PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN REJO ANGURIPI TERHADAP PENERTIBAN PEDAGANG PASAR DI KOTA MOJOKERTO

ABSTRAK Dalam pengelolaan retribusi pasar merupakan suatu tugas pemerintah dalam mengatur proses pemungutan dan mengelolah sumber pendapatan yang di peroleh dari pedagang terhadap pembangunan dan fasilitas yang di gunakan. Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan kota mojokerto merupakan salah satu dinas yang memberikan (PAD). Untuk meningkatkan pendapaatan daerah pemerintah daerah Kota Mojokerto mealakukan inovasi agar menekan pecegahan korupsi dengan menberikan aplikasi E- Retribusi dengan nama Rejo Angurimpi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi kebijakan Rejo Angurimpi terhadap penertiban pedagang pasar di Kota Mojokerto. Implementasi suatu kebijakan pada prinsipnya merupakan sarana agar suatu kebijakan dapat mencapai tujuannya. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis data uji normalis shapiro wilk, validitas dan reabilitas seta uji t regresi. koefisien regresi implentasi kebijakan (X) mendapatkan t hitung 5,193 > t tabel 2,035 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel implementasi kebijakan (X) secara normal berpengaruh terhadap variabel penertiban pedagang (Y), Dengan banyak populasi 269 pedaganag, kemudian dengan rumus yamanane dengan sampling eror sebesar 5% peneliti mendapat sampel sebesar 35 oraang responden ABSTRACT In the management of market levies, it is the government's task to regulate the collection process and manage the sources of income obtained from traders for the development and facilities used. The Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade of the city of Mojokerto is one of the agencies that provide PAD. To increase local revenue, the local government of Mojokerto City carried out innovations to suppress corruption prevention by providing an E-Retribution application under the name Rejo Angurimpi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of Rejo Angurimpi's policy on controlling market traders in Mojokerto City. The method used by the researcher is a quantitative method using the Shapiro Wilk normalist test data analysis, validity and reliability and t-regression test. The regression coefficient for policy implementation (X) gets t count 5.193 > t table 2.035 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the policy implementation variable (X) normally affects traders' control variables (Y), with a large population of 269 traders, Then with the Yamanane formula with a sampling error of 5%, the researcher got a sample of 35 respondent
