Iris Recognition and Automated Eye Tracking
Physiological and behavioral characteristics of individuals that distinguish one person from the others. These characteristics are different in each person Iris is the best characteristic that can be used for person’s identification and authentication in comparison with fingerprints, face, voice, and signature. The iris pattern is different between the right and left eye of the same person. For this recognition system we have used MATLAB tool. For iris recognition first of all database will be created in MATLAB using webcam. Then iris localization is done, for iris identification. After localization normalization and segmentation will performed, for that hough transform algorithm implemented. In last binarization of image is performed. Then binary output is compared with database image’s binary value. From comparison recognition is done, we can identify whether person is authorized or not

A REVIEW ON SCREENING METHODS OF BREAST CANCER, CANCER BIOMARKERS AND PHYTOCONSTITUENTS AGAINST BREAST CANCER
A cancer biomarker refers to a substance or process that is used as an indicative the presence of cancer in the body. A biomarker may be a molecule secreted by a tumor or a specific response of the body to the presence of cancer. Biomarkers are utilized in three elementary ways as a diagnostic tool, prognostic tool, and predictive tool. The screening tests employed are clinical and breast exams, mammography, hereditary screening, ultrasound, and attractive reverberation imaging. Biomarkers involved in breast cancer are human epidermal growth factor-2, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, Cyclin D1, and Cyclin E. Specific bioactive phytoconstituents used as anticancer include curcumin, genistein, resveratrol, isothiocyanates, silymarin, diallyl sulfisoxazole, lycopene, apigenin, and gingerol. Hence, this review indicates the study of screening methods, various biomarkers in breast cancer and phytoconstituents against breast cancer
Drug promotional literature: Does pharmaceutical industry follow WHO guidelines?
Background: Promotional literature is an important tool for both pharmaceutical industry (marketing strategy) and physicians (up to date knowledge). Important ways of doing drug promotion are visual aids, leave behind, flip charts. World Health Organisation has laid down criteria for drug promotional literature. Methods: A cross sectional observational study was performed in Department of Pharmacology, Tertiary Care Teaching Hospital of Mumbai. Total 137 drug promotional Literatures were randomly collected from different outpatient departments out of which 37 were excluded. 100 drug promotional literatures were evaluated by using WHO guidelines. Results: None of drug promotional literature fulfilled all WHO criteria. Though name of the active ingredient and brand name featured in 100% of the literature, 69% of them lacked information related to adverse drug reactions, precautions, contraindications and warnings. The approved therapeutic uses were mentioned in 96% but the dosage regimen in 38% only. Majority of the literature (80%) did not mention the drug interactions. References were given in 76% of the literature of which 87% were from journal article. Conclusions: Pharmaceutical industries do not follow WHO guidelines in toto to promote their product. Thus more strict regulations need to be implemented for proper promotion and dissemination of information about new drugs
An Efficient Approach of Discovery of Frequent Data Set from Big Operational Database
Currently in real world scenario data uncertainty is the most major issue in the real time applications where these data are generated from various devices daily from various users. So, the important part is to find the important data from them. In this paper, we propose to measure pattern frequentness based on the various possible world semantics. We are looking to establish two uncertain sequence data models abstracted from many real-life applications involving uncertain sequence data, and based on that formulate the problem of mining probabilistically frequent sequential patterns (or p-FSPs) from data that conform to our models. By using the projection strategy of famous prefixspan algorithm, we are looking to develop an algorithm called U-PrefixSpan for probabilistically frequent sequential pattern mining. UPrefixSpan avoids the problem of “possible world explosion” and when combined with pruning techniques and one validating technique achieves good performance. Theoretically study and analysis shows that our work proposed do the better with compare to existing system.

Effect of Packaging Materials on Retention of Quality Characteristics of Dehydrated Green Leafy Vegetables during Storage
The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of blanching, dehydration and packaging on nutrient composition of Amaranthus gangeticus and Spinach oleracea. There was a loss of sugars, Proteins, vitamin- c and carotenoids were noticed due to blanching. But the colour of green leafy vegetables (GLV) is retained due to blanching. Leafy vegetables were dehydrated in cabinet dryer at 60oC and packed in three packaging materials (Metalized polypropylene (MPP) 300 gauge, high density polyethylene (HDPE) 300 gauge, low density polyethylene (LDPE) 200 gauge) and stored at room temperature for 45 days to evaluate the best package for maximum retention of nutrients in leafy vegetables during storage. PP followed by HDPE was found to be good for retention of nutrients in dehydrated leafy vegetables during 45 days of storage. Irrespective of the losses of nutrients that take place during dehydrated packaging, GLV can be preserved by dehydration which is eco-friendly and easily adoptable
A Literature review on Balancing Workload in Cloud Computing
Cloud computing is the realistic evolution of information technology in a world that is learning to be more and more based on the division of work. Cloud computing offers many principles that are long accomplished in other industries to the IT. We focus on basic characteristics of cloud computing help you understand them. A pattern language is used to interconnecting set of cloud patterns. A cloud pattern is a small human readable document of a well-defined format describing a good solution to a cloud related problem. We studied and captured such patterns describing different types of clouds, the offerings they provide and how to build application with them. In this paper we mainly focus on different types of application workload patterns. Pattern for application workloads describe different user behavior resulting in changing utilization of IT resources hosting an application. Having motivated the need for cloud offerings to handle different workloads we introduce common cloud service models that describe different styles to offer IT resources on different levels of an application stack. Furthermore we also discuss how the corresponding service models and cloud deployment models enable the cloud computing properties
Implementing UPQC based Intelligent Islanding for the Microgrid System
Increased penetration of small scale renewable energy sources in the electrical distribution network, improvement of power quality has become more critical than where the current harmonics or disturbances and level of voltage can vary widely. For this reason, Custom Power Devices (CPDs) such as the Unified Power Quality Conditioner (UPQC) can be the most appropriate solution used for improving the dynamic performance of the distribution network, where accurate prior knowledge may not be available. Therefore, the main objectives are (i) placement (ii) integration (iii) capacity enhancement and (iv) real time control of the Unified Power Quality Conditioner (UPQC) to improve the power quality of a distributed generation (DG) network connected to the grid or microgrid. A new integration method of the UPQC has been developed: helps to the DGs to deliver quality of power in the case of islanding and help to reintegrate with the grid seamlessly post fault. It perform both control operation such as Detection of Islanding and reconnection techniques, hence, it is termed UPQC?G. The DG Inverter with storage supplies the active fundamental power only and the shunt part of the UPQC compensates the reactive and harmonic power of the load during both interconnected and islanding mode
Smart Connect Using Cellular Technology
Technical developments in computer hardware and software make it possible to introduce automation into virtually all aspects of human-machine systems. Automation has made Software applications much more efficient to use. This paper proposes that automation can be applied to desktop sharing in which a system can operate automatically anywhere in the world using GSM technolog
