Abstract— Extensive economic, productive and commercial developments in the present era have forced businesses to actively participate in network and supply chain chain-based economies. The tendency towards this approach, although it has brought advantages and profitability for network member firms and supply chains, has also led to many problems and complexities for managing the financial flows, liquidity and working capital of their firms and business partners. Last time the alarming situation, prevailing in Russia in the sphere of activity of "financial pyramids", causes growing concerns. This article is devoted to analysis of the financial investment fixed in the Supply chain of Russia "Organization of activities to attract monetary funds and (or) other property". Integrating financial services into supply chain management will not create a new (financial) product. It is however about realizing unused opportunities for cost reductions

One-particle exchange in the double folded potential in a semiclassical approximation

The one-particle exchange in the double folded model is analyzed. To this aim the Extended Thomas-Fermi approach to the one-body density matrix is used. The nucleon- nucleon force with Yukawa, Gauss and Coulomb-type form factors are considered. The energy dependence of the exchange part of the double folded potential is investigated and a comparison of the present approach with former ones is carried out.Comment: 22 pages, LateX, and 6 PostScript figures, (submitted to J.of Phys.G

    Pulsed welding plasma source

It is shown that in order to form the current pulse of a near rectangular shape, which provides conversion of the welding arc into a dynamic mode, it is rational to connect a forming element made on the basis of an artificial forming line in series to the welding DC circuit. The paper presents a diagram of a pulsed device for welding with a non-consumable electrode in argon which was developed using the forming element. The conversion of the arc into the dynamic mode is illustrated by the current and voltage oscillograms of the arc gap and the dynamic characteristic of the arc within the interval of one pulse generation time in the arc gap. The background current travels in the interpulse interval

Identification method based on Zadeh filter models

Mathematical modeling which provides the description of objects and proper organization of control operations in future is an integral stage in the automation of production. One of the approaches to build a mathematical model of an object is to represent nonlinear systems as combinations of inertial and nonlinear inertialess elements. The models thus obtained are called block-oriented. In this paper, we consider nonlinear dynamic objects represented as the models of the Zadeh filter class. In the process of the method development the identification equations were derived for the case when the test signal is a single sinusoid. Then the case of two sinusoids was considered. Such investigations allowed us to identify the patterns and describe the general case for several test components in the signal. The results of digital modeling using the sum of harmonic signals confirm the feasibility and validity of the proposed approach for identifying nonlinear models of the Zadeh filter class

Parity conserving gamma asymmetry in n-p radiative capture

The importance of n-p radiative capture, utilizing polarized cold neutrons, as a means of measuring the weak pion coupling constant is reviewed. Parity conserving processes of the form k_gamma*[s_n,k_n] can contribute to the s_n*k_gamma photon asymmetry in any such experiment, if the apparatus is not perfectly symmetric. For an incident laboratory neutron energy of 0.003 eV a value of A^{PC}_{gamma}=0.67*10^{-8} is obtained for two different potential models (Argonne AV14 and Nijmegen Reid93). Serving as an extreme test case, the Reid soft core potential yields 0.61*10^{-8}, close to the result of the contemporary forces. Implications for extracting the weak pion coupling constant and for monitoring the beam polarization are discussed.Comment: 8 page
