    In the era of global technological changes in oil and gas companies, business processes for extraction, processing and transportation of hydrocarbons are being improved, which requires modern high-tech equipment serving these technological processes. Ensuring trouble-free, uninterrupted operation of the equipment of oil and gas companies requires the introduction of digital technologies for its maintenance and repair. The relevance of this study is to develop digitalization of business processes for equipment reconditioning in oil and gas companies. The main business processes of extraction, transportation and processing of hydrocarbons are digitized quite fully. Supporting business processes of repair and maintenance of the equipment aimed at reconditioning and ensuring its smooth operation require further development based on their digitalization

    Management of strategic organisational changes in Russian companies under modern economic conditions

    The sustainable development of any enterprise in today's geo-economic environment provides it with a competitive advantage in the market segments it occupies. But only those enterprises whose managers are able to adapt their business processes to the changing economic environment and promote their business with new technologies and products to the global market segments achieve competitive advantage. Adaptation to uncertainty is achieved largely through relevant and timely organisational change. In this article the authors consider two aspects of adaptation of Russian enterprises to modern economic conditions on the basis of change management. The first relates to the choice of an organizational change management model. The second to the development of a flowchart of intraorganisational staff interaction to address tactical and strategic changes in the organisation. When selecting a model of strategic change management, two options for their implementation are considered: during the implementation of a new business strategy and as a counteraction to the crisis while maintaining the existing business model. To implement the second direction of change management, a complex interfunctional interaction of enterprise personnel is considered in the decision of tactical and strategic production tasks. It is concluded that the achievement of sustainable development of Russian enterprises is ensured by applying the proposed change management algorithms, taking into account the analysis of the existing tactical and strategic objectives facing them

    Abstract The current importance of the issue represented in the article is dictated by the fact that nowadays oil and gas companies do not have the unified approach to managing the processes of equipment reconditioning. When forming the mechanism of equipment reconditioning, the specialists of oil and gas companies do not pay sufficient attention to the methods of economic and mathematical modeling. The purpose of the research is to develop the methodological approach to improving the mechanism of managing the equipment reconditioning of oil and gas companies based on the methods of economicmathematical modeling when planning and organizing these processes due to the peculiarities of machinery operations and work management. The key research JIBC December 2016, Vol. 21, No.3 -2 -methods used for this issue are system analysis method, complex analysis, economicmathematical modeling. Research results: the mechanism of managing the oil and gas company is improved in the sphere of methodological support of planning and organizing equipment reconditioning.     Organizational processes in Russian perfume and cosmetics companies in unstable economic environment

    The economic prosperity of any enterprise largely depends on its sustainable development, which is difficult to achieve in today's uncertain economic environment. The sustainable development of any enterprise in a crisis situation is largely dependent on the ability of management to adapt business processes to the changing conditions of the economic environment. And for this purpose, it is necessary to develop and implement organizational changes. The article deals with the introduction of organizational changes in order to achieve sustainable development of Russian enterprises engaged in the wholesale trade in perfumes and cosmetics. The study reveals structural problems characteristic of the activities of these enterprises in a complex geoeconomic environment. The authors of the article refer to such problems as: errors in order formation, problems of payment for orders by customers from other countries using foreign payment systems, downtime for order assembly, lack of an order accounting system. To solve each of the identified problems, a different solution method is proposed. The proposed solution methods are implemented on the basis of the algorithms developed. It is concluded that the application of the proposed change management algorithms will increase the adaptation of Russian enterprises engaged in wholesale trade in perfumes and cosmetics to the conditions of an uncertain economic environment
