Generalization of p-regularity notion and tangent cone description in the singular case

    Get PDF
The theory of p-regularity has approximately twenty-five years’ history and many results have been obtained up to now. The main result of this theory is description of tangent cone to zero set in singular case. However there are numerous nonlinear objects for which the p-regularity condition fails, especially for p > 2. In this paper we generalize the p-regularity notion as a starting point for more detailed consideration based on different p-factor operators constructions

The p-Factor Method for Nonlinear Optimization

We present the main concept and results of the p-regularity theory (also known as p-factor analysis of nonlinear mappings) applied to nonlinear optimization problems. The approach is based on the construction of p-factor operator. The main result of this theory gives a detailed description of the structure of the zero set of irregular nonlinear mappings. Applications include a new numerical method for solving nonlinear optimization problems and p-order necessary and sufficient optimality conditions. We substantiate the rate of convergence of p-factor method

mc/ml, and the elapsed time – 20 minutes. The IE is specific to other members of the family Ricketsiaceae, for instance to R. prowazekii , to antigen complexes of R. prowazekii and R. sibirika , as well as to vaccinia virus (L-IVP strain). The IE engineered can be used for rapid indication of Burnet Rickettsia at different stages of laboratory investigation. Span time reduction, lack of necessity to perform any accessory technological operations, visual and (or) automatic registration of the results build up premises to observe immune-chromatographic method for Burnet Rickettsia detection as one of the alternatives for identification of these microorganisms under field conditions when monitoring ambient environment objects

The methods for synthesis of hybrid nanoparticles based on sulfides, oxides, and carbides of heavy and transition metals were considered. The problem of the influence of the method of synthesis of the hybrid nanoparticles on their atomic structure, morphology of the nanomaterials, and functional properties was analyzed. The areas of practical use of the hybrid nanoparticles were proposed. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York

Свойства на-несенных на θ-Al2O3 гетерополисоединений в процессе улав-ливания NOх по данным ИК- спектроскопии in situ

It was shown that carrying a small (up to 1%) amount of a heteropoly compound increases the adsorption of NOx as compared to the original carrier. The increase in adsorption is due to the oxidation of NO to NO2 on the carried heteropoly compound. The main adsorption factors are nitrite and nitrate complexes. Their place of localization is the carrier. As temperature increases, the complexes change to nitrates. The presence of ions of varying valencies in the composition of the Kegin anion reduces the strength of the bond of the nitrate complexes with the surface. The ions that are not in the Kegin anion increase the bond strength. The change in the strength of the bond of nitrates with the surface of the carrier is owned to the carrier modification, which results from disintegration of a part of the carried heteropoly compound.

Analysis of COVID-19 features in individuals who regularly practice aerobic training. Methods. Asymptomatic persons and patients with COVID-19 older than 30 years, 293 people (180 men and 113 women), 214 of them – inhabitants of the Moscow region (the beginning of the sampling – 2nd decade of April 2020) and 79 – inhabitants of the Belgorod region (the beginning of the sampling – 2nd decade of May 2020), adapted (27 people – 1st group) and unadapted (266 – control group) to aerobic training (AT). Computer tomography of the chest, RNA test for SARS-CoV-2 in smears from the nasopharynx-oropharynx, the clinical blood sample and level of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 were studied. The criterion for adaptation to aerobic loads was considered compliance with the rules of the American Heart Association, 2008. Results. Adapted to AT individuals, in contrast to the control group, characterized with the prevalence of asymptomatic (p = 0.045) and absence of severe forms of COVID-19, limited cataral simptoms of the disease (p < 0.001), rare pneumonia with absence (1) or presence (2) of acute respiratory failure (p1 = 0,028; p2 = 0,034), along with lower prevalence of diseases, potentiating this infection (p = 0.03). Conclusion. Patients adapted to AT have less severe course of COVID-19. © 2020 Medical Education. All rights reserved
