Case of successful prosthetics of aortic arch in a patient with congenital deformation of aortic arch in severe hypothermia and circulatory arrest

Atresia of the aortic arch is a rare congenital disease, often accompanied by congenital heart defects. Isolated atresia of the aorta is rare and usually has a complex deformation with multiple aneurysms, bending of the aorta and its branches. This anatomy complicates the exposure and makes surgery technically complicated with conventional approaches. The aim of the work is the presentation of a case of successful prosthetics of aortic arch and a 5-year observation of a patient with congenital deformation of the aortic arch in severe hypothermia and circulatory arrest. EFFECTIVENESS OF FORMULA BASED ON CASEIN HYDROLYSATE IN CHILDREN WITH ALLERGY TO PROTEINS OF COW’S MILK

Dietotherapy along with medicinal and external treatment is one of components of complex treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD) in children. Severe forms of alimentary allergy are treated with special formulas based on casein hydrolisates. Clinical effectiveness of such formula was studied in 20 patients 2–7 months old intolerant to proteins of cow’s and goat’s milk.
