Использование технологий m-learning в высшем образовании: проблемы и перспективы
The article draws attention to the fact that although the use of information technologies in education is widespread and actively discussed, the practice of using mobile digital devices in education is much less common and studied. It is noted that the widespread use of mobile digital devices has led to the active use of mobile applications by students for educational tasks. However, the institutional response to the new trend by educational institutions remains very limited and largely experimental. The article provides an overview and analysis of the modern practice of integration of mobile technologies in the educational process. It is revealed that mobile technologies can be successfully applied not only as an alternative way of access to educational resources, but also for reorganization and increase of flexibility of educational process, expansion of opportunities of interaction of students, teachers and administration, expansion of experience directly during classroom work.В статье рассматривается проблема недостаточного распространения и изучения практики применения в образовании мобильных цифровых устройств, хотя использование информационных технологий в образовании является повсеместным и активно обсуждаемым. Широкое распространение мобильных цифровых устройств привело к активному использованию студентами мобильных приложений для решения учебных задач. Однако институциональная реакция на новый тренд со стороны учебных заведений остается крайне ограниченной и носит преимущественно экспериментальный характер. Приведены обзор и анализ современной практики интеграции мобильных технологий в образовательный процесс. Выявлено, что мобильные технологии могут успешно применяться не только в качестве альтернативного способа доступа к образовательным ресурсам, но также для реорганизации и повышения гибкости учебного процесса, расширения возможностей взаимодействия студентов, преподавателей и администрации, углубления опыта непосредственно в ходе аудиторной работы
Smart Technologies in REM Production Economy in Russia
The article discusses the problems of the development of the rare earth metals industry in Russia using smart technologies. Although China currently controls about 60% of the rare earth metals market, Russia has significant competitive potential in this area. In the context of the expansion of Russian business into resource markets and the preparation of the country for techno-logically independent development in the conditions of the cyclical down-turn of the global economy 2022−2030. Russia’s interest in recreating the Soviet closed system of REM production is expected to increase. The geography of REM production is determined by the geography of REM ore de-posits, and the planned contour of the geography of REM production is determined by the strategic needs of the Russian industry and its partners in the technological chain. At the same time, the restoration of REM production is not advisable on the basis of the Soviet model, since it did not take into ac-count the capabilities of existing smart technologies. The purpose of the scientific article is to determine the directions of the introduction of “smart” technologies into the production and economic model of Russian REM production. The reserves of increasing the economic efficiency of REM production are investigated, taking into account the possibilities of introducing “smart” technologies into the process of designing and constructing REM production in Russia. The actual ways of using the foreign experience of integrating “smart” technologies, taking into account the cur-rent needs of REM production in Russia, are revealed. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG
APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF JOINT TRAINING OF PERSONS WITH VARIOUS HEALTH RESTRICTIONS
The article contains the experience of using information technologies as a tool for socializing people without health restrictions and with various nosologies when organizing their joint training in the activities of Russian higher education institution. The article presents the results of the analysis of the practice of using educational technologies offered by leading Russian universities on the largest platforms of mass open online courses (MOOC).
