality, and level of conformity.  This study focused on 178 undergraduate students studying at the international college of a Thai university in Bangkok during the fall semester of the 2019-2020 academic year. All data was obtained through a questionnaire which was completed by the students.  A quantitative comparative method was used to analyze the data.  The research findings indicate that overall, students perceive the uniform policy to be partially andragogical, and that some aspects of the policy were perceived to be less andragogical than others.  The findings also showed that there is a significant difference in the students’ perceptions according to nationality and conformity levels, but no significant difference according to age group.  Based on the results of this study, the recommendation for administrators is to identify the variables which influence the perceptions of their students and consider them before modifying, implementing, or enforcing uniform policies at their institutions. This will help administrators ensure that students perceive the policy as one which is suitable for their learning context.

    The Relationship Between Foreign Teachers’ Perception of Leadership Styles and Motivation at Assumption College Bangrak Campus, Bangkok

    : The main purpose of this study was to investigate the possible relationship between foreign teachers’ perception of leadership styles and motivation at Assumption College Bangrak Campus, in which 51 foreign teachers participated. For the 3 research objectives a quantitative study was used with the following purpose: (1) To investigate foreign teachers’ perception on the leadership style of the administrator of Assumption College Bangrak Campus. (2) To investigate foreign teachers’ perception on their own motivation at Assumption College Bangrak Campus. (3) To investigate if a significant relationship between foreign teachers’ perception on the leadership style of the administrator of Assumption College Bangrak Campus and their own motivation exist. The main research instrument consisted of 44 different research questions, which were adapted from Johnson’s study on employee motivation (1997), and from Indvik’s study on the path-goal theory (1985). The results showed that (1) the leadership style of the administrator of Assumption College Bangrak Campus is perceived to be supportive leadership by the majority of foreign teachers, (2) the majority of foreign teachers perceive their own motivation to be the need to fulfill esteem needs first and (3) there is a significant relationship between foreign teachers’ perception on the leadership style of the administrator of Assumption College Bangrak Campus and their own motivation.

    THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEACHERS' PERCEPTION TOWARDS THEIR LEADERSHIP CAPACITY AND THEIR CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT STYLES IN THE SECOND AFFILIATED MIDDLE SCHOOL OF YUNNAN NORMAL UNIVERSITY, CHINA

    This study aimed to survey 80 full-time lecturers in selected schools for the 2020 school year (September to January). The main data collection tool is a questionnaire divided into three parts. The relationship between these two variables is analyzed using the mean and standard deviation. The research results show that the summary of means and standard deviations of teachers’ perception towards their leadership capacity. The total mean score was 2.86 in the range of 2.51-3.50 and is interpreted as Good enough. And the research results show that the total mean score of teachers’ classroom management styles was 2.84, and it was in the range of 2.51-3.50. According to the criteria of the interpretation, teachers’ perceptions of classroom management styles were Moderate. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was applied to test in this study, Pearson correlation was -.152 and Sig was .001. Which indicated that there was a weak negative relationship between teachers’ perception towards leadership capacity and classroom management styles at Second Affiliated Middle School of Yunnan Normal University, China
