Case of changing intraoperative tactics about aneurysm of the root and the ascending part of the aorta

Сonsidering the cases of aneurysm of the root and ascending part of the aorta, they usually resort to replacing this area with a conduit with an artificial aortic valve, which significantly increases the risks of postoperative complications such as thrombosis.
