Formation of adsorbate structures induced by external electric field in plasma-condensate systems

We present a new model of plasma-condensate system, by taking into account an anisotropy of transference reactions of adatoms between neighbor layers of multi-layer system, caused by the strength of the electric field near substrate. We discuss an influence of the strength of the electric field onto first-order phase transitions and conditions for adsorbate patterning in plasma-condensate systems. It is shown that separated pyramidal-like multi-layer adsorbate islands can be formed in the plasma-condensate system if the strength of the electric field near substrate becomes larger tan the critical value, which depends on the interaction energy of adsorbate and adsorption coefficient.Comment: 8 pages, 8 figure

Nano-structured thin films growth in stochastic plasma-condensate systems

We derive the stochastic model of plasma-condensate systems by taking into account anisotropy in transference of adatoms between neighbor layers and by introducing fluctuations of adsorbate flux. We show, that by varying the fluctuation's intensity on can govern dynamics of pattern formation on intermediate layer of multi-layer plasma-condensate system. It is shown that the morphology of the growing surface, type of surface structures and their linear size can be controlled by the intensity of the adsorbate flux fluctuations.Comment: 6 pages, 4 figure

The morbidity of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas in last 11 years in Irkutsk region was increased in 5,5 times, in Irkutsk in 11,5 times. The mortality of NHL was increased in Irkutsk region in 5,5 times, in the region centre in 6,5 times. The risk to fall ill with NHL in 60 years are higher than in 20 years in 5 times. Men are ill more than women in 1,35 times. Number of patients with advanced stage of NHL was increased in 2 times

The article presents the analysis of the results of surgical treatment of 896 patients with muscle non-invasive bladder cancer who were operated in the period from 2000 to 2011: 662 (73,9 %) men and 234 (26,1 %) women of 31-84 years (average age - 61,6 years). The authors describe experience of using bipolar transurethral resection (TURis) and vaporization (vap) for a urinary bladder tumor. The article represents the study of frequency and nature of the recurrence and survival rate (common, oncology-specific, disease-free) after transurethral surgery of patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (BC) of Ta, T1 and Tis stages. The obvious advantage of the technique bipolar transurethral resection (TURis) and vaporization (vap) over others suggests that in the nearest future the TURis-vap will serve as the "golden standard" in non-muscle invasive bladder tumors surgery

Analysis of mortality at non-Hodgkin lymphomas in the unit of cancer chemotherapy of Irkutsk Regional Oncologic Dispensary in 2011-2013

We analyzed 29 fatal cases caused by non-Hodgkin lymphomas in the hospital. 89 % of deceased had advanced malignancy, morphologically aggressive type, 86,2 % had initially unfavorable prognosis for a disease. The most common cause of death was sepsis (55 %). The most often source of infection were pneumonia (68,8 %) and gastrointestinal tract (31,3 %). The frequency of decompensated hemorrhagic shock of patients died of non-Hodgkin lymphomas was 24 %. Tumor lysis syndrome was the cause of hospital mortality of non-Hodgkin lymphomas in 17 % of cases
