    Factors of increasing the competitiveness of agricultural machinery enterprises in post-crisis conditions

    The article systematises the factors of increasing the competitiveness of agricultural machinery enterprises in the post-crisis conditions of their functioning. Special attention is paid to the study of the phenomenon of competitiveness and its content at the present time. Factors such as improving personnel training, improving the selection of suppliers, components for agricultural machinery and risk management arising in the process of its production are considered in detail. As a criterion for choosing suppliers for agricultural machinery enterprises, commodity price organisational and business factors are accepted. Taking into account these factors, the stages of choosing suppliers of components for machine-building enterprises have been formed. At the same time, expert values of significant criteria were used and suppliers were ranked and the most suitable for the company was selected. Risks were identified with their subsequent assessment, a risk map of the company was compiled, risk management measures were developed and monitoring of their implementation was provided. Special attention is paid to the industry risks associated with the appearance of new agricultural machinery manufacturers on the domestic and foreign markets

    Monitoring the Effects of the Supply Chain Management in South Russia Spatial Socio-Economic System

    Abstract-The article considers the genesis of monitoring supply chain management effects and describes its types and content, such as socio-economic monitoring, credit monitoring, financial monitoring, taxpayer monitoring and banking monitoring. The monitoring tasks that need to be achieved in order to achieve the goal are defined: continuous monitoring of the state of business processes and obtaining operational information about them; combining information flows generated by different departments of the monitoring enterprise; timely identification of the changes taking place within the process and the factors that caused them; prevention of negative trends; short-term forecasting of the development of critical processes in the enterprise; assessment for the situation for timely decision-making on the planning and implementation of effective activities. The authors proposed and justified a system of indicators, which allows assessing and analyzing the degree of efficiency of development of enterprises of light industry. It included several groups of indicators combined in overall content. On the basis of the available accounting data and additional primary information obtained directly from ten light industry enterprises of the Southern Federal District, a monitoring study of their activities was carried out

    The article raises a controversial topic of classifying business models of contemporary enterprises and justifies the necessity of their transformation, considering the factor of sustainability. The author analyzes various definitions of business models and proposes their own approach to interpretation. The article provides a traditional classification of enterprise business models, as well as the results of the author's scientific research in the field of sustainable economic growth. The paper highlights the advantages of platform-based business models over traditional models in terms of determining sustainability. It has developed a classification of digital enterprise business models based on various criteria and formulated the main directions for further development and improvement

    Market adaptation mechanism development of business models in digital economy conditions

    The article considers approaches to the concept of business model of business activity, considers its modern content in the context of taking into account the peculiarities and using the advantages of the digital economy. An analytical review of business models currently used by domestic and foreign companies with the allocation of e-commerce and innovation models is made. It is proven that the improvement of existing business models or the creation of new ones should be carried out through the re-engineering of their business processes. The classification of business processes according to various classification features which can be used in the process of reengineering, is given. Reengineering as a method of radical redesign of the company's business model, taking into account the main trends in the development of modern economy and the signals of key stakeholders is characterized in detail. Based on the results of the research, a conceptual model of hybrid reengineering for market adaptation of business models of Russian enterprises to the conditions of market economy is developed.     The focus of the article is on the formation and use by the participants of business ecosystems of new approaches to increase their competitiveness. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the complex of creative factors to increase the competitiveness of business ecosystems. The motivation for the research is to improve the quality of goods and services for consumers by examining the structural elements of business ecosystems as innovative participants in the economy. The design and methods of research include a logical sequence of presentation of the material on the basis of a questionnaire. To achieve this goal, within the framework of the theoretical component, we analyzed relevant conceptual and empirical articles, as well as information obtained as a result of large-scale empirical studies of the conditions of ecosystem development and changes in consumer values. The main conclusions are that the intensification of competition in the market due to the emergence of new economic agents in the form of business ecosystems, causes the need to search for creative factors of competitiveness. Such, in our opinion, are the social values of the members of modern society, formed under the influence of the leading trends in consumer behavior. The practical and managerial implications of the study are to increase the level of competitiveness of participants in business ecosystems functioning to increase the level of consumer satisfaction. As a result of studying and synchronizing the social values of the modern regional community, the actual values of potential consumers have been identified, which allows us to form a strategy for the development of business ecosystems, taking into account the result obtained

    Improving of the methodology for the economic justification of business decisions at agricultural enterprises based on the interests of consumers

    The improved method of evaluating the economic efficiency of projects for agricultural machinery modernization is developed and tested in the study. Traditional approaches are based on the use of investment project analysis methods to determine the economic efficiency of agricultural machinery modernization for the manufacturer. The suggested method includes the application of an integrated approach to evaluate the economic efficiency of equipment upgrade for both the manufacturer and the consumer. Benefits for the consumer are determined based on the specifics of developed technical solutions, which can be aimed at increasing the output of the machine, reducing operating costs, etc. The suggested method is tested using the example of analyzing the economic efficiency of the project for upgrading the pre-start system of the tractor engine with the application of a phase transition heat accumulator. The analysis conducted shows sufficient economic viability of technical solutions for both the manufacturer and the consumer of the tractor and indicates the potential for successful use of the improved method
