Alsó tagozatos angolul tanuló diákok beszédkészségének fejlődése három csoportban
Magyarországon az általános iskolák egyre korábban kezdődő angol nyelvi programokat ajánlanak a tanulóknak, folyamatos vita övezi a korai nyelvoktatás hatékonyságának kérdését. A nézetkülönbségek ellenére a szakértők egyetértenek abban, hogy a megfelelő módszereket alkalmazva, motiváló feladatokkal, barátságos légkörben a korai nyelvoktatás hasznos és hatékony lehet. Az általános iskola első hat évfolyamán a nyelvtanulás célját Nikolov hármas egységben határozza meg: 1. A nyelvtanulási motiváció, az új nyelv, a más kultúrák iránti érdeklődés felkeltése és folyamatos fenntartása, elmélyítése és a nyelvi szorongás kialakulásának megelőzése. 2. Az angol nyelvtudás megalapozása és fejlesztése. 3. A nyelvtanulási, nyelvhasználati és metakognitív stratégiák, a stratégiai kompetencia kialakítása és fejlesztése. Gyerekek esetében a nyelvtanulás folyamata viszonylag lassú, így a tanulási motiváció felkeltése és fenntartása fontos tanári feladat. Érdekes, értelmes, változatos és a gyerekek kognitív fejlettségének megfelelő feladatokkal lehet érdeklődésüket felkelteni, alamint figyelmüket lekötni. A megfelelő feladatok kiválasztásakor figyelembe kell venni a tanulók közötti egyéni különbségeket. A kellően motiváló feladatok a tanulók tudásszintjét kissé meghaladják, azonban teljesíthetőek. Mivel a gyerekek idegen nyelvi fejlődése jelentősen eltér az idősebb tanulókétól, a korosztályuk számára hatékony tanítási módszerek alkalmazása mellett a megfelelő értékelési módszer is elengedhetetlen.
Neutron Spectroscopy and Computational Methods in investigation of Na ion Battery Materials: A Perspective
Adoption of renewable energy is essential to address the challenge of climate
change, but that necessitates energy storage technologies. Lithium-ion
batteries, the most ubiquitous solution, are insufficient for large-scale
applications, so sodium-ion batteries (SIBs), an alternative, are of great
current interest. To design and synthesise a commercially viable SIB with
required performance, a fundamental understanding of the materials is
imperative. Neutron diffraction and spectroscopy provide a unique insight of
atomistic understanding of structure and dynamics in materials, therefore in
this perspective we have explored how these techniques have been used in SIB
research. As neutrons have high penetrability in materials and neutron-matter
interaction probabilities are independent of the atomic number, they can
provide unique information about motion of particles in bulk materials in the
pico- to nanosecond time scales. This makes neutron scattering techniques
important tools in battery research. Sodium has a low neutron cross section,
which makes computational simulations essential for analysing neutron
scattering data of SIB materials. With the availability of high flux neutron
sources, high resolution instruments and high performance computers and
simulations tools, neutron spectroscopy has been an emerging technique in the
last decade for SIB research. In this perspective, we have shown that neutron
diffraction is the most popular, while neutron spectroscopies, are just
emerging. Computational simulation methods, both force field based and from
first principles, are common but still are mostly used independent of neutron
experiments. We have identified that suitable improvements of instrumentation,
sample environments and simulations methodology will allow these techniques to
be more accessible in future.Comment: 35 pages, 4 figures, 3 table
A patológus szerepe a központi idegrendszer tumorainak diagnosztikájában, a terápiatervezésben. Prognosztikus és prediktív markerek vizsgálata
Despite advances in imaging methods, the standard of diagnosis and treatment of the tumours of the nervous system remains the histological report issued by a neuropathologist. For reliable, definitive diagnosis, close collaboration with other medical professions is essential, correlation of histological findings with clinical and imaging results is necessary. Neuropathology became a subspecialty because of the specific knowledge and experience it requires. In more complex cases consultation with neuropathologists is important to ensure adequate diagnosis and subsequent treatment. In both establishing the diagnosis and treatment planning, the molecular testing of brain tumors becomes more and more important. These tests are reliably available only in larger centers. Out of the molecular markers, in current practice the investigation of codeletion at 1p/19q, IDH mutations, beta-katenin nuclear positivity and MGMT methylation gained acceptance. Besides these tests already in practice, a vast array of potential diagnostic and prognostic markers are being investigated, which in the future may assist in delivering better and more individualized therapy
