The results of temperature measurements in model rooms of a closed type with a system of radiant heating are presented. The temperatures of different designs' surfaces in large-sized rooms, heated by a gas infrared emitter of light type, are established. Conclusions are drawn about the mechanism of the medium's heating, depending on the conditions of heat exchange, and also on providing worker's comfortable working conditions, when the medium is heated by a gas infrared emitter

Analysis of the opportunities for improving energy efficiency in public buildings
Reducing energy consumption and maintaining an appropriate indoor air quality in buildings is a global trend. This is achieved in several ways - improving the building envelope thermal characteristics; fuel base replacement; introduction of smart energy consumption tracking systems. The aim of this paper is an analysis of the impact of energy efficiency measures introduced in buildings that provide health services. Measures have been taken to improve the energy performance of the envelope, as well as to modernize the system for the production and distribution of thermal energy. One complete year after energy savings measures implemented the total energy savings of 37.9% have been achieved. Further economic assessment has been made regarding the profitability of the applied measures
Additional Energy Losses from Asymmetric and Non-Sinusoidal Current in an Electrical Facility and Methods of their Reduction
Influence of the asymmetry and higher harmonics of current on the operation of an electrical facility is analyzed. The level of additional losses from the asymmetric and non-sinusoidal currents is evaluated for a 110 kV electrical network in the Siberian Region of the Russian Federation. Methods for reducing the additional energy losses in the electrical facility are suggested
