Region Foreign Economic Relations as a Factor of Reindustiralization
At present, the strengthening vector of the developing economies, in particular, of the countries of Eurasian Economic Union and BRICS, in the geographic structure of Russian foreign economic activity is observed. The subject matter of the article is to see, how the development of this direction can be economically favorable. For this purpose, the forms and degree of the development of economic partnership including collaboration with the Russian regions are investigated. The agreements on the economic partnership with the regions of partner countries of Russia, their production relations are considered. The analysis of foreign trade shows that in the case of the partner countries within Eurasian integration and the BRICS group — Russian economy gets the high possibility to become the supplier of products of relatively high degree of processing which is the key factor of development of its processing industry, i.e. the factor of reindustrialization and export-oriented import substitution.The article has been prepared within the project of fundamental research of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (20152017) No. 15-14-7-13 “Scenario approaches to realization of Ural vector of management and development of the Russian Arctic in terms of world instability”
Narrative in Persuasive Communication (by Example of Advertising Discourse)
The article is devoted to the narrative in persuasive communication, which implies an impact on the mental sphere of the addressee, on his / her opinion and assessments in order to encourage him / her to perform certain post-communicative actions in the interests of the addressee. Advertising discourse is considered as a kind of persuasive communication. The author focuses on the narrative as a monotext phenomenon. It is noted that such a narrative is monosubject, and its content is a personal story that allows to implement a strategy of positive evaluation for the presentation of the advertised product. The thesis that the narrative as a trans-text phenomenon in advertising communication is not used, even if we are talking about an advertising campaign, which involves not one, but a series of similar advertising texts, is substantiated. It is shown that in this case the closed discourse formation combines monosubject narrative statements reproducing a single scheme. The author proves that the narrative under the conditions of persuasive communication acquires specific features that vary the narrative pro-type, and the features of generation and structure of the narrative allow it to reveal its persuasive potential in the conditions of advertising discourse

There have been stated the degrees of toxicity of crude oil, diesel fuel, and gasoline (petrol) to laboratory culture of D. magna. Bioassays with daphnia may be recommended to reveal the presence of petroleum and products of its processing in the water
Non3 is an essential Drosophila gene required for proper nucleolus assembly
The nucleolus is a dynamic non-membrane-bound nuclear organelle, which plays key roles not only in ribosome biogenesis but also in many other cellular processes. Consistent with its multiple functions, the nucleolus has been implicated in many human diseases, including cancer and degenerative pathologies of the nervous system and heart. Here, we report the characterization of the Drosophila Non3 (Novel nucleolar protein 3) gene, which encodes a protein homologous to the human Brix domain-containing Rpf2 that has been shown to control ribosomal RNA (rRNA) processing. We used imprecise P-element excision to generate four new mutant alleles in the Non3 gene. Complementation and phenotypic analyses showed that these Non3 mutations can be arranged in an allelic series that includes both viable and lethal alleles. The strongest lethal allele (Non3∆600) is a genetically null allele that carries a large deletion of the gene and exhibits early lethality when homozygous. Flies heterozygous for Non3∆600 occasionally exhibit a mild reduction in the bristle size, but develop normally and are fertile. However, heteroallelic combinations of viable Non3 mutations (Non3197, Non3310 and Non3259) display a Minute-like phenotype, consisting in delayed development and short and thin bristles, suggesting that they are defective in ribosome biogenesis. We also demonstrate that the Non3 protein localizes to the nucleolus of larval brain cells and it is required for proper nucleolar localization of Fibrillarin, a protein important for post-translational modification and processing of rRNAs. In summary, we generated a number of genetic and biochemical tools that were exploited for an initial characterization of Non3, and will be instrumental for future functional studies on this gene and its protein product
Moonlighting in Mitosis: Analysis of the Mitotic Functions of Transcription and Splicing Factors
Moonlighting proteins can perform one or more additional functions besides their primary role. It has been posited that a protein can acquire a moonlighting function through a gradual evolutionary process, which is favored when the primary and secondary functions are exerted in different cellular compartments. Transcription factors (TFs) and splicing factors (SFs) control processes that occur in interphase nuclei and are strongly reduced during cell division, and are therefore in a favorable situation to evolve moonlighting mitotic functions. However, recently published moonlighting protein databases, which comprise almost 400 proteins, do not include TFs and SFs with secondary mitotic functions. We searched the literature and found several TFs and SFs with bona fide moonlighting mitotic functions, namely they localize to specific mitotic structure(s), interact with proteins enriched in the same structure(s), and are required for proper morphology and functioning of the structure(s). In addition, we describe TFs and SFs that localize to mitotic structures but cannot be classified as moonlighting proteins due to insufficient data on their biochemical interactions and mitotic roles. Nevertheless, we hypothesize that most TFs and SFs with specific mitotic localizations have either minor or redundant moonlighting functions, or are evolving towards the acquisition of these functions

Surface Transitions for Confined Associating Mixtures
Thin films of binary mixtures that interact through isotropic forces and
directionally specific "hydrogen bonding" are considered through Monte Carlo
simulations. We show, in good agreement with experiment, that the single phase
of these mixtures can be stabilized or destabilized on confinement. These
results resolve a long standing controversy, since previous theories suggest
