Study on the qualities and abilities of art and crafts that systematically grow in 12 years of childhood: Through an appreciation class by the active learning

本研究の目的は，アクティブ・ラーニングによる図工・美術科の鑑賞授業を通して，本学校園で育みたい資質・能力のうち，「人間関係形成・社会形成能力」と関連する美術科の本質に根ざした資質・能力が，学年区分ごとについているか明らかにすることである。研究の方法は，小学校２，４年生，中学校１，３年生の子どもに対し共通作品をもとに対話型による鑑賞授業を実施し，授業における子どもの姿を分析し，指導内容や系統の適正について検討する。研究の結果，図工・美術部会で設定した目指す姿に近い様子が見られ，概ね力がついていることが確認できた。今後は，本研究を通して見えてきた鑑賞における学年ごとの発言や思考の特徴を，より具体的な姿として系統表に取り入れ，指導方法とともに改善をしていきたい。The purpose of this study is to clarify whether the qualities and abilities it came from essence of the art department related with "forming human relationships and social development ability" is related to grade level among the qualities and abilities that we want to cultivate at this school through an appreciation class by active learning. In the method of research, we conducted interactive classes based on same works for children of elementary school 2nd, 4th graders, junior high school 1st, 3rd graders, analyzed the appearance of children. As a result, it seemed that it was close to the aim position set by the art group, and it was confirmed that there were abilities almost. In the future, I’d like to incorporate the features of each grade's remarks and thinking in viewing through this research into a systematic table as a more specific form, and improve along with the teaching method

Learning Development that Nurtures Abilities for the 21st Century, Based on the Properties of Such Subjects as Manual and Fine Arts : Through the Improvement and Practice of Taxonomy Table

本研究の目的は，図画工作・美術科の教科特性を踏まえた21世紀型能力を育成する学習開発を行うことである。研究の方法は，まず図画工作・美術科のタキソノミーテーブルの４領域と，本校で培う３つの資質・能力の位置付けを整理する。その上で，「メタ認知」と「認知」の２領域に焦点を当てた題材と学習指導法を開発し，その有効性を検証する。検証方法は，質問紙調査，ポートフォリオの内容分析，授業中の観察記録の内容分析，作品の達成度の分析を行い，児童・生徒の教科の本質に関する資質・能力の向上について評価する。研究の結果，グループ活動を軸にゲストティーチャーや異年齢の子どもに対して相手意識を持ちながらかかわることを通して，資質・能力を育むことができ，学習開発において一定の成果が出た。The purpose of this study is learning development that nurtures abilities for the 21st century, based on the properties of such subjects as manual and fine arts. The research methodology employed positions Taxonomy Tables in four fields of fine arts, and three qualities and skills developed in this school. Moreover, materials that focus on meta-cognition and cognition, as well as learning guidance methods, were developed, and their efficacy was validated. The methods of validation were a questionnaire survey, analyses of portfolios and records of classroom observations, and analyses of achievement in artworks. Improvements in subject-specific qualities and skills acquired by students were also assessed. Certain outcomes showed that, in learning development, qualities and skills can be nurtured through their dealing with guest teachers and children of varying ages in group activities with an awareness of their counterparts

Practice for the Development of 21st-Century Academic Achievement by Subject between Cooperation in Junior High School : Through the Global Educational Exchange by Means of English and Art

本研究は中学校の英語科・美術科の教科担任がグローバル教育の意識を持って，単元・題材を接続させ，連続性のある指導をすることにより，生徒に習得した知識・技能を地域社会へ向けた実践に活用させ，21世紀型学力へ通じる通教科的な実践力の育成の在り方を明らかにすることを目的とする。広島大学附属三原中学校の１，２年生を対象に授業実践を行い，外部評価者としてアメリカのアートリンク担当者やショートステイ家族に協力を依頼した。結果としては，生徒たちは美術作品を描いたり，鑑賞したりすることによって，気づいたよさや美しさを外国の方に伝える方法を考えて実践している様子が見られた。The aim of this study was to improve students’ communication skills. We worked with English teachers and art teachers to develop a curriculum through practice force leading to 21st century academic achievement. We targeted the teaching practice to grades seven and eight in Mihara Junior High School in Japan, and cooperated with both the Art Link in America and short-stay family as external evaluators. As a result, the students could express their impressions to people in foreign countries

Art Education Instructional Strategy for Developing the Child's Personal Aesthetic Feeling : Practical Study through the Application of Portfolio Assessment

本研究の目的は, 表現や鑑賞の活動を通して, 他者とかかわり合いながら, 新しい文化を形成するために必要である自分なりの「美意識」を創り出していく力を育むために小学校図画工作科の題材開発やポートフォリオ評価法を活用した実践的研究を行なうことである。 題材開発では, 我が国の伝統文化を意識した実践や子ども同士のつながりを意識した実践を行った。ポートフォリオ評価法は, 小学校2年生から6年生において, 学習の過程や振り返りの中に取り入れ, 年間を通して継続的に指導を行った。積み上げられた記録から子ども達の変容の様子を探り, その効果を検証した。 結果から, 相互鑑賞時における子ども達の記述の質の高まりが分かった。形や色など, 鑑賞のポイントを示すことで, より具体的に鑑賞を行うことができるようになった。また, 綴られた過去の自己の作品を参考にしたり, 比較したりすることによって自身の成長を感じ取り, より積極的に活動に参加できるようになった。今後の課題として, 自己の作品に対して自信を持てない子どもの割合が依然と多く, 今後も継続して時間をかけて指導をしていきたいと考えている

Enhancement of Instruction and Assessment using Metacognition to Foster “Interest, Willingness, and Positive Attitudes toward Art,” with the Aid of the Taxonomy Table

本研究の目的は，「美術への関心・意欲・態度」および美意識の育成のための，小中一貫９年間の図画工作・美術科のタキソノミーテーブルの開発・実践である。経年の実践研究により，情意面の喚起・形成の手立てについて一層工夫する必要があると考え，研究仮説を「メタ認知にかかわる活動を取り入れることで，自分や友だちの感じたことや考えたことを大切にしながら，粘り強く創造的な活動を楽しもうとするために必要な『美術への関心・意欲・態度』を育むことができるであろう。」とした。方法としては，「図画工作・美術科のタキソノミーテーブル（三原版）」を用い，「メタ認知領域」に焦点をあて「美術への関心・意欲・態度」に関する効果的な指導と評価の方法について明らかにする。具体的には，題材の実施前後の質問紙調査，ポートフォリオの内容分析，授業の観察内容の分析，具体的指標による作品の達成度の分析を行った。成果としては，「美術への関心・意欲・態度」の向上に一定の成果を得，有効な手立てを示すことができた。This study aims to develop and implement the use of the Taxonomy Table to foster “interest, willingness, and positive attitudes” toward art and aesthetic consciousness in students from elementary to junior high schools. Based on many years of experience, we believe that a device for the arousal and formation of art appreciation needs to be innovated. With this in mind, we established the hypothesis that “interest, willingness, and positive attitudes” toward art, which are necessary for the enjoyment of creative activities and the demonstration of respect for the artistic ideas of oneself and others, can be fostered by introducing metacognitive activities. We focused, therefore, on the metacognitive area of the Taxonomy Table (Mihara version) of Art and attempted to find effective methods of instruction and evaluation. The results show that the instructional methods applied in this study were effective in fostering the students’ interest, willingness, and positive attitudes toward art

Developing art and handicraft lessons to cultivate elementary and junior high school children's aesthetic feelings : Application of the new bloom's taxonomy to art education

本研究の目的は,表現や鑑賞の活動を通して,他者とかかわりながら,生涯を通じて創造的に生きるために必要な美意識を育むために,発達段階に応じたポートフォリオ評価法の活用や,タキソノミーを参考にした評価指標の作成を基にした実践研究を行うものである。題材開発においては,題材ごとにタキソノミーテーブルを基にした具体的な目標を設定して実践を行った。また,昨年度より引き続いてポートフォリオ評価法を取り入れて児童・生徒が自己の学習を振り返ったり,学習を進めていくのに活用したりできるように指導を行った。 指導後のアンケート結果より,図画工作科が好きだという児童が増えた。また,道具や用具を適切に使えるという児童も増えた。一方で認知領域やメタ認知領域では自己評価が下がっている。要因としては,ポートフォリオ評価法で積み重ねた資料を授業の中でうまく活用しきれなかったことが考えられる。今後は,ポートフォリオ評価法の改善やタキソノミーテーブルをもとにした題材ごとの具体的な目標の改善を図るとともに児童・生徒の変容の分析を継続し,美意識を育む指導のあり方を追究していく

A Study of Art Education on the Development of Universal Citizenship (3)

本研究は, 3H美術教育を基に, 協同的創造力を育むという視点での題材開発及び授業実践を通して, 児童生徒の美的感性を高めると同時に豊かなユニバーサルシティズンシップを育成することを目的としたものである。ユニバーサルシティズンシップとは21世紀のグローバル化された社会を他者と協同的に関わり合いながら自己のよりよい生き方を探り求めようとする在り方と捉える。本年度は, 研究最終年次として, 「協同的創造力」が育まれるプロセスや「つけたい力」について, その検証のための授業実践を行っていった。紀要では, 小学校4年生と中学校2年生の実践を中心としてその実践内容, 成果と課題についてまとめた。 成果としては, 図画工作・美術科における協同的創造力の育成のためのプロセスを構築し, それに基づいて題材を開発・実践することができた。課題としては, 協同的創造力の育成を図るためには, 今後, 個人制作の題材と共同制作の題材を年間指導計画の中にバランスよく, 系統性をもたせて配列, 実施する必要性がある

本研究の目的は, 表現や鑑賞の活動を通して, 他者とかかわりながら, 生涯を通じて創造的に生きるために必要な美意識を育むために, 発達段階に応じたポートフォリオ評価法の活用や, 新タキソノミーを参考にした評価指標の作成を基にした実践研究を行うものである。題材開発においては, 創造的思考力を育む学習過程を意識し, 実践を積み重ねた。また, 昨年度より引き続いてポートフォリオ評価法を取り入れて児童・生徒が自己の学習を振り返ったり, 学習を進めていくのに活用したりできるように指導を行った。 指導後のアンケート結果より, 自己の作品の良さに気づきながらも, 同時に不十分な部分にも気づいている児童・生徒が増えたことがわかった。このことから児童・生徒が自己肯定観を持つとともに, 客観的に自己を見つめ直しているという示唆を得た。今後は, 本年度作成したタキソノミーテーブルを基に, 題材ごとに具体的な目標を設定し評価の充実を図るとともに児童・生徒の変容の分析を継続し, 美意識を育む指導のあり方を追究していく
